All went well.

We called on Monday and needed to schedule the work for Tuesday. Jim got us on the schedule when we wanted and arrived on time. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was done the right way. He thoroughly cleaned up everything before he left.

Excellent.

We called Jim late in the morning after we discovered that our water heater split its seam in the back and had been leaking all night (it was eight years on a six year warranty). He quoted us a price which included a six year water heater. We wanted a twelve year so we did some searching on the web and went to four stores before purchasing one. Kevin came within three hours of our call and even picked up the water heater at the store. The job was complete within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the work site and hauled away the old water heater.

Kevin was superb. He was a hard-worker and knowledgeable.

Very smooth, hard working crew and very low key.

Jim did a great job and took care of it all in one trip. When he turned the water back on, he discovered a leak at the main water meter(on our side of the meter of course) and was able to fix it by tightening the connection.

I had a shower faucet rebuilt last summer by the owner Jim, he did very good job and charged reasonably at $125. So when my other shower faucet in another bathroom was having the same problem, I called Jim again. He sent Craig to my house. Craig's estimate was $275 for the exact same work. After I disagreed with his price, he insisted on a $59 service call fee.

The day they were out for the estimate(afternoon), they still were able to get the permit and have our front yard tagged. The next morning they were there right on time (we also were getting a new roof same day) and managed to work great around the roofers. They worked till about 7-8pm and were just about done when they found another leak in hot water pipes, so they had to come back next morning to finish. They were always very pleasant & explained all my questions, worked hard to keep dirt & dust to minimum. Also what really made me feel good was though my house is only a 80,000 dollar home and not fancy, he understood it was my HOME and treated it like his own. I could & will highly recommend this company.

He didn't come until late in the day, but I didn't call him until about 10:00 AM. He was very courteous and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. He also suggested some updates at a very reasonable price.

The one negative comment is that the plumber did not show up on time. He did call during the window of 8 to 10 am (9:50 am)to say he would be there within 30 minutes, but did not arrive until after 10:35 am. However, once he was there, he successfully completed his work. Was very thorough and very clean. He worked quietly and when he was done, gave me a run down of all the work he performed.

He did an excellent job and was very affordable! He cleaned all the good things and was on time!

Mr Dunn was on time, reasonably priced and very professional.

SAME DAY SERVICE. PROMPT, CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO LET ME KNOW HIS PROGRESS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS, FIXED AN EXTRA GAS LEAK, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WAS VERY NICE, AND EVEN CAME BACK TO GET SOME TRASH THAT HE MISSED. A+, I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

WE CHOSE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THIS JOB BASED ON A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM FOR A PLUMBING REPAIR, AND JIM DID A SUPER JOB UNDER TRYING CONDITIONS. HE HAD A LOT OF GOOD IDEAS THAT MATCHED OUR NEEDS, AND ADDED A NUMBER OF "EXTRAS" THAT WERE NOT PART OF HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE (THAT HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR). HE BEGAN THE JOB THE MORNING AFTER WE HIRED HIM, AND WORKED SOLIDLY FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. HE IS VERY MUCH A PERFECTIONIST AND THE WORK WAS METICULOUS. THE PRICE WAS QUITE REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THAT WAS REQUIRED. I KNOW HE RAN INTO A FEW "SURPRISES" BUT THERE WAS NEVER A MENTION OF REVISING HIS QUOTE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

WE CALLED ABOVE AND BEYOND BASED ON PREVIOUS ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATIONS. JIM RESPONDED TO OUR CALL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, AND CAME OUT AND MADE THE REPAIR THE SAME DAY. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND, POLITE, THE QUOTE WAS QUITE REASONABLE, AND HE CAME READY TO FIX THE PROBLEM UNLIKE OTHERS WHO SHOW UP FOR A ''DIAGNOSTIC'' VISIT AND RETURN LATER TO MAKE THE REPAIR. THIS WAS A 40-YEAR OLD SHOWER STALL THAT WE WERE PLANNING TO RENOVATE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. JIM MENTIONED THAT HE DID REMODELS, SO WE DISCUSSED SOME PLANS, AND ENDED UP HIRING HIM ON THE SPOT FOR THE REMODEL.

JIM RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY CALL, WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I APPRECIATE THAT HE DID NOT TRY TO DO UNNECESSARY WORK FOR ME AT THE TIME, AND I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE JIM PERFORM THIS WORK AT THE END OF THE SEASON. HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND, SO I AM FAMILIAR WITH OTHER WORK HE HAS DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM TO DO OTHER WORK FOR ME.

JIM RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY CALL, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND PERFORMED THE WORK THE NEXT DAY. HE DID EXCELLENT WORK, WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. IT WAS THE BEST PLUMBING REPAIR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
