+ -1 moreTHE LADY IN THE OFFICE LEFT ME A MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO WASTE A SERVICE CALL FEE OF $419.95 ON A JOB THAT WAS GOING TO MOST LIKELY BE $250-$300 IN REPAIR. SHE ASKED ME TO CALL HER BACK TO LET HER KNOW WHAT I WANTED TO DO. THEY WERE JUST HONEST ABOUT THE SITUATION.
Description of Work: They did not do any work. I called to schedule a service call and explained what the appliance was doing.
