They were good, but I wouldn't say great. They had to come back 3 times to get the flashing right on the fireplace. We had a lot of ice and snow for about 60 days, and the gutter contractor that he used didn't do a sufficient enough job.

Materials and crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Cleaned up and hauled away all old roofing materials - no problems at all with this work. Excellent service all around from initial contacts and quote through completion of the work.

I noticed ridge caps on the peak of my two story house roof came loose after 19 years. This condition exposed my second story bedroom ceillngs to rain, so while it was not a big job, it was important to do the job immediately and well to avoid water damage. I called ABC Roofing based on Angie's list ratings and the fact that they were close to my home. I got an estimate immediately over the phone. I chose them because they were able to come out the same morning I called. I did not get a competing quote so I'm uncertain how competitive the price was. The gentleman arrived on time. When he completed the work in less than an hour, he briefed me on what work he did. I know the work was done satisfactorily as it rained very hard the next day, and there was no water damage.

We received bids from several Angie's List companies to replace our roof shingles, siding, and gutters due to the big hail storms in 2009. We liked the reviews we found on Angie’s List about ABC Roofing. We also had friends who had their hail-damaged roof replaced by ABC and gave us their recommendation. ABC was very competitive with their bid. They scheduled the date to come and the material arrived on time and they arrived as planned on a Friday morning. They were hard working and very orderly about their tasks. They worked one weekend to pull the old shingles and lay the new ones. Several weeks later they completed the siding in 2 full days and part of a third (when they had run out of framing material for the few remaining windows). Each work day they cleaned up and also had a very thorough cleanup when they were all done. They showed themselves very conscientious when they sealed up the unfinished siding area (just in case of rain) since it was going to be 3 days before they could return to complete the siding project. ABC was willing to work with me on one side of our house which showed large gaps in the wood walls and sheathing once the old siding was removed. I went out, purchased cans of foam insulation spray and ABC went over the side of the house filling the large gaps. Even though they were putting Tyvek under the new siding, they were willing to give our house some special attention by helping me with the extra sealing. And it was sure noticeable this past winter…. No drafts as in winters past. We would definitely use ABC again.

They did not provide metal roofing services which is why I will not be using them. They came out and answered the questions that I had.

They were all excellent, A+ work. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They got the job done on time and did a good job. We had taken bids from a couple of different companies and also checked their ratings.

I spent $700 on that job and I thought that the price was okay. They sent out someone and they did not give him the complete job to do, so when the first guy came out the job was incomplete. I had to call him back to get the job completed and it was hard to get them out here, but I guess it is completed now.

They were very professional. They came out promptly and the finished product looked very good.

They did a good job. They cleaned things up and they did things quickly. Everything looks great. The price was fine. I did not get any other estimates.

The ice dam repair actually did more damage. It has caused major leaking because it prevented water from moving down the gutters and off the roof. We have to have someone else come out to fix the damage it has caused.

They really didn’t have it together as a company. They sent a guy out who had been with the company for a month and he didn’t really know anything about siding or roofing. That really set the tone for the rest of our experience. He didn’t know much about the job and about a week after he was here, they let that employee go.

Overall I am satisfied with the work.

I would give them an "A" in every category, even price. They pushed some jobs around and got us in first because we had a big hole in our roof. They showed up promptly, were very courteous and took a credit card which I thought was a huge plus. They did everything they said they would and then some. Our plumber discovered that part of the bends on the plumbing had an issue and the project manager came out within 6 hours of me calling. It wasn't anyone's error, it just couldn't be seen because of the destruction to the house. They fixed things that they didn't even know were broken. I have not had one problem with the roof through all the rain and snow whatsoever. They were outstanding.

They came out and looked at the roof. I told them what other people had been quoting. I also had some water damage in the garage and kitchen area. I wanted ice guards put down there. I ended up choosing another company for the work.

The price was average. It was around the price of the other estimates that we received. I really liked them. I would use them if I ever needed a roof replaced. They were supposed to give me a days notice, but they didn't call me until the day they were coming. They told me they would be here in a couple of hours, but then didn't show up until later than that. However, it really didn't affect me, because I was home.

They did an excellent job. They came the next day and finished the work the very day. They were very affordable.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were in and out and on their way. They did a really good job. They were really careful not to get nails in our yard. They came when they said they would and they were nice to work with.

Pleasant experience overall. B grade on quality because I watched some of the installation work and some of the vents appeared to be blindly installed, not carefully placed.

They were very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and polite. They did try to sell us additional services, which was a little off-putting. We decided to wait to complete the work but I will definitively consider them when we have the work done.

Our roof was damaged by hail and our insurance said they would replace half of the roof. Dave, our sales representative from ABC, came out to provide an estimate and took thorough measurements of the roof. ABC's measurements were different from the insurance estimates so Dave contacted our insurance and arranged to re-measure the roof together. During the re-measurement our insurance adjusters agreed with Dave's measurement's and Dave helped our insurance adjusters to identify additional damage to our roof resulting in us getting the entire roof replacement covered by insurance. Throughout the whole process Dave and the other ABC representatives did an excellent job of communicating with us on their contacts with insurance, scheduling and follow up after the project was completed. The roof replacement went very smoothly and the entire project was completed in a day. The project manager met with me when I got home from work to explain what was done and make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. ABC did a great job of cleaning up the yard and we appreciated the extra roofing materials that they left for us in case any roofing repairs are needed in the future.

Estimator/salesman (Douglas Dake) was extremely professional and thorough when he first came to do the estimate. Follow up emails were excellent and scheduling was easy and quick. When the provider showed up on time for the job, the estimator/salesman was present to be sure all went well. They adhered to the estimated pricing and I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

They were very courteous and gave information on what I needed. They gave me options on the types of shingles that they would do for me.

Everything turned out well and we were satisfied. The pricing was reasonable, they were on time, and cleaned up well.

The experience with ABC Roofing was good. It took them a long time. The owner of the company came out and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We weren't unhappy with them. Even though it took a long time, we were quite satisfied.
