+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY MUST BE COMPLETELY RUN BY COMPUTERS...AND EVEN THEY CAN''T BE REACHED FOR QUESTIONS....HELP. SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON!!
Description of Work: WE CONTACTED FAMILY MORTGAGE TO REFINANCE AND WERE SURPRISED TO LEARN THEY WERE A BROKER....NOT REALLY A MORTGAGE COMPANY. WE WENT AHEAD WITH THE REFINANCING AND THEY SET IT UP THROUGH THE COMPANY, ABN AMRO. CURRENTLY WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OUR MORTGAGE AND NEED TO CONTACT ABN AMRO. DOZENS OF TIMES I HAVE TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND CONTINUE TO BE FUNNELED TO ONE RECORDING AFTER ANOTHER---NO REAL PERSON!!! I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS TO THEM ASKING FOR HELP.......AND SO FAR, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM THAT WAY EITHER.......
