We removed some decorative trim above our garage door and discovered that the large pieces of wood trim behind it were rotting. The same decorative trim was also around our windows. Steve Fulford came out to give us an estimate. He determined that the best option was to remove all of the old siding from the front of garage and replace it with new. The old siding would then be used to fill in around the windows after the wood trim was removed from those areas. He wanted to make sure that the new siding matched the old in terms of grain as well as color. Job was completed in one day. We were not happy with a couple of things (flashing around one edge of garage was partially nailed down and metal screws were used to repair shutters instead of plastic). We lodged our complaints with Steve, and he contacted us within a day or so and addressed our concerns. Within two days, the flashing was totally replaced to our satisfaction and plastic screws were added to the shutters. Cleanup over all was fantastic. We only found three screws that they missed during the clean up. Landscape was not damaged at all during the process. Overall, the experience was great.

They seemed to be honest and caring about my needs and the job they were doing on my home. They were good at answering my questions and following up on things.

The owner, Rod, is professional and courteous. The job was done in about three and half days with a crew of about seven. Each evening they cleaned up the area of work. We have many plants around the home and none were damaged. They use a magnet to pickup nails, especially after the tear down, there are lots of nails. I did get a flat tire on my lawn tractor when I was mowing my grass after they were done. Rod offered to pay for the repair but that wasn't necessary since Discount Tire fixed it for free. They did come out and sweep the grass for nails one more time. I understand it's nearly impossible to pickup all the nails and I am not upset about the incident. I'm pleased they were willing to come out and sweep for nails again. The job was done about two months ago and I have not had any additional problems. I chose ABC Roofing because of the excellent ratings at Angie's List and because they are a Platinum Preferred Contractor for Owens Corning. With that designation, they are able to offer (for an extra fee) extended warranty on the installation itself. They are to follow strict rules set by Owens Corning on how to install the roof. The installation warranty is from Owens Corning and not from ABC Roofing. It made me feel more comfortable knowing that the roof is being installed properly and that any installation issues will be covered. I believe there is only one other company that can offer that in the Indianapolis area. Unfortunately, they don't as good of ratings in Angie's List. Note that this is not the same as the product warranty; this warranty covers everything, the product itself and the installation. The warranty period varies depending on which roof product is installed. And the warranty is transferable. More details about the warranty is available from the Owens Corning website. My house is ten years old and the roof was improperly installed (all the estimates I received said the same thing). The issues didn't start showing until the house was about seven years old. Not being the original owner, I was stuck with needing to replace the roof. So the warranty aspect of the installation was very important to me.

I inspected it and it looked OK to me. We haven't had any problems yet. They were very straightforward. I had questions about how effective they were and they gave me very honest answers to my questions. they told me the limitations of the product and I really appreciated their honesty.

Fantastic! I think a mistake was made in determining the estimate because it was much lower than two other estimates and it turned out that they had to subcontract the work out because our house was too tall for their internal gutter guys. Once ABC realized they could not do it themselves they quickly arranged for the sub to come out and the three-man crew did the work in about three hours. They did a super job and I am very impressed overall. ABC honored the estimate although they could not have made any money since it had to be subbed out. The gutters and downspouts (from Wico?) match the color of the home and should not need to be painted. Yeah! We had ABC do a re-roof and we were very happy with that as well. Excellent business.

Excellent service. Jim was very nice, explained everything, and answered our questions. Estimate was in line with one other estimate and lower than another. Roofers were rained out on scheduled date but it was rescheduled for the next day. The whole job was completed in just over one day. Guys did a great of tearing off shingles and underlayment, installing new underlayment, flashing, drip edges, roof vent, and shingles. Service was superb and clean up was well done. I liked that they threw all the waste into a large truck rather than having a waste bin placed in the driveway. The minor issues of why a "B" was given for responsiveness is because at one point Jim's cell phone did not work and voice mails were lost and the office sent way to many shingle packages and it took them about a week to have them picked up. Jim did come out and did a walk through with me to go over everything and to give a quote for some possible additional work. Also had gutters/downspouts installed and that is rated under that category but it also went very well. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others.

They were absolutely excellent. They came through promptly, and not only gave an estimate but fixed it at the time as well; it's always better to come out once rather than charge me for a service charge and a second visit, so I appreciated that. They gave me a reasonable price for the work they put into it. They are really good.

The front gutters were not installed properly. The time that it took them to do the job was good. They came out to fix the flow of the gutters and charged you for it and it wasn't working in the first place. They haven't contacted me to came out and do the repairs .

I dealt with them long distance as they were working on my father's home. They did what they said they would do, were very timely and punctual, and the quality of work was good. It was a very good experience.

They were very good. They didn't leave any mess. They left me extra materials just in case I should need them. Their price was reasonable. From the time that I talked to them about the price to the time that I actually wanted to have the work done, they honored the same price.

They are a great company. Steve came out to do the estimate, and fixed the problem right then and there. Went over and beyond what he had to do.

At first, we were worried because they didn't respond to our messages to call and schedule. They had a good reason, though, so we forgave them. Once scheduled, they arrived on time and did an excellent job. The man performing our work was named John and we were quite impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and excellent work. Great experience overall.

They were very thorough in there assessment, they explained to me in detail the problems that were going on. They were very professional, and I felt like I could really trust them.

They did a wonderful job, from the office and sales to the workers. They couldn't have done any better. It's the best company I've ever worked with for anything - I am very impressed!

I had some downspouts that I thought were leaking. He came and examined the problem and re-routed the downspout into the flower bed. He is always punctual and his prices are the same as anyone who does good work.

We worked with James Titus and he was wonderful. He was very responsive and always gave us honest answers to our questions. They did a great job and the roof looks great.

Overall, everything went well. I called them about my problem. They estimated quickly and then came out and worked. I was please.

Despite the constant rainy days, ABC Roofing completed this job as quickly as possible. They tore off the old roof & gutters, covered the total roof with sheeting & replaced as quickly as possible.

Everything went like clock work. Our new roof looks so nice.

It was very difficult to get the work scheduled. We played a lot of phone tag over a few weeks' time. Once, they left a message to say that they would be out the next day, but that didn't happen. But it did get scheduled and done. The roof repair was flawless. The gutter hung too low on one end, but when I called they came and straightened it out.

They are honest, dependable and stand behind their work.
