All contact with ABC was very professional and responsive. Due to the time of year (weather & holidays) it took about 3 weeks to get the job completed, but that is to be expected. Any time the service had to be rescheduled due to the weather or other scheduling conflict ABC notified me promptly and professionally. The estimate was right on, and the work performed was very well done. The repair person was incredibly professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone!

The roofer was very professional. He was on time and used a point and shoot camera to demonstrate the problematic areas. We felt this was very helpful as we weren't going to follow him up the ladder. After approval he repaired the holes and flashing quickly. Overall, he was on the job for about an hour.

They took pictures and e-mailed us an estimate. They were very professional. They gave us a same day call back for an appointment. They were very quick to respond. There were no high pressure sales.

Rod and his crew were exceptionally professional. I highly recommend them.

I was told differently then what happened. They told me they would only tear off what they could put back on one day. They told me they would clean up and that didn't happened. The owner apologized. I asked them to put down a tarp to cover things in the attic and they didn't. There wasn't enough supervision. They did clean up some of the attic. They blocked our drive with the trailer. The job lasted two days and over night things weren't cleaned up. In the end it was cleaned up. I would want to verify the crew was one of the regular crews before I used them again.

We had several estimates from different companies. They gave us a good price. They were very thorough in their work and we did not have to supervise them. They were prompt and they sent a supervisor inspected the job every day. It took three days time.

We were very satisfied with them. There was an obvious leak that we had on our roof of ten years. He was able to pinpoint the leak on the roof and then get it repaired quickly. When you call you talk to Gary Lietz. He is very personal. He has people who work for him but he takes the lead in working with the customer. It is easy to get an appointment and they come on-time. The pricing is also very good.

Everything went very well. They did an excellent job. The workers worked efficiently. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I was very pleased with the way they did the work.

They did a great job. I would use them again if needed and recommend them highly.

After emailing them my request, they came promptly, submitted a bid by the end of the day and I signed the contract and returned it. They called to say when they would do the work and they did. They were so neat I actually failed to notice they had even done the work.

The repair jobs look good and they were done in a timely manner.

They were excellent, they had an excellent quality, they had great customer service, they were good at cleaning up and they had a fair price.

ABC was fantastic on this repair. First of all, the other estimate we got for repair was 3 times as much (the other "attempt" at an estimate ended with no one showing up from another company, and one company saying if I wasn't looking to remove the entire roof they weren't interested in our business!). When ABC came to give the estimate, not only did they inspect the problem (by actually walking the entire roof), but they found 2 other minor problems they said they would fix for the same price. Our other roof estimator barely even got up on his ladder to look at the damage (Universal, by the way). There was a delay in the repair by one day, but the company kept me informed the whole time. I was very impressed and since I know my roof will need replaced in the next five years, I already know who'll I'll be going to for that based on this experience.

They were very good at accommodating what I wanted. They were able to get what I asked for when the time came to do the roofing job. I also requested that they use actual nails and hammers, not the air nailer's. They were willing to use them and did what I asked. There were follow-up things I asked to be done and they were also great at finishing the project.

Overall it went well. There was some miscommunication regarding what needed to be done. But responded to my concerns and did charge me anything extra.

ABC ROOFING CO INC. was very helpful and responsive to my estimate request. The sales person was punctual, answered all kinds of questions and provided a sample of choices. We ended up not using them because a better estimate was provided. But overall they were VERY professional.

Efficiently installed within 30 minutes.

I called on a Wednesday and asked for somebody to come out and do an estimate and they told me it would be early next week. Their receptionist called next week on Monday and said they had somebody in the area and asked if they could stop by to do the estimate and I said yes. I was not home but had discussed with them that they could do the estimate when I wasn't there and just e-mail it to me and they agreed. Thinking they had indeed come by Monday, I waited for the estimate on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning, when their receptionist called Wednesday to see if they could come by to do the estimate then. I had just given the job to another company who showed up when they said they would so I told her no. Very dissatisfying to call a company because of their Angie's List rating and have poor customer service right off the bat.

They did a good job on the roof. They were on time, and they gave us a reasonable estimate. They got the work done, and it seemed like they knew what they were doing.

Overall, it was the best experience we've had with a roofing company. Rod Standifer, the owner, came out and looked at the roof. He provided an estimate to re-roof or partially re-roof our home within 2 days. Jennifer, in the office, is extremely sweet and helpful and willing to answer any questions. After contracting with ABC to complete the job and since the roof was leaking, they volunteered to come out and tarp the roof until they could get the job completed...at no additional charge. Also, they moved us ahead on their schedule. They actually called and asked if they could come out one day prior to the originally scheduled date. Even though they had to work late, they got the job done in one day and it looks gorgeous. Best of all, it rained two nights ago and the roof didn't leak!

I had e-mailed 8 companies for estimates and ABC was the 1st to respond. The President responded himself within minutes and I had an appointment set up by that evening. I had a personal meeting with the estimator, Wes Phoebus and he was extremely friendly and professional. I received a great quote within a week and they came out about two weeks later to do the job. I also appreciated their understanding and flexibility of their workers. I had forgot to leave out my siding on the day they were supposed to come and re-attach it. I called the office that morning (when I remembered) and they let the worker know and he did it the next day.

After a thunderstorm, noticed a drip from a vent in the ridge of our roof. Called in the morning. The lady who answered the phone said someone could come out and look at it later the same day. The person who came to look a the job arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. After looking at the vent, told me he could repair it immediately, but that there was a minimum charge of $250. When we went to write the check, he pointed out their Angie's List discount and gave us the discount. Super service!

Afraid if I hired would never start/finish job.

It was a great process from start to finish. My initial contact person (Wes) came out... looked over my roof and then listened to all of my little picky "details" that I wanted to have fixed. I agreed on the estimated price and a few days later, I got a call confirming my start date. The crew arrived early on the first day and went right to work. They were a very pleasant, hard working crew. I did have to remind them of a few of my little details several times... but that's to be expected on a project of this size... and each time they were very attentive and made sure to focus on exactly what I wanted. By the end of the first day, well over half my roof was shingled... and the other half was covered over with plastic. Good thing too... because that very night (Sept, 8th, 2008) I got BLASTED by a 5 to 7 min. freak hail storm out of nowhere! What a way to get your new roof christened huh? I was really worried... but they had protected the unshingled part very well! So, they came back out on the morning of the 2nd day and went right to work again. They finished up and detailed the roof and moved right on into cleanup. While that was going on, the leader of the roofing crew (Hello Juan!) came up to me and asked me to do a walk around and look for any details and make sure it met my approval. By this time, an ABC company person was on my lot making sure all final details were in place as well (they had made several appearances throughout the project as well). I was absolutely amazed at the cleanup job these guys did as well. One guy even took the time to bring the leaf blower into my garage and blow out any dust and dirt that got in there during the time the door was open. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. I got a FANTASTIC looking roof... it was a great grew, great company, an excellent experience all the way around. Plus... all the crappy things what USED to be wrong with my roof were now all gone! It wasn't cheap... I didn't expect it to be... but I sure felt like I got my money's worth... without a doubt. These guys did a wonderful job... start to finish!
