John Titus, a roofer and sales associate with ABC Roofing, arrived promptly and promptly completed his inspection of our roof. According to my husband, he determined the cause of our leaky roof in just moments, installed the necessary pipe caps, sealed them, and had completed the job in about fifteen minutes. In addition, Mr. Titus provided us some insight into the relative age of our roof as well as when we should consider replacing it. As a result, we are quite pleased with ABC Roofing.

I initially requested a preliminary inspection based on seeing some shingle damage. My daughter had utilized ABC and had been very satisfied. They provided a quote and detailed contract so there would be no misunderstanding about what they would be doing. It turned out the repair person determined some additional shingles needed replaced which was completed without an additional charge. They we we very professional and I was very pleased with the result.

They were awesome! From the estimate to the completed work, they were nothing but professional. I was so impressed too, because not only did the crew arrived on time, they cleaned up every last piece of trash! I could not even tell they had been there when I got home!

I requested a free roof inspection for potential hail damage as a number of my neighbors had damage and have been replacing roofs. I got a response back same day that someone would contact me within 2 days. When I didn't hear from someone at the company I responded in an email through Angie's list that no one had reached out to contact me as promised and if they didn't think they had the time to let me know so I could reach out to another roofing company. I was contacted the next day by someone in the office who apologized as she thought someone had already reached out to me. I had originally requested an estimate in the next 2-3 days but she informed me they had no openings until the following week and wanted to know what day worked for me. I was acceptable to the following week and set an appointment for Tues Sept 22 at 330 pm. I stayed home all afternoon but no one showed up so I called the office at 430 pm only to get a message the offices close at 4 pm. I left a message I didn't know what happened to my scheduled appointment but I will look for another roofing contractor. I chose ABC roofing based on a number of great reviews, but the two instances of a lack of follow-up on their part forced me to decide to move on to another contractor. I would've been more understanding if someone from the office would have at least followed up and let me know if there was a problem and they needed to reschedule but I heard from no one.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Worked with John Janke as account rep. He was professional and was on the job site the day of the work for quite some time checking on the quality of the work. The new roof looks great -- and the installers were great. They worked for 11 hours -- and never slowed down. The clean up was amazing -- they even re-arranged the furniture on our back patio! The price was more than fair. And the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend ABC Roofing North to friends and neighbors. People continue to drive by slowly and look at the new install and comment on how great the roof looks. We couldn't be happier.

From the initial meeting with John for the estimate, to the actual work, to the follow up, everything went great. Everyone in the office that I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful also. They got everything done in one day. The roof looks great and, most importantly, no leaks! *knock on wood*

The roof was done first. Scheduling was prompt, and work was completed quickly after a couple of delays due to weather. Crew was efficient and friendly. The cleanup was very thorough. Scheduling for soffits and gutters was not as smooth. I didn't know until two days before when the work would be done, which made it difficult to schedule other work that was being done around the house. Soffit crew did not clear out insulation blocking the vents as they were supposed to do. This necessitated a followup visit to blow out the vents, which is probably not as effective as if it had been done before the new material was installed. Also, the crew did not clean up when they were done, leaving the old material that was removed in a pile in my yard. There were also a lot of nails and metal scraps left in the yard. This was cleaned up two days later by the sales representative and jobsite supervisor. The gutter crew was again very efficient and friendly, and showed a lot of attention to detail.

They arrived just a tad late and had all work completed within four hours. They were very professional. Soffit vents did not quite match the paint on the eaves so they went to hardware store to get another color. They will return when the weather is cooler to add insulation in my attic. Their proposal contains detailed work to be completed.

ABC Roofing did an excellent job. John Titus was very professional and helpful. Our job was scheduled very quickly. The quality of work was excellent and we received a great warranty.

The sales agent, Steve, responded quickly to my call and came to give me an estimate within a few days. I liked the form of the proposal because it was very specific. Since I was a roofing novice I had a lot of questions and he was very helpful. All the roofers were very professional and courteous . They cleaned up the debris very well. It was done in two days and looks great!!

They did a good job. They did it right the first time. They did everything they said they were going to do.

The project to replace the leaking roof on a screened porch went well. There aren't a lot of contractors that install rubber roofs so our selection process was limited. We were able to schedule a representative from ABC roofing to come to our rental property to give us an estimate within a week of calling the office. There was about a month between when we hired the company and when they were able to start the job due to their workload. The roof repair took about a day and was completed without incident. We have no problems with the roof since the work was completed in July of 2014.

I purchased the big deal, and they did an excellent job. The person that did the inspection was very informative, and showed me pictures of the roof and a few things that he did. I did not have any major issues. My house is 12 years old, it was worth the money to have someone inspect the roof.

They were courteous. They seemed like a smaller business. They don't work very quickly. They weren't the cleanest. I had to remind them they had to clean up after themselves and then the next day it ended up I had to clean out and do it. Then they called and the work was done correctly into my satisfaction. They're very good.

John was very polite and personable.

The service went well. The pricing was fair and they did a good job. The sales person did a great job with the estimate and it was put together well. The crew completed the work in 1 day. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. They were punctual and hard workers. They kept me posted on the progress of the job. They worked well together and I was very impressed with their work. I was surprised they could get the roof on in one day and scheduling was not an issue.

There wasn't any charge for the estimate, but when they sent the estimate, everything was extra, and the overall price was more, that is why I didn't go with them. They seemed like an excellent company.

The co. rep, John Titus, provided a detailed proposal and met with us 2x more to answer questions. He stayed in touch, as did the office, as the work date approached and during the roof work and clean up. A few items required additional work beyond what we contracted for, and ABC performed the additional work at no extra charge. We received an even better bargain than what we paid for.

The job site clean up was very good and the quality is very good. The price was very competitive and price commitment was kept.

ABC was very prompt and courteous. There was a lot of rain and delayed the installation. However they worked on Saturday to get my roof installed. The workers were very courteous and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.
