They were very detail oriented with their quote. Nobody gives a quote like they do. I contacted the top 3 guys from the List. They gave a 2 page documentation of what they would do including measurements and shingle types and price. It had every square inch and line itemized. They finished the job in 2 days. All the workers were great. They just "beavered" away.

Everyone was so professional. I was very impressed that they sent two inspectors out after the job was complete. I feel very confident that if there are any problems they will be back out.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I received several quotes and ABC was the lowest. The quality of their work was excellent. Their customer service and follow-up was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, the whole experience went very well. The estimate was thorough, the work was done quickly and well.

ABC was a terrific company to work with. We felt very comfortable with Wes, our salesman's honesty and knowledge of what needed to be done. The installers were courteous and very hard-working and thorough. The job should have taken only one day but because of a rain-delayed start they had to work a couple of hours the following day. Philip, the crew chief, was extremely apologetic about the situation even though it was beyond his control. During and after installation, the crew was very careful about keeping the debris cleaned up. After they were completely finished, they made several passes over the yard with their magnetic sweeper to retrieve nails and staples. The roof looks terrific!

We called for an estimate in the morning, and they were able to replace the boots that afternoon. They did the work without us having to be there, and left the bill in the door.

They helped us deal with our insurance agency which was a blessing. They got the job done quickly. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. Everything was repaired that we asked them to. Clean up was done well around the yard. It was a great job, and the value was great.

Mr. Leitz came at the appointed time to inspect our roof, determine the cause of a leak, and gather information for an estimate. He gave a verbal estimate for re-roofing part of a valley and took measurements to replace a couple of pieces of siding. He promised to call me the next day with the complete estimate. He never called and never responded to my phone call a few days later.

I was very satisfied with their work. Wes made it very easy by scheduling the estimate, providing samples quickly, and ultimately installing a very nice looking roof. They were especially good at scheduling the job to be done two days before the July 4th holiday, and overall the job was completed exactly as he described it. I recommend them.

The guys showed up when they promised to. They did the work in a day. They left the place pretty clean. We would use ABC Roofing again.

I called the phone number 317-293-5811 and asked for an estimate for complete roof and gutter replacement. Becky answered the phone took all of my information including home and office phone numbers. They never returned my phone call!

The saleman was great. Dropped off multiple samples to help us decide the color of shingles. The office staff was excellent. Spoke with them on multiple occasions to verify price, contract received, confirm color and type of shingle, coordinate delivery of materials, etc. Due to workload, we did wait 4 weeks but kept to schedule. They even worked our job in one day early. The crew was great. They finished the roof in one day. After the roof was complete, the crew went over our property many times to pick up trash. I walked around after the crew left and didn't find any trash (particularly nails) left. Excellent company.

It is a family run company and they did everything perfectly. We changed colors in the middle of the project, and they did so without question and instantly.

The work they did was excellent. Getting everything scheduled was a little bit of a hassle. They especially did a good job with clean up after the job.

We have been very satisfied with the work performed by ABC Roofing. Due to timing we where lucky to get moved up on the schedule. It took ABC Roofing two full days to complete the project. We worked with Rod and Morris on our roofing project, and they both were courteous and professional. At the end of the project we noticed a damaged gutter and a skylight that needed to be repositioned. They fixed the skylight and replaced the damaged gutter with a new gutter, and painted it to match the house. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend ABC Roofing to anyone who is in need of roofing work.

John did a great job of installing the Ice Shield and shingles.

Wes was very helpful making decisions, knowledgeable. ABC was able to repair soffits and fix siding. Very satisfied with roof.

Originally I called in April to schedule a roof repair and was told by a woman that they wouldn't be able to do it until at least June 25, and probably later because that is when they begin doing repairs. In mid to late May I was contacted by Mike Hunsucker, who made arrangements to have the work done in less than a week and the roofer used shingles that were in my basement left over from the roofing done when the house was built.

I gave them the down payment up front and when they finished. They came back to collect the rest. They wanted to try and charge me the whole amount again, not realizing that I had already paid a deposit. After everything was done, I called them and left a message for some reason, but they never called me back. Work turned out fine, but it did take them 3 or 4 weeks initially to get back to tell me when they were going to start on the project. I had to call them to find out.

Overall the process went well. It took a few calls to get tile samples delivered to our home so that we could choose a color. The job took about 2.5 days. They did a good job with clean-up. The job was completed 4 weeks ago, and we have not found any stray nails or screws. Upon completion, there was some tar on our brick porch and some minor damage to a fascia board. They came our within a week and remedied both problems to satisfaction.

I chose another company. The gentleman who came to do the estimate was very nice, very professional, and explained some things to me. However, I had to remind the company (via email) to send the estimate (after having waited several days past when I was told it would be emailed), and then a second time. The original estimate did not include the gutters, and neither included 30 year shingles or heavy duty felt. The estimate that was sent was very detailed, however, which was a good thing. Just worried that if I got lost in the cracks on an estimate when they should be trying to impress me, that the job would get lost in the cracks as well.

When I'd contacted ABC roofing initially they had a long waiting list but once it was our turn Jim contacted us and was on time for the appointment. I had two other companies out before him and Jim did the most detailed inspection by far. He checked the entire roof and not only the area of the leak. What I really appreciated was the fact that he was absolutely straightforward about what needed to be done and what did not. I did not feel like he was trying to convince me to have unnecessary work done. He returned later in the day and completed the repairs without bothering the household (baby was asleep). I called the office and completed payment over the phone. He was professional and polite throughout. He even called the billing dept and checked on the Angie's list discount for me. We will probably need a new roof in 2-3 years and ABC will be the ones we call.

Very professional. The owner himself came out for the estimate and appeared on the day the job was to be performed. Also came out to inspect work once completed. The shingles brought to the site did not match ones on the house. Workmen used my excess shingles. Workmen had torn some of the shingles and owner made no excuses and ordered shingles that matched the ones on my roof and replaced the ones of mine that they had used. Problem was corrected the same day.

They were wonderful. I have referred them to many people. The job kept getting bigger and bigger and they never charged me anything more.
