Their salesman, Wes, was very easy to work with. They did a good job replacing the roof. We would use them again for future service.

We had them come out to replace one shingle, the workers were so nice and did good work at very reasonable prices, we had them back out to do the whole roof.

They did a good job and the pricing was good. They were punctual.

They worked really well with my insurance company which I liked. They were really helpful and even dropped off color samples so that I could choose which color I wanted to go with. I would use them again.

When we finally decided to find a company to fix our problem, we quickly settled on ABC Roofing Co. Inc. They gave us a great estimate for the actual job, and included extras costs (such as fascia boards, and painting) should it be decided they needed to be added later. It was great knowing exactly how much I could budget for and add if the need arose! We decided to use vinyl soffits, just in case we ever put vinyl on the sides of the house. ABC was able to match the gutters and soffits to the color of our house now. Vince and his crews were efficient, kind and did a great job. They final job looks wonderful, and we are soooo happy we chose this company. Vince even came back by the house on his own to re-caulk the corners of the gutters. The original didn't set well, due to the cold weather. He came by on a warm day, and called when it rained the next time to see if it worked. Great customer service!!

They first came out to give an estimate. They gave us samples of materials to choose. The workers worked very hard and did a good job. They followed up afterwards. They cleaned well, were not noisy and we would would use them again.

FANTASTIC!! What a great experience. They came out, saw where the water was in the garage, went into a storage area over the garage and took photos for me to see the water damage. They also went up on the roof and took more photos to show me where the damage was. A price was quoted before they left. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time given weather conditions and the job came in at a price lower than the estimate! They were very polite, answered their phones promptly and called back when they said they would. If only most companies operated this way life would be a more pleasant and positive experience.

Rod and Company did an excellent job for us. He, his wife and daughter work really well to run this business together. I had been denied a new roof back in the summer of 2006 for the hail storm by an adjuster. I did not have a roofer on site when the original claim was denied. Everyone in my neighborhood received new roofs though. I called Rod in the summer of 07 to possibly come out and look at it and see what he thought. He did find hail damage and had me call my insurance company back again and have the adjuster meet him there on site. He arranged the meeting with the adjuster, and they approved my claim! I was really excited that he went to bat for me. We scheduled the work for 3 days after Christmas, they came in and did it in one day! There were some worn wood boards that needed to be replaced and they did. It looks great and the whole process from start to finish was seamless! I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to all family and friends. Thanks ABC!

Had a leak after a rainstorm. Called the roofing company to come out and give us an estimate for fixing the leak. The service man came out within a few days and looked at our roof. He found there was nothing wrong with our roof except it needed some caulking to be redone. He left us with an estimate and told us to call him if we wanted the company to do it. The price seemed reasonable, but my husband decided to do the caulking himself. I appreciated the service man's honesty and would call the company again.

Office very polite & responsive. They listened carefully & corrected the problem. I'm completely satisfied.

Called on Wednesday, they arrived Thursday in the time frame promised, were very friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done. Charged a very fair price. I highly recommend Leitz Roofing.

They were pretty good about answering all of my questions. There was a slight error in the original estimate but they came out and revised that. Their price was competitive and they offered a better warranty and better quality shingles than the competition.

They were timely and efficient and did a good job cleaning up. Price and reputation were the best. They worked very well with our insurance company.

ABC was one of four estimates we received for this job. Their estimate was neither highest nor lowest. We selected this company because of it's reputation on "Angie's List", the thoroughness of the estimate, and the discussions with the estimator. The work began promptly with complete clean up at every step. The on site crew was polite, professional, and hard-working. Every effort was made by ABC to make sure that any questions or concerns of ours were addressed. The crew cleaned up after themselves at job completion (in addition to daily clean up) so thoroughly that not one thing was left behind. They swept the entire site twice for nails and other potential metal debris. The owner came out just after the crew was finished and checked all their work, made a few adjustments and made sure that we were satisfied. We would highly recommend ABC Roofing (Rod Standifer) for their professionalism, courtesy, promptness and overall job satisfaction.

It took an extra e-mail from me to get the estimate but after that, things went quickly and very well. The estimates were in line with others I had gotten and the turn-around time to get the work done was very quick which was important to me.

They did a good job, but it took about three times to get it right. I'd use them again in the future. They were fine.

Called for estimate on Monday, Morris and repairman showed up on Wednesday ( although without much notice, fortunately I was able to return to site in time). They ascended the roof and immediately identified leak area and made repairs as well as inspecting roof for other potential problem areas. They were very courteous and professional and finished in about 15 minutes.

Due to the weather the job started a day later than expected but they kept me up to date the whole time. Shingles and supplies were delivered the day before. They arrived as planned and when I got home from work (day 1) there were guys swarming all over the place working really hard. I was really impressed they took the trouble to protect all of out plants and windows etc; advised us to remove artwork/ornaments from internal walls which was appreciated. They cleaned up each night and went around with a magnet to ensure there were no nails on the drive. Each day started around 8:30 am and didn't leave until after dark. (I don't know how many crews they have but I'd want these guys again). Job must have taken a little longer than expected as came back (on Sunday) to finish off and install gutter screens. Inspector came every day, got up on roof to check everything out. Final account was exactly as quoted...no hidden surprises. We have 2/3 of roof to go...WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

He did the repair within two weeks and it looks very good. Time will only tell if that took care of the problem, but my guess is it did. Rod was very nice in person and on the phone. This was the third Angie's List company I called who finally returned my call!

Rod & Morris came to the house and gave a very competitive bid; helped decide color and completed work in a very short period of time.
