The guy was very professional, knew what he was doing and did a good, neat job. So far, they have solved my problem! They had a little mix up. I hired them in June. The guy who gave the estimate retired and my paperwork got shuffled. When I called in August they apologized for not coming out and came right out. Their price was comparable with others. I would hire them again.

They stated the roof didn't need repairs and explained to us what we would have seen if the roof did need repairs.

Overall, the job went extremely well and completed in the appropriate amount of time. From the very beginning, Wes Phoebus was in contact with us throughout. He would stop by to check on the progress, make sure the work was being done correctly, and made frequent visits to continue to check and to answer any questions we had. He was terrific! We are very happy with the outcome.

We had dealt with them before so we called them Friday morning at 9:06. I spoke with them and they said they would be by later in the afternoon because they were working in Brown County. That evening, we still had never heard from them. Things were still getting wet. We then left two notices. My wife called them and I called them to see why they did not call us, but it is now Monday morning and we still have not heard from them. We will not use them again.

He called to say his workman would come out to do the repair the next week. He said that man could go by the pictures. The work was completed as stated. The only way I knew he had been there was I found a roofing nail on the ground. Since we cannot get on the roof to examine the work, I am trusutng that all was done as described. From the grouind the eave area looks like it was repaired.

The project went very well. They came out and did just what they promised that they would do. They did a good job with the clean up.

Rod, the owner came and got up on the roof and looked over it. Made recommendations and estimate as to his services. They finished the whole job in 2 days, which was much quicker than I thought it could be done. Left very little mess. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

I felt discomfort with the company because they sent their workers out, but they did not feel competent enough that they could do the job. A week later they sent more workers out. I'm not sure they were experienced. The guy we worked with was professional. I would probably give them another chance. I would at least get a estimate for future work.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and national and state standards for insulation. Meeting the national standards got us a tax return. The technicians were very professional, I hardly knew they were there.

My experience with them was satisfactory, but a few things had not quite worked out cosmetically. They had come on time and did what they were supposed to do. The trim work hadn?t worked out quite as I had hoped. They had done the roofing but some of the trim along the roofing wasn?t handled quite right. We were only reasonably pleased with their work.

It went really well! He said the damage was minor but still recommended that i call my insurance company to place a claim. He then came out a second time to meet with the adjuster. There was some damage but not enough to get a new roof. I will use them again in the future.

He repaired a metal vent on my roof while he was here. He came two days before he was supposed to because it was supposed to rain. I was pleased he did that.

Overall I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them to others without any hesitation.

Overall a good experience, but a few things that didn't measure up to the Angie's List ratings. The initial visit (and all other ones as well) was very professional and friendly. One minor letdown was that we had been unable to identify where the leak was, but ABC was able to spot it and the other issues with the roof, but didn't slap a tarp or any temporary fix up there to stop the leak for the 2 weeks or so that we waited for the full tear off and replace. The quote, scheduling, and shingle selection all went very smoothly. The install took longer than initially estimated, but was issue free and clean up was done well. The roof looks great overall, but I am a little bothered with where the shingles meet the gutter guard that was there. It looks wavy like the shingles are peeling up in places (and is unfortunately one of the first things noticed). I also appreciate the amount of work that ABC did to repair the wood underlayment/decking. I figured that there would be some of that need as well since we did have a leak. We were given an update very early that this was one of the drivers in the longer install time. I would have appreciated though a more specific heads up on just how extensive this was before seeing it in the invoice (some digital photos would have been nice as well, given that it added over 10% to the initial estimate).

I can't understand why he would not have measured the roof on his initial visit to our house.

They came out, evaluated the leak. They were responsive. My neighbor worked with them. He said that they were professional and helpful.

They did a great job, my roof looks great. It took two days to do the job - their crew was very professional and kept the jobsite clean and undamaged. I wouldn't recommend anybody else for roofing work - ABC is great!

I have called them four times since then and have not recieved a call back. I can not get past the seceratary.

They were a great company to deal with. They were prompt, had good follow up, and had excellent communication. They went above and beyond in trying to resolve a water issue that had nothing to do with the gutters. I will recommend them to others.

ABC replaced my roof in Nov 2001. I developed a leak in the ceiling of the guest bathroom this year. John tried to fix the leak into my guest bathroom in April by caulking an area above the leak. When that was not successful he returned and sealed around the chimney. That worked. He did not charge again for the second visit.

Job was done quickly and efficiently.

They were very efficient. They did it all in one day, and it was a huge job. The neigbors commented that it was like watching a ballet as they fixed the roof.
