 + -1 moreAccurate Tree Services forgot to prune one tree. After a few phone calls they deducted $50 dollars from the original cost of $450 for a new balance of $400.00. The check was mailed on 8-31-06 and cashed by Accurate Tree on 9-15-06. After a few phone calls explaining to them I paid the bill they sent me a follow up letter on 9-29-06 stating I owe them $400.00. I have attempted to call them a few times. My last attempt is November 2nd, 2006 at 11:00 am (left a voice mail). I have a copy of the check to email to them, but they do not have an email address on their statement.
Description of Work: Pruned several trees around house for $400.00. On 8-31-06 I paid Accurate Tree Care $400.00 by check number 972. The check was cashed by Accurate Tree Inc on 9-15-06.

 + -1 moreWe called Accurate Tree Care on a Monday to ask for a quote to remove a small tree stump next to our house. They never returned our call and on Wednesday we ended up hiring someone else who came out the same day we called.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE. THEY GOT INFORMATION ON UNDERGROUND THINGS BEFORE DIGGING. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY, NO DAMAGE NO STUMPS NO TREES. GOOD CLEAN UP.

 + -1 moreEVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY CAME WHEN PROMISED, AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK.
Description of Work: TRIMMED FOUR TREES WHICH WERE OVERHANGING THE ROOF. TRIMMED AND SHAPED ANOTHER LARGE TREE. REMOVED SEVERAL LARGE SHRUBS, INCLUDING STUMPS.
