They had a very thorough inspection before the job that found problems other contractors didn't. They addressed these problems and gave extended warranties.

Rod Standifer himself showed up with another employee, at about the time promised for estimate. They fully inspected roof and attic and explained what repairs would involve. Rod took photos of the roof to show me what I couldn't see from the ground. Estimate arrived by e-mail shortly thereafter. Work performed on one day. (Minor gripe: I had asked to be advised when work would be completed so I could try to be on site. Estimate also proposed some minor repainting, so I thought I had to be present to provide paint. I did not receive a call and just happened to come home early that day.) Technician was still on site when I came home from work. He also explained what he found, and what he did. He was able to remove a board without damaging it, and therefore it did not need to be replaced or repainted. He indicated his telephone contact with Mr. Standifer while work was ongoing, and was clearly knowledgeable about what was to be done. Worker cleaned up everything - but for seeing him myself I would not have known work was finished - no nails or other debris in the area.

They were very prompt in responding. They were reasonable with their price. They were great with the work and the clean up. I believe that there were some things that they fixed that they did not charge me for. I think that the owner even came out and did some of the work. I would call them back if I had too.

they started and completed the job in one day - as planned. they called ahead to ask where we preferred the materials to be placed on our driveway. a worker knocked on our door to annouce they were to begin the job. a supervisor stopped by several times during the day to check on progress - and answer questions. they did a good job cleaning up. a manager stopped by at the end to do a walk-around.

We had a very good experience with them. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were very friendly and professional.

The owner actually came out and inspected the roof. He gave us a quote. I felt like the price was extremely honest. He could have told me that we would have to replace the work, and I would've fallen for it. He was a really nice, honest guy. He did a really thorough inspection. He took some pictures.

Rod Standifer, owner, visited to measure, etc. A day later we received the quote by fax. We gave our OK by return fax within a day. We then got a call to set up the installation date which was early the next week. A crew arrived on the appointed date and completed the job in less than two days. We were visited by a field service person to insure our satisfaction. The original crew did not install the "Z" flashing so an ABC technician did so within a day or two. Good performance by ABC and good experience for us.

We have recommended them to about 5 neighbors in our neighborhood. They completed the work about 2 to 3 weeks ago. They did a good job and our roof looks fine now. Everyone was satisfied with their work. They also lowered the cost to what my insurance company would pay. The quality of their work was excellent. They were punctual, as they were here when they said they would be here. We would use their services again in the future, if needed.
