Work completed efficiently and neatly. He cleaned up all debris that came off the roof. This estimate was the best of 4 we got and he broke it down to give us a choice of 1, 2 or all 3 skylights with a nice break for all three.

We worked with Steve who was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of are questions. The installation went well and we also scheduled to have the door painted. The first painting wasn?t up to are expectations so Steve bent over backwards to have the door painted again which was done very professionally and looks great. Because of the integrity in which they conduct there business I would recommend them to others.

All leaks fixed. I waited to file this report until we had several rain storms to make sure the fixes worked. They did. This company seems to take the extra steps to make sure the problem is solved by using the rubber mat. Finding the chimney mortar leak was difficult and was not found by another company that inspected the problem.

I bought a house that had missing aluminum siding on the garage side of the house that I needed repaired. I had contacted ABC for a quote. Steve accidently lost my information so he took about a week to call me back, but was extremely apologetic and came out the look at the house the next day. His price was in line with other quotes I had received, but I had been given a much lower number BEFORE I purchased the house by my inspector and a friend and I just could not afford either option Steve had given. So, I had to go with a less than ideal solution for the siding for now. But would absolutely loved to have worked with Steve. He seemed knowledgable and I trusted he would have done a good job. I really appreciated his time and will consider him in the future when I decide to reside the whole house.

The company did a good job. On time, courteous & thorough in clean-up.

We always use him for our roofing needs. We've been using him off and on for 15-20 years.

The reapair was great. Shingles look good and there have beena couple of heavy wind days since and everything is still in the right place.

This is a first-rate company. Not only did they do a great job on my roof but upon request, they provided proof of general liability and worker's comp insurance AND provided me with a waiver of lien from their supplier(proving that they paid the supplier)before requesting payment from me. All homeowners should protect themselves by asking for these things from their subcontractor. ABC did not bat an eye when I made the request and provided them promptly. I'd surely do business with them again.

First appointment for leaky roof repair estimate was scheduled approximately 1 week out. When snow arrived the night before, obviously an estimate could not be given; however, I did not receive a phone call that day notifying me that the appointment was canceled. I rescheduled and was told that a piece of flashing needed to be replaced for a minumum charge of $225. The work was scheduled later that week. However, frost was present on the roof the morning the work was supposed to be completed. It melted by that afternoon, but no one arrived to replace the flashing. I also did not receive a phone call telling me the work was canceled for that day. When I called to reschedule, I was told that there was no record of my repairs ever being scheduled. After rescheduling for a later date, I specifically asked to be present when the repair would be performed and to receive a call when I should leave work to meet the repairman at home. I did not receive a call telling me to be at home nor did I receive one telling me the work had even been completed. I called ABC and they notified me that the work had been performed; however, I noticed that my roof leak still existed after it rained. I spent the next week and a half contacting ABC Roofing to have another contractor come out. A second repair appointment was scheduled. Unfortunately, the lead contractor came down with the flu, so I was given the choice of rescheduling for a third time or having the same contractor come out that day. I chose the latter. I accompanied him on the roof while he sealed every inch of the suspect rubber sealant that had been placed under the shingles over a year ago by another roofing company. It has rained at least once since the second repairs were completed, and I haven't noticed any leaks. I'm happy that the work seems to be completed, but on the other hand, frustrated that it took so much effort on my part. I asked the roofing company if access to my attic would help solve the problem; however, they were very confident that the flashing they originally replaced was the problem. This may have indeed been an issue; however, it was not the cause of the leak I was seeing. In all, I made 10+ calls to ABC Roofing in order to schedule estimates on 2 separate occasions, repair work on 3 separate occasions, 1 call verifying the work had been completed and 1 call to pay the invoice that was mailed to me before the job was complete. Given how reputable Angie's List portrayed ABC Roofing, I thought they were my best option. For future issues with my roof, I plan on doing the repairs myself.

This is the second time in the past year we've used ABC Roofing, and I can't say enough about them. They're punctual, they do good work, and the price is more than fair. They definitely get our roofing business from here on out.

Good communications in general. Very professional, courteous and timely. Doing work in one visit was a plus for us in this case. Kept appointment on time. We did not get competitive bids for this size job but price appeared very fair.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were good about explaining things as they went through the process. I would recommend them to others.

The contact and scheduling people were friendly, helpful and professional. Mr. Titus, who did the estimate, explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done and what that would entail. The roofers made contact the day before beginning the work and delivered materials, being careful not to obstruct entry into the garage. The soffit/gutter repair was done about a week before the roof, and the gentleman who did the work was courteous and thorough, giving all exposed wood surfaces a coat of primer. The roofing job was delayed a little because of snow, but rescheduled as soon as the weather permitted. The roofers kept us informed as to what they were doing and completed the job in about 1 1/2 days. They even chased a pair of large, comfortably nested raccoons out of the attic! The ground surrounding the house was cleaned thoroughly after the job was completed. They also cleaned out the second story gutters, which was a huge plus. We have not been on the roof to inspect, but chimney workers who had seen the old roof told us that it looks like ABC did a very good job. The work was done in January in cold weather, and I am sure it was not a comfortable situation on top of the roof! We are pleased with the work, start to finish.

So I still have a leak and no contractor to even give me an estimate. For an A rating they had I wish they would have done the work or recommended a more reliable company.

They were very good. The manager was kind, helpful and accommodating when came to take a look at the problem. The technician that came out was very nice, helpful and efficient.

I liked what they said, but my husband preferred to not have nail guns used. We ended up going with a company that would hand-nail the shingles. The prices were in line with the other companies we looked at, and I believe we would have been happy with them. They were very nice, polite, and the estimate went smoothly.

We were pleased with the crew. They were conscientious and courteous. They knew what needed to be done and how to do it. The clean-up was done extremely well.

He informed me that I may not see if he came back. I did not hear back from them, so I figured everything was fine. I haven't had any problems since, and I haven't seen any other signs of leaking. I have been very impressed with their honesty. They are very professional and very nice. When the day comes to replace the roof, we will call ABC.
