I have a service contract with them, so it did not cost anything for them to come out. They were great! I called them at midnight and they told me what to do for the night. They then sent someone out the next day to fix it. They had exceptional customer service. I was impressed that they came out so quickly. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I emailed the company after finding them on Angie's List and they contacted me back almost immediately. Vincent, sales person, came out to our home within the next couple of days and priced out a system that worked best for us. He was honest and did not try to sell us on things that we didn't need. He offered us the right products and the pricing he gave us was excellent. Vincent was very professional and easy to work with. After our discussion, we decided to move forward with the install and Vincent scheduled the install right then and there for a time that worked best for us just the following week. The installer came out on time as scheduled and did the install. He spent the entire day at our home, mainly because there were some computer issues at their main office that were out of his control. The installer was very professional and dedicated to getting the install completed and showing my husband how to use the system before departing. The work he did to install was very efficient and clean, he left no mess behind. We were both very impressed with the whole process from salesman to installation. Thanks!

Overall, satisfactory experience thus far. We moved into a house that had system previously installed, so we had to re-activate. Every time someone comes to the house, they are friendly, but a few have been not so knowledgeable about the system that is installed, I believe because it is probably over 10+ years old.

The sales rep was great. He answered every question I had. This was my first alarm system so I had lots of questions.

Our alarm went off when I replaced a battery in a smoke detector. We called ADT for assistance and discovered that ADT had been aware that our alarm system was NOT sending signals to their facility for 2 weeks. Amazingly, despite this awareness, they made NO attempt to ascertain whether there was a problem in our house or in our alarm system. This is an alarm company that makes no attempt to determine the cause of an interruption in a signal from a home alarm until the homeowner discovers the problem and contacts the company! Even though they failed to fulfill their end of the bargain by making no attempt to discover the cause of our interruption in service (leaving us unknowingly unprotected for 2 weeks) they charged us an extra $500 to discontinue their "service."

We wanted to update an existing system that we had installed when we first moved into the home. Vincent Espinosa came out the same day that I called. He seemed to really know what he was talking about and was more than patient with my 4 year old bouncing around. We scheduled installation for a week later. The installer Chris Tate came right on time and seemed to be very thorough. He checked and made sure that everything was ok with the existing wiring and replaced most of the old sensors. The whole experience was very professional.

Vincent Espinosa was our salesman. He was excellent; not pushy and let us basically design our system. He answered questions and was very helpful. From start to finish this was a great experience. The installer was kind and explained how to use the system to us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if fact already have.

We met with the representative. He was professional and courteous. He was helpful in helping us decide what components of the security system we needed for our house. The estimate he gave us was very comparable with other companies in town. We reviewed this company on Angie's List.

We got several estimates from different companies. We consulted Angie's list to help us pick those with the best record. Our sales person, Kurt, gave us a thorough explanation of our options and helped us decide the best system for our house. There was no pressure to add more to the system that we decided on. We reviewed all of the estimates that we had and chose Brinks partly from Angie's List, partly on price and partly on the services offered. The system was installed within just a few days and has worked well so far. We also had a new door put in and Brinks came back out to change the sensor for the new door without an additional charge (we talked about it before the install). There were two places that the installation guy missed with the drill and left a hole where it shouldn't be. I'm sure we could have them come out to fix it, but they are minor and we can fix it ourselves. The system is almost completely hidden except for the motion detectors and control panels. They are unobtrusive. Our sense of well-being when out of the house, especially when out of town, increased immeasurably since installing the system.

They have always been great and pleasure to work with. They did a great job installing the system and explaining how everything operates. I been pleased when we have had an issue they been there to correct the problem and answer our questions.

It was easy. They came out did what they said they would do and left. They were their when they said they said they would be. It was a very simple and easy experience.

They have been wonderful and I would recommend them over another large security alarm company. They were very honest and gave me several options to secure my home. They were also able to customize my home for my cat and the two stories.

They explained everything very well. The installation was a little messy. The worker did leave a lot of little nails around. The price and service was good. When I did experience a small problem, they were very willing to come out and fix the problem.

It went EXTREMELY smoothly. The workers were highly professional, friendly, careful with our property and possessions, and conscientious about clean-up. As they advertised, the house looked no different when they were done than when they started, They explained the system clearly. There was one little item we called about a few days after the install (an exposed wire) and they gladly arranged a time to promptly come out and conceal it in a wall. Again, the worker was friendly, careful, and took care of it to our complete satisfaction. We chose Brinks based on a careful review of Angie's List ratings which were highly favorable (especially in contrast to some of their competitors) and once again, we found that Angie's list steered us right. We would give Brinks our most enthusiastic recommendation.

It went very good. They did a really good job when they were having to drill for the alarms. They also cleaned up well after they were done with the work they were doing.

During and after the installation a few minor problems did arise. These were handled in a very professional and prompt way by both Brink's local and national representatives. Our dealings locally were with Security Sales Consultant Vincent Espinosa. His courtesy and promptness in handling questions and getting issues resolved was outstanding. I have already recommended Brink's to others looking for either new systems or updating existing systems.

Steve came out and gave us the information and an estimate about 3 business days after I phoned. We liked the product and the company, so we signed the contract that evening. Franco, the installer, was out the following morning. He spent about 8 hours wiring our 40+ year old home for its first security system. It works great and he cleaned up after himself very nicely, especially considering that he had to punch holes in drywall and drill through wood door jambs. He explained and demonstrated the system, which is super easy to understand and control. A nice job all around and we are pleased with the system.

The crew that installed the system were very professional. They walked us through the process before they began. They were very neat and tidy (and cleaned up afterward).

It went well for us, but the technician had a hard time because our house is very old and does not have the standard access points that a newer house might have. We had to rethink the placement of the motion detector and the smoke/fire alarm. The technician called in another technician to help, which was very smart of him, and in the end it everything worked out okay. The salesman had said that there was no house that Brinks was unable to wire. We were almost a first, but the technicians found solutions to seemingly insoluble problems. I must congratulate them.

I had Brinks at my previous house and wanted to replace the wireless alarm system where we had moved to. Brinks installed a complete system with a variety of new sensors and gave me a big "moving discount" for the new system. This is a much better system than the other companies and they gave me the old monitoring price. The sales guy did not pressure me, everyone showed up on time and tech was thorough and cleaned up. After a fiasco of an installation with another company in the past (I wrote a review for them as well), the local Brinks people did a very good job of the installation. Their price was similar, after discounts, to another company, but for a more reliable hard-wired system and much lower than what other companies would charge for a similar system.

Adam Lee the sales representative came out and, after inspecting our 20 year old system, offered to replace it all at no cost and bring it all up to date. Three days later an installer completed the job in about 3 hours. I am very pleased with our experience and would recommend Brinks.

Great. The representative (Steve Miller) returned our calls promptly, was polite and helpful in helping us figure out what we needed. He didn't try to sell us extra equipment, and was receptive to our questions. All of the extras were put on at our request, after detailed conversations with him. We told him what we were looking to accomplish, and he helped us figure out the most economical way. He readily told us when he didn't really think we needed to add something. The tech who installed the system was courteous and helpful. He called to say he was on his way, because he was going to be about 10 minutes late. He was at our home all day installing, and went over everything with us before doing any work to make sure we were OK with where everything would go. He cleaned up everything really well - you wouldn't even have known he'd been here. System itself is super easy to use.

They helped me a lot. They were very professional, very on time, very informative. Because I need a upgrade, he (the serviceman who came out) didn't charge me for servicing my security system.

He was always late and one day he didn't even come at all. I couldn't keep waiting all day, but I set up the appointment for the next week and he was still late. I did think the work was pretty good though and I trusted him in my house.

I met the salesman at a home show. He was very friendly and personable. He took lots of time with me to answer questions and concerns. Once he came out to the house, again he made sure we designed a system that met my needs and concerns. He did not try to oversell me items I did not need. He of course stated if I wanted other options on the system later, I could add them. The no pressure "sales pitch" was a pleasant experience. When the installation guy came out 2 days later to put in the system, he was very polite and I felt confident he knew what to do. He was careful to ask my preferences about where things were to be installed and asked if he had leeway to make changes if wiring was not where I wanted things to go. The "brains" of the system were installed in a linen closet and I told him to leave everything out, not to worry about putting things away. When i returned, all the linens were folded and put away great! The system works wonderfully. It was a great experience!
