+ 0 moreBEWARE OF Cody McCord, he wanted me to pay $7,000 up front before any work done including a plan of building. He said he had never been jilted yet when I wanted to pay $500 for him to outline the suggested build he said, "Absolutely!! I didn't know the plan was part of the scope. Could you get us a down payment prior to plan then I can draw up contract? (I've been burnt after I draw up plans before)"

Description of Work: Cut a board that holds the boards across the roof, didn't stretch rugs, and didn't put clips done to hold rug. What lights back over my sink and lights over my vanity, but he wouldn't to that. It's not how I wanted to but hie way, put light switches for my ceiling fan and told me one was for the fan and the other was for the light ha!!

+ -1 moreIt was a total disaster. He did not show to fix them and then I saw more damage and called him and said 'do not come'. He showed up anyway with weather stripping to fill 1 inch gaps at the tops of two windows!! Said he did not get my message on not coming out. I will now be paying approximately $1500.00 to have my other windows repaired due to his damage. He refused a certified letter that I sent and did not pick it up at the post office after being notified. I demanded a full refund and if I have to, will pursue this in court along with additional monies it will cost me to repair his damage inside and outside my home.
Description of Work: Exterior window frames needed repair/replacement. Dave Wyatt came and looked at them (after some no-shows), said he could do the work and gave me an estimate. He performed the most slipshod work I have ever seen. He did not measure boards needed, he simply eyeballed it and filled in the gaps with gallons of putty. Just before he left I noticed he had knocked the interior window frame away from my inside wall approximately an inch. I immediately asked him to fix it and he came in and worked on it. About the same time his helper spilled white primer on my concrete driveway and they attempted to hose it down and away. This failed. Dave gave me his invoice and I paid in full. After they left I was walking around checking the windows and was appalled at what I was seeing. I've attached pictures of the mess he left. I requested a full refund and he said he would make an 'adjustment'. I have since paid $900.00 to have 3 windows repaired.

+ -1 moreI received Dave's number from my cousin who said he removes snow for a good price. I called Dave at 7:00 pm on a Friday night and left a message telling him I needed my driveway plowed so that I could get out to leave town the next morning. Dave was very prompt to return my call. However, I was very impatient to wait for his call and assumed with all the snow we had received (seven inches and four more to come) he would not be able to come over that quickly so, I started to shovel myself by hand. However, to my surprise Dave did offer to come over that night but I was already 3/4 way done with the side I need to get out of and I knew we were expecting another four inches of snow and did not want to come home unable to get in my drive so, we decided for him to come over the next day after all the snow had quit falling and to plow. I was not home so I left the money for him. When I returned home my driveway looked great! It looked like we never had snow on the drive way.
Description of Work: Snow removal for a two car driveway.

Description of Work: Replaced tile in bath, installed vanity, hung mirror, hung chandelier, replaced light switch.
