satellite tv service
 + -1 moreOver two days, I have left several messages asking Advanced Satellite to come out and verify the work they did was done correctly. I have had no response, unlike when I originally contacted them. Now I will have to contact the network and pay an additional $99 - for a total cost of $170.
Description of Work: Came out for 40 minutes and said they switched some wires around and that I needed a new satellite box. He said once the new satellite box was installed, my other TV should work. Got the new box, verified that it was installed correctly but the other TV still won't work. I was told to have Advanced Satellite check the wiring. My wife told me the technician admitted he had no experience with the network and wasn't sure what he did was right. This, after accepting my check. He also had the story incorrect of what was wrong.

 + -1 moreContacted Jason last week, after speaking to him at the State Fair. We arranged a time that would work for installation. He also answered any questions that I had. Steve came out and did the install and explained the equipment to us. He did an excellent job and even buried the line from the dish to the house which my cable company still hasn't done after two years. Steve was running late but called to notify me and get better directions. When he arrived he worked fast, but through. He left my cable installation in place for my Internet connection and connected everything the way I wanted it. I was very pleased with the whole process. I would use them again and recommend to others. Only complaint is their voice mail system didn't work after hours. I couldn't leave a message.
Description of Work: Install 2 rm DirecTV with DVR.
