Work was delayed due to hail damage to other homes needing work. Crew was efficient. Job including removal of old roof, installation of new and clean-up took two days. We we very pleased with the results.

Despite the fact they had done work for me a year ago, they failed to return so much as a phone call. This scares me since I have a warranty with them on a rubber roof installed earlier. I am sure glad my roof is not leaking.

I called them and left a message and they never called back. I called again and left a message on voice mail. They never called back.

They went above and beyond replacing our roof because of hail damage. They were very kind to me and I appreciated the personal care. The quality was great and they are wonderful.

I found them in the list after some research and called to get an estimate on my roof, gutters, and other repairs, due to hail damage. Their reputation seemed solid and responses from others having work done was favorable. They said they were very busy, but would be out the following week to give us an estimate. They never came, I called again a week later to see if they were still coming and got no response. Thinking there was a communications error, I called again and still no response. What a way to run a business.

I placed a call to ABC Roofing on May 2, 2006, after researching them on Angie's List. I was told that they were scheduling estimates for May 22nd, and that the ''estimate lady'' would call back to schedule. I did not hear from the ''estimate lady.'' I understand the load of work the roofers have this season ,but there is no excuse for not returning a call.

First called the company 5/2 and requested estimate "we will set up estimate for week of 5/22 and advise you when". Heard nothing further. Week of 5/22, called them three times requesting call back and appointment; No response. Finally was able to reach them on 6/2 and was told that representative would be here on 5/9 between 12 and 1:00 PM to inspect the roof, estimate the cost and advise scheduling. No show, no call, no response other than another recording when I a called their office.

The said they were busy with catching up with hail damage business, but would come out and give me a quote. It's been 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything.

Roof damage due to storms. I was frustrated by calling and leaving a message, waiting for 3 days to get a return call, waiting weeks for someone to come and look and the roof and give me an estimate. But this seemed to be a problem for many roofing companies due to the extent of the hail in the area.

I called three weeks early to set the appointment and they never showed! They never even called to rescheduled, I have not heard from them since. I call and get a voice mail, weird.

Very good experience. Roofers did not get instructions about the bathroom ceiling vent needing to be installed as part of the project contract, so the company came out and took care of that a week or so later after the main project was completed with no hassle.

We called Rod shortly after sustaining hail damage on April 7, 2006, in the storm which struck a good part of Indianapolis with serious hail damage. Rod responded immediately with an estimate which allowed us to process our claim with our insurance company & initiate repairs. Once the insurance company approved the repair, the work was promptly done, & we had all our damage repaired & a new roof installed by May 18, 2006. Rod & Pat were wonderful to deal with- always promptly responsive to telephone & e-mail requests. The work was done when promised & the clean up of the premises was so thorough that there was very little for me to do. In view of the wide-spread roof destruction in the city & the great demand for repairs, coupled with the incessant rain during this period, it was nothing short of miraculous that ABC was able to get us finished in such short order.

ABC did a fabulous job! It took only 1 day for them to finish the job! Once I called for an estimate, work began within 2 weeks. Their responsiveness to my calls, emails and faxes was very prompt and they ALWAYS knew who I was and the status of my job. They went out of their way to try to provide me with the option of using an AMEX credit card, however the fees were too expensive. The point is they tried to accommodate my request. The clean up was EXCEPTIONAL! Many of my neighbors commented on the fact that all the work and cleanup was done in one day... and the new roof looks great. A few weeks after the work was complete, I had a problem with a power fan and they quickly sent someone out to repair it. If you want a fair price and outstanding customer service choose ABC, you won't be disappointed. I wasn't thrilled at the prospect of spending over $10,000 for a roof, but they made me feel like I was their only customer, and they would ensure I received every penny's worth.

I called them but they never called back.

On first contact, company rep e-mailed me that his office would call to set up an appointment - never happened. I followed-up, someone contacted me with a two-hour appointment window. I was here, they never showed. They knew I was an Angie subscriber. I know roofers are very busy due to the recent storms, but this sort of treatment seems unacceptable - especially for Angie subscribers!

They were on time, treated me fairly and completed the job in one, long day.

I left a message with them, and they never called back!

Their services were very good. We were pleased that we did not need a whole new roof.

A representative came inspected on 04/17/2006. He gave good explanation of what needed to be done and informed that estimate will be available in 1 or 2 days. It's almost 10 days and I haven't received an estimate. I left messages and have not received reply yet. If they are too busy, they could have told me, so I wouldn't have to wait around for nothing.

We called him the first of the week and had a new roof on Friday. The yard was cleaned up. I just was real pleased. The insurance company loved his price and said "go for it".

Very bad. Would not recommend. I wish we had gone with the other company who recommended and quoted the new roof. They knew what they were talking about. We paid too much to this company for a very poor job with no guarantee. We still have major leaking and additional interior damage. I am now in the process of requesting estimates from other Angie's List companies for a new roof.

Estimates and repairs were conducted in a very timely manner. Robert was polite and explained what was recommended in an easy to understand way. Repairs were conducted rapidly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. The price was quite reasonable for the work done. I highly recommend this company. I am a repeat customer (different house but sufficiently pleased to call them back)

They were very nice but the price was much higher than another competitor that I chose.

I called them and the person who answered the phone said the owner would call back to set up a time for the estimate. No one called back.

Everyone that we worked with was really friendly and willing to work with my schedule. Both the estimator and the repairmen were patient and willing to take the time to explain the work to me. Also, when coming for the estimate, the man was here for over an hour, whereas the other place that I called was only here for about 20 minutes. I will definitely be calling this company again if the need ever arises.
