I took Oct 24 off to be there when roofers were & scheduled the other work on next 2 days. Shingles delivered by 8am as promised. I covered deck (under construction) with tarps & hung tape on stairways with signs, asking them to stay-off the deck. By 10am, no roofers. I called ABC & was told they were running behind due to rain a few days before. They lost my folder (why didn't they call?). She thought roofers should be there next day (?). Roofers were there at 3:30 when I got home. There was a lot of debris on deck & a worker was standing on the deck picking up the metal debris that had been dropped on the deck (he had stepped over my tape/sign). I tried to ask questions, but only 1 worker could speak broken English. They quit 2 hrs before dark & arrived about 9am next day. Finished by 1pm...Found pop cans, potato chip bags & pomegranate skins/seeds. They had 2 flat tires on flatbed truck. 2.5 wks later, no idea when gutters will be installed. Poor admin communication, poor cleanup.

ABC Roofing was great to work with. They found damage on our roof that had been missed by another company, and worked with us to get insurance coverage. The roofing crew worked extremely hard and were very courteous.

It went very well. The roof looks great, and their cleanup was very thorough.

Everything that they did was excellent! Everyone was kind, courteous and on time. They are going to come out soon to put new gutters on.

I thought they did a good job. They did forget my venting, but they came back and put that in.

We were very pleased with them. They cleaned up their mess extremely well. I did not find one nail.

From my vantage point on the ground, I had mentally identified about three things that I thought could be causing a problem. He did identify one of the items that I was thinking, but other than pipe boots that needed to be replaced, he said that I had a lot of loose shingles and suggested caulking/gluing them back down. His other suggestion was that since I had loose shingles and several houses in my neighborhood had shingles missing from their roof (I have no missing shingles), maybe I should just have a new roof put on over the current one! I found this rather shocking. If the house needs a new roof, I would expect that a roofer would give me actual reasons why I needed this instead of what seemed like a random suggestion! I went with another roofer. By the way, I still never received an actual estimate from ABC Roofing. That estimator never followed through with my request to resend the email with the attachment actually attached.

Excellent on price and service. I would recommend them to anyone.

So far, so good. Came out for estimate, told us it would be a quick fix.

I contacted Rod and told him that I was going to paint the outside also, so he had arranged the work to be done around my painting personnel. After the painting was done it was the next day when the crew came out and started replacing the siding. There was some delays but not because of ABC but my insurance company. After they were done Rod came out and inspected with me and some minor things needed fix and it was done the next day. I was well please with the workmanship and speed of the job.

ABC roofing came out and repaired minor leak at no charge!

I was very impressed with this company. They were prompt, fast, reasonably priced and over all very easy to work with. They cleaned up great every day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Wes was sent out to talk to me and give me my estimate. He was very pleasant and punctual. I received 3 estimates and ABC Roofing was slightly less than the other 2 estimates. Everyone in their office was exceptionally nice and pleasant to work with. We set up a tentative day and barring the hot weather and rain they completed the job the very week we had agreed upon. They arrived about 12 noon on a Wednesday and finished the job the following day. They did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves. It was sincerely a relief to deal with this company.

Superb. Not a single problem. On time for all appointments. Used our preferred dates to do the work. Cleaned up every day. Great workers. Not even one flower damaged during three days work at temperatures over 90 degrees. Worked long hard days. One hour inspection of the work performed a few days later by senior company representative.

The overall work went extremely well. From the start, Jim Leibrock was in contact with us early and often as we worked through the paperwork in order to finalize everything. The work was done in just a little over one day during the hot summer of 2007 and appears to be up to the quality and workmanship that we would expect from a reputable company like ABC Roofing. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.

I had my handyman check their work. The side that they had to replace was done so well you can't even tell what side had to be replaced. They were pretty punctual at all times when I dealt with them. They talked to the insurance company and got the money from doing the flashing. They were very prompt in following up with me and my insurance agency.

Would highly recommend them to anyone. They did exactly what they said & in a timely fashion. We were totally pleased with their work. Keep up the good work.

This went very well. I was glad to find a large, reputable company that does roof repairs, as many of them don't. Their estimate was reasonable and the work was scheduled quickly. The person who did the repairs also did a small favor for me afterwards (he cut a whole in an existing gutter so I could more easily install a new rain chain). After the first rain since the roof repair, the leak seems to be fixed. The workers left no mess. Other than being a tad slow to return one or two calls, the company is very professional. The two people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I will consider using this company for roof replacement in the future.

They came out the same day and fixed the problem even though it rained off and on all day. These guys (and gals) are GREAT!

The estimator recommended quality materials and added additional components and wood at my request within a very fair price. The workers worked in 90 degree plus weather, fighting wasps, bees and a bat and performed their work in a very professional and complete manner. They cleaned up all nails and other debris. I am well pleased with the quality of their work. I have no dislikes regarding this company. I hired this company because they had received the '06 Angie's Super Service Award. I was not disappointed. ABC Roofing is an excellent company based upon my experience with them. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Keep up the good work. Continue to work for an Angie's Super Service Award each year. This award means quality service to me as a potential customer.

Our roof was damaged in the 2006 hail storm. I worked with several roofing companies, and ABC was the best. They helped me fight State Farm Insurance so that I got my entire roof repaired. ABC replaced the roof, some damaged deck boards, and even two damaged pieces of trim. The were a great company to work with. Their employees were professional, their pricing competitive, and their work was very good. They were very concerned with my experience, and went the extra mile to ensure my happiness as a client.

After a few e-mails to finalize the agreement, in general, the project went very well. The roofing crew was Latino and worked well in hot weather. I consider the roofing crew to be top of the line, very polite and friendly. Some minor problems arose regarding communication between the crew and management to comply and include items of the agreement; but, there was no arguing or hassle to get everything installed as required, which I appreciated. Wes Phoebus was my company contact person and very easy to work with.

Gary and his crew completed the tear off and re-roofing job in just one day. The crew did not leave one piece of scrap or one nail. Very thorough cleaning. Great job! We had hired Gary to fix a leak in our garage roof after our last roofing job. The first roofer said that leak could not be stopped. Gary fixed it in minutes.
