Thursday my air conditioner stop working. So I called at top ranked company. They came out and said I needed a new Air Conditioner. A friend heard about my problems and told me to call Advantage Plus Heating & Cooling. I called them Friday and they came out Saturday morning. They cleaned my air conditioner and checked some other stuff My prayers were answered. The got my air conditioner running. They were very professional, kind and honest. I sent all my friends and family members their phone number. A shout out to Douglas and his partner for doing a great job. Oh by the way the other company didn’t even clean my air conditioner.

Doug came at a moments notice and installed a new furnace and heat pump. Since then we have had them back at least once a year to perform a maintenance check on the equipment. We could not be happier with our experience. Anyone needing anything to do with heating and cooling needs to strongly consider this company!!!

They're A Plus people. Their prices are very reasonable. Other companies always try and upsell me for two or three years, and I don't like that. They're very pleasant, as well as very honest.

The experience was excellent. I use them for 2 maintenance deals a year for the air conditioning and heating. They seem honest and responsive. I will definitely continue using them.

Both of our furnaces were working but we do like to have them winterized. These guys, a father and son, are terrific. We have used them in the past. We always use them and would never use anyone else. They are so prompt.

Unfortunately, we have a leak but they said that we can make it through until next year. We appreciated them letting us know how long we would be able to use the current system. They are the best. I have used their services in the past. I like that they do excellent work. They are very efficient. They will wear boot covers when they come inside from out doors. The owner is a great person and he is very understanding.

We had contacted Doug via e-mail and he responded quickly. After an initial visit, he provided us with a detailed and concise, competitive quote. He was very patient and provided very good advice as we worked through the details. Once the order was placed, Doug performed all necessary calculations, got the permit and visited once more to discuss installation. We agreed on a date, he checked in once more a couple of days ahead of time just to confirm. The work then was done to our full satisfaction. He also changed the air filters and replaced one flexible air duct, things we had not explicitly discussed. He and his team made sure that all walkways were properly protected and kept the working area very clean. When finished he explained the new system, provided us with a binder containing all the manuals etc., and had all paperwork ready for cash backs that the local power utility and the manufacturer offered.

I actually had Doug give me the estimate in July '07, but did not schedule the work until October '07. We had a small issue with scheduling and the date needed to be changed once because the boiler had not arrived. Once the boiler arrived, work was scheduled and Doug and his crew came out to do the work. For the most part, everything went smoothly, until the end when there were some issues with getting the boiler to kick on reliably when needed. We also had other issues with what turned out to be wiring which was installed incorrectly by a previous contractor. This caused Doug to have to come back out on 3 consecutive days to get everything sorted out properly. Now, nearly 5 months later, we haven't had any further issues and everything seems to be running fine.

Excellent job. Employees always on time and extremely courteous. They took great pains to not make a mess as they worked. They were very respectful of our home. We were very specific and detailed about what we would like to have done and anything we asked was "no problem". I believe the job took 3 days from start to finish. They always double checked with me on the placement of the baseboard radiators before they drilled into the floor. Following the installation we did have a few glitches with the automatic shut off switch for low water. Doug was so fast about following up on any problems. This is when we finally discovered a slight leak in one of the old baseboard units. They fixed it right away, no problem, no extra charge. A few months later there was a problem with another shut off switch and they replaced it right away and called the manufacturer as this is a new piece of technology. Very professional, very prompt, reasonable price - a winner!

They were courteous and expedient. They came in got the job done and did not leave a mess.

Overall very good. The Technician didn't have the tools he needed the first time, so it took two trips. They did not charge for the second trip and the work was excellent.

I have a really old central heating system that needs replaced, but every year, they come out and get it going for the season. They are very honest, and they don't try to sell me a new system, even though mine is very old. They are very dependable and do great work.

WE FOUND ADVANTAGE BY ACCIDENT A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN WE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH OUR NEW SYSTEM AND NUMEROUS HEATING AND A/C COMPANIES AT OUR HOME CHARGING OUTRAGEOUS PRICES WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. MR. WHITE NOT ONLY FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR GOOD, HE HONORED THE WARRANTY AND DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE REPLACEMENT OR LABOR INVOLVED. OF COURSE, WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME IN OUR EMERGENT SITUATION. DOUG WHITE IS TIMELY, HONEST, FAIR AND DESERVES A GOLD MEDAL AGAINST HIS COMPETITION IN THIS CATEGORY OF SERVICE!

OWNER, DOUG WHITE, WAS OUTSTANDING THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HAD EXTREMELY DIFFICULT INSTALLATION THAT COULD HAVE RESULTED IN HAVING TO TEAR OUT CEILING OF CONDO TO RUN LINES. PERSERVERANCE PAID OFF AND BECAUSE OF HIS CREW'S EFFORTS, CEILING WAS LEFT INTACT. COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT THROUGHOUT PROCESS AND WORKED WITH OUR TIGHT TIMEFRAME AND BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. EXCELLENT ESTIMATE WITH FULL MFG INFORMATION ABOUT EACH OPTION.

I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE OWNER, BUT HE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY CALL, AND CAME TO CHECK THE LEAK THE SAME DAY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. A NICE CHANGE FROM THE LARGER HEATING/AC CHAINS, WHOSE REPS SEEM MORE LIKE SALESMEN THAN REPAIR MEN.

BOTH SERVICE MEN WIRE POLITE and EXPLAINED VERY WELL THE REPAIRS NEEDED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
