I was very pleased with them - they were excellent.

They were very good and worked all day long. They completed the work in 1 day, and there was no debris remaining. They even took a magnet along my driveway to make sure there were no nails.

The price was fair, they addressed all problems, and were very professional, courteous, and hard working. I had a few other quotes. He was not the least expensive, but he was fair for the level of work that needed to be done. His crew were very hard working, and installed everything as per our agreement.

Received estimate promptly. Everyone at ABC was professional & informative. We went with another company with a slightly lower (about $400) cost.

I left a message on their machine. They never returned my call.

I think the company is reputable, just needs a little more organization in the office. I would use their service, however due to their workload, they would not be able to repair our roof until the spring. We are still receiving bids, but if we do not go with them, that will be why.

I searched Angies List for highly rated roofers and created a short list, knowing that roofers in general are very busy with all the hail damage projects. I knew that I would wait several days/weeks for call backs and final estimates. I called Gary Leitz, and he answered on the first try and even said that he would be out to inspect my roof the very same week. That date was 8/24, and he didn't show. I called on 9/5 and said he would be out that day, but he didn't show. I called 9/11, and he said he would be out that day, and didn't show again. On all three occasions, he didn't say that ''maybe he would show up'' or ''possibly I'll make it''. He said ''I'll be there''. On 9/11 he was even working less than a half mile from my home. This is just unprofessional. I know roofers are busy. I had one tell me that they simply weren't taking any new jobs until '07, and that is fine. But to lie, what's the point?

Was given estimate for roof replacement, but the representative tried to tell me that my 10 year old roof had bad shingles and it looked like it was 20 yrs old. He inferred that when my roof was previously done, they may have substituted cheaper shingles than what was specified in my contract. I had work being done on my home at that time and my contractor did not see any of this, nor did another roofing company that gave me an estimate. This may have been an honest opinion on his part, but I was turned off by his remarks;almost got the feeling it was a scare tactic to a female customer. He did spend an unusually long time looking at my roof, to the point that when another roofer showed up for a scheduled appointment, he had to wait until abc was done.

Both of the individuals we dealt with, were very informative and easy to deal with. Troy went out of his way to answer our questions. Once the actual commitment was made to be there on a certain day, they came in and did their job in a very professional manner. They even worked through a storm, to make sure we were weather tight before they left. We would hire them again in a heart beat and have recommended them to many of our friends.

Rod was very easy to work with, and he and his foremen supervised the work which was done by a very, hardworking and professional crew. The roof and copper work looks excellent, and the cleanup was thorough.

Rod installed a new roof last year that needed to be replaced again due to hail damage. All in all we were once again satisfied with the work. The only minor problem was related to the clean up. The crew was caught by a rain shower at the end of the day before clean up had begun. It started to get dark as well and clean up was not done properly. I had the company come back the next day to remove tar stains from walls and steps. I myself ended up collecting at least a dozen nails and countless pieces of clear tape and other debris over the next two weeks.

Only one of several roofers called who was willing to do this small job right away. Very flexible on scheduling. We never actually met the workers, the work was done magically while we were at work. Suggested several alternative approaches to the repair, at various prices. Found "parts" quickly.

He was a no show for an estimate. I assume he is not interested in my business or anyone else I know that needs a roofer.

Their initial price in comparison was much cheaper then the other companies. I decided to add to that and it inflated it a little bit. They are a great company. I love the salesman Troy.

Fantastic experience. Their prices are great, quality of work was great, clean up was perfect, they showed up on time and returned phone calls quickly. Without a charge, they even fixed a gutter downspout while doing the roof work. Would hire again without hesitation.

I thought they did an excellent job.

Good communications by phone and email. Had to coordinate around chimney work by another company and weather. Got the job done quickly and neatly. Came back within a day to fix a clogged gutter when notified. Highly recommend them. Owner himself did final inspection and touch ups.

I submitted a report on them when they put on the new roof. This is just an additional comment.

Roofing was weather dependant, and we were kept informed when they would be able to do the work. They were on time and their supervisors checked several times. The owner of the company made a personal inspection to insure everything was OK. Their prices were exceptionally reasonable and much lower than some competitors. Estimate was concise and all perceived work was explained in detail.

They were prompt and courteous. The price was good.

I have used ABC before and have always found them to be very quick in responding and willing to answer questions. They were able to repair my hail-damaged roof for the amount allowed by my insurance company.

They were very good about clean up, and they were very nice. We've used them in the past. They made suggestions about how to preserve the new roof by putting an undercoating in the valleys, and other companies did not mention that. They didn't charge us extra for that because it was all part of the quality roofing.

Unprofessional. They say that they are a christian organization. I feel that they are using this as a way to get business and this is not the way that I have been dealt with.

This is the second time that ABC roofing has assisted us with roofing issues. They are wonderful and considerate to work with and provide quality service at a competitive price.

After leaving two voice mail messages, Pat left me a message stating that June 22nd and 23rd were open for them to come out and give me an estimate. I then left another message saying that June 22nd was fine, I was off work that day and to leave me a message letting me know the time they would be there. I never heard back and they didn't show up. I've seen many postings about them not returning calls and not showing up, and a response from ABC that they can't keep up with the phone calls, and that the other contractors are having the same problems. I have had no problems getting quotes from 4 other companies, they have all returned my calls promptly. One of them has even hired additional people just to return calls and schedule estimates. I'm very disappointed that ABC didn't show up, they have a good rating and I like the way they do the work.
