Advanced Pest Control

He was really awesome - on time, pleasant, and was willing to be creative and get the mouse that was still alive out from my wall so my family can sleep tonight! I would not hesitate to call on Mike again in the future and I am so appreciative for his work today.

This guy was paid upfront (first mistake). However when he failed to perform. No refund was given. BUYER BEWARE! Extremely Unprofessional!

Traps were set that went untouched for over a week. APC gave dates on when he would return to rebait and or reposition the traps. The dates were not kept. A feral cat entered one of the traps (which would have been a plus), but he puts the trap back in the same spot because he said the cat escaped as he was putting him in his truck. Really? At the end of the day, NO pests were removed and no refund was given.

I really like them. They do a really good job.

So, I called my landlord and he had and quot;Advanced Pest Controland quot; come out to investigate the attic. Mike, the owner, came out, asked me what was happening and investigated the attic, around the outside of the house and the roof. He told me he had seen evidence of a raccoon being it the attic and there was a hole chewed into the roof, he even show me the paw prints where the raccoon was climbing up the get to the roof. He sprayed some stuff he had all around the attic that the raccoon would not like and put a screen over the hole till the roof was repaired. Then he told me to let him know if I hear the noise again and if I did he would try something else. A couple days later I hear it again, but it was the loud noise and some lower noises. Mike came back looked at the hole in the roof and the screen was torn open, then he went in the attic again, but this time he saw the raccoon and it's babies down in the wall. He told me the raccoon was about 40 pounds, very large. So, this time he put a cage at the hole in the roof with the screen again and sprayed more of the stuff that raccoons don't like all around the attic. He came back a couple days later and the screen was open again, there was nothing in the cage and there was nothing in the attic either. The raccoon and the babies were gone and I have not heard anything since then, and then the roof was repaired. It has been a year now and still no raccoons. Mike was Fantastic!! He explained everything to me of what he was going to do and if he had caught the raccoon and babies, he would take them to a safe place and let them go, Which I liked!! Mike was very nice, thorough, hard working, seemed like he enjoyed his job and cared about his customers. I would definitely call Mike if I had any more problems with animals like the raccoons or for pest control. Mike even gave me some home remedies for pests and he told me he was writing a book about home remedies for pest and such. I more than and quot;Highly Recommendand quot; and quot;Advanced Pest Controland quot;!! He does not stop until he gets the job done and it is done right!! Thanks Mike and when you finish your book I would love to buy it, you were a big help!!

Friendly, professional, on-time, thorough. Moved all my furniture to spray underneath and put furniture back. Very pleased. And will recommend and use him again if needed in the future.
