We are especially pleased with the quality and look of the new roof. The workers were professional, prompt, and thoroughly cleaned up the site after the work was completed.

It went well, and we had a lot of rain since then and have had no issues. They provided a service full of quality and the roof looks good.

Rain slowed the job a day but I'd say everything went quite good. The crew worked late and finished the job in one day--10:30 AM to 8:30 PM. They did a good job picking up the debris from the yard even though it was nearly dark. The office staff was quite responsive to questions. I'm pleased with the new roof and have referred a friend to ABC Roofing.

ABC was friendly, helpful, and fast. I went to their Avon office was was able to take home samples of roof colors. They were very speedy in doing all the work. They even tried to move our start date up by a day-but the weather didn't cooperate.

Everyone from the company was very nice, did a great job and cleaned up very thoroughly. I did have a concern after the gutter screens were put on but they promptly addressed my concern. I would recommend them.

The quoting process went fine, but decided to go with another company.

I was in Indiana a few weeks back and saw the roof for myself for the first time and it looks so good. I just wanted to thank ABC Roofing, from John who did the estimate, yourself whom I have spoke to several times or emailed, to the crew who did the roof, I just wanted to thank you all again for providing truly amazing customer service and a great looking finished roof. My neighbor told me that the crew who did the work came over to let him know that they will be doing the roof in case he wanted to move his car (which he thought was a very polite thing to do). He also said he wished he knew of your company before he had his roof done earlier in the year, because the roof you guys did on y house looked 100 times better than his. Being in Colorado it was so stressful dealing with finding a contractor in Whitestown, but you guys made it easy from scheduling my estimate all the way to the roof being finished. I worked with 5 other contractors and it was a horrible experience, but you guys were completely different ...very professional and a pleasure to work with. So again, thank you!

They were great to work with. They assisted us with selecting the best roof for our needs, the were respectful of our property during the install, assigned a project manager that stopped by daily to ensure our project was going as promised and answer any question we had during the process. All I can say is Thank You ABC, Great Job!

This company was so wonderful - not only did they keep me updated on the progress up until total completion they dealt with my frustrating insurance company with patients, class and professionalism. Much thanks over and over to the entire staff.

This worked fine, until debris started backing up against the caps, and no water was going down my downspouts anymore and started going over the side of the gutter. I did call to have them come back out to assist in fixing this problem. They didn't call me back, and I have tried to reach them on other occasions to have them come out, to which I was directed to call another gutter company. Due to the spilling over from the clogged caps, my dirt along the side of the house has eroded 5 inches causing my basement to be leaky. I am very disappointed that ABC Roofing Co has blown me off due to my declining to install a gutter guard system that was suggested to me by them. Instead they just recommended me to someone else.

We had several problems and mistakes during the process due to miscommunications, but ABC really came through in the end. It was important to them to satisfy the customer and that means a lot to us.

The quote provided by John Titus was the most comprehensive, and left no questions unanswered. Their price was not the lowest but John worked with me to get it close, and his professionalism made up the difference. The installation crew worked tirelessly, and around a few unexpected thunder storms. Juan, the team leader, knows his business, and kept me informed through the process. when they left you could not tell they had been there except for the new roof. Anytime you hire a contractor where their is so much at risk, there is always a little apprehension, If you need to hire a roofing contractor I would recommend them without question.

Rod Standifer (owner) was great to work with. Joann in Avon office also was great to deal with. They were very prompt getting with us. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Hail damage necessitated a new roof. No damage to gutters, etc. except for a couple of window screens which ABC also repaired. The estimate was very close to the insurance estimate. I opted to also have ice/water barrier put on the roof for an additional $225. ABC showed up as expected. Tarps were put around the perimeter (with very little damage to plants). Workers were diligent and polite. Roof and vents were replaced in about two half days. Small amount of wood needed replaced under the roof ($55 additional). Was pleased with the final clean up. (There are always a few stray nails.) Would definitely hire them again!

ABC Roofing kept us informed of the entire process to include a scheduling delay due to rain. We received a phone call prior and the day of installation both days. The workers were polite. They cleaned up all the debris and we did not even find any roofing nails on the ground. Our new roof looks great.

John, the salesperson, came on time, was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the extent of the damage. The crew did an excellent job overall. John came back to check on the finished job and to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Good. Repair very timely and surprisingly performed at night. office very polite from beginning to end. Technician drove marked van and explained, assessed problem and repair well.

I would have given ABC all "A's, but could not in good conscience do so.The majority of the employees of ABC that we came in contact with were conscientious and dedicated to doing a great job. The glitch was with the salesman, who apparently was also responsible for monitoring the installation. We ended up spend considerably more then originally quoted due him not being in attendance when the building inspector came to look at the roof. The crew that was left here was not prepared for the behavior of the inspector.. On the plus side, the crew that installed the shingles were hard working and very pleasant. They clearly cared about getting the job done. The 1st day they worked long after dark in the cold to get our roof covered in plywood. The job had been scheduled to start on a Friday (highly recommend that no one else starts a job like this on a Friday). Snow was expected the next day. We did get a small accumulation on Saturday and watched the snow slide off the plastic on our roof. It is possible that more could have been accomplished on Friday if the salesman had arrived promptly. As it was, the crew sat for 2 hours waiting for him to arrive with plywood. I also want to compliment the office staff, Pat and Joanne. They were extremely responsive. They got the plywood delivered to us. They got follow up work scheduled. They made an unpleasant situation tolerable. They are to be commended. Also to be thanked is Juan the crew chief. He was very helpful with information about the problem and also worked diligently both days to get the roof completed. The gentleman who came to do the touch up work was also very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. Because of the positive experience with these folks I would recommend giving ABC Roofing a try. I would suggest that you have it written into the contract that a person with authority be present for the building inspection. Also, I would suggest that you keep in touch with the office staff if you notice that the job is not being supervised.

We scheduled a date and time, I took off work, and no one showed or called.

John came out on time and studied the roof. Then he went up and fixed it. Everything went great. He said he thought the roof was only warrantied for five years and it has been six years since they've put on the new roof. However he said he wasn't charging me $325 to go up on the roof to do 20 minutes of work. With that attitude I would use ABC roofing again and recommend them.

I had a sudden roof leak and the sales manager, Steve, promptly patched my roof that day to prevent further water leaks into my house. The next day I received a quote and with a deposit I was on the books for a new roof in two weeks. I picked out shingles and accessory trim. The work and crew were on time, friendly, cleaned up daily, and overall OUTSTANDING> I would highly recommend ABC roofing in Avon.

ABC was very responsive and helpful. The materials appeared to be top quality and the shingle color was gorgeous. The crew who did the work was very fast and competent. They worked hard to clean everything up after they were done. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had 3 estimates and one couldn't perform the services we wanted. The other one didn't put much effort into their estimate and the cost was too low so we knew we would have to pay more in the end. ABC was very thorough and easy to work with and explained everything they were going to do in their estimate and to us. They were a few weeks out in their schedule, but they were able to schedule us in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly. It took only a few hours for the insulation, but the roof took all day. They were very professional and friendly. The office staff was wonderful also! They did not leave any messes. I have found a new company for all my roofing needs!
