They were very good. The person that they sent out was a specialist in the ventilation of our home.

They were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up very well after the job. They did an excellent job.

(Almost) everything was perfect. The only VERY minor issue was there was some insulation left on the ground that came out of the attic when the new vents were put in and there was sawdust and debris in the attic from the ridge vent being cut into the roof. Everything else was cleaned up perfectly. Everything was as expected and predicted - the timing, the price, the job. I can't comment on how well the roof works, though, because it still hasn't rained! (but I won't blame ABC for that).

The project took about two months from when I first notified them. I was not in a hurry to have it completed and it was not an emergency, so I was not concerned. I was quite pleased that they replaced the cap without question and the new one looks very nice at least from the ground.

great except the forgot to put in vents in 2 bathrooms ,but I have windows so wasnt a big deal to us

They did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and clean-up was outstanding.

They had to tear off part of the roof and replace the shingles with heavy duty weather resistent shingles. They did an excellent job. There was a small problem and the owner came out to see what the issue was; I was very impressed with this because it wasn't a big job.

Went very smoothly from start to finish. Rod came out to look at the roof and get some pictures. He then sent me an e-mail of the proposal. We just had to wait for it to stop raining so they could get to work. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up nicely.

I had a small leak and had Steve come out to take a look. He took time to check around, give me a status report on my roof (which eventually will need to be replaced) but said in the meantime he'd patch up the leak, which he did. It was from some flashing around a chimney and where my garage roof meets the house. Great job, and didn't try to sell me a new roof, but when I need one, I'll call them first.

Everything went pretty good. There were a few things they didn't want to do because it wasn't their expetise but they eventually were able to get the job.

I chose ABC to completely replace our roof. The work is being done next week, and I will update after it is completed. I chose them to do the work because their salesman, Steve Fulford, was the most thorough in examining our home and putting together his proposal. On the day of the estimate, Steve climbed from a closet into the attic to determine if the attic was vented properly. None of the other four vendors who submitted proposals mentioned it. Steve also was very thorough about the soffit vents and included replacing them in his proposal. Their proposal was not the least expensive, but they included a lot of things that the other companies didn't, so be careful when looking at a roofing proposal! I chose ABC because I think they will do a great job and do things that I wasn't knowledgable enough to ask for. I think Steve did the thinking for me and gave me a proposal for doing it the right way the first time. Even though we will pay a little more up front, I am confident we will be more pleased with the end product and we won't have to have someone else come in to do work that should have been done the first time!

ABC roofing did an excellent job. I had a minor detail after the fact that was repaired immediately. They did a great job with clean up when they were finished.

The man showed up on time to give us an estimate. He kept in touch and gave us answers to any questions we thought of as we got other estimates. They scheduled a time to come in advanced and then contacted us with an earlier date if we were interested. The men who installed the roof were very skilled and did a good job. They cleaned up everything at the end of both days, and they were able to work without disturbing anything in our landscape. We were very pleased with every employee we had contact with and would recommend this company to friends.

called them for quote on my siding. we scheduled an appointment about a week later. they were on time, professional, but the price was a little more than i expected. I have not completed any work or repairs yet.

The owner Rod Standifer was a consummate professional, as were all of his people and the gutter people. I love the work, the negotiations and the follow-up. Thanks ABC!

Since I can't seem to contact them, it hasn't gone anywhere. Roof is still leaking into my family room.

The only negative out of this experience was that they had agreed to repair a leaky second story gutter while they had their big ladders in place. They did not repair it, and several calls to their office have yielded no results - it remains leaky.

They did a good. I was satisfied with the work.

The workers arrived on time with the necessary permit. The job was finished and cleaned up by the end of the day. They did an excellent job.

They came back out a two years later to repair the roof. They did what we asked them to do.

ABC roofing did 2 major pieces of work. One was the addition of insulation to the walls in 2 bedrooms. The exterior of my home is stone, so they had to cut into the dry wall, blow in the insulation and repair the drywall. This required 2 different crews and Douglas Dake from ABC roofing coordinated the work very efficiently. Everything was done in the timeframe promised and they cleaned up the rooms great. ABC also replaces all my aging wood soffits with a vinyl continuous venting soffit. Scheduling was a bit of a problem because of the weather/snow. But Douglas stayed in touch with me and as soon the the soon was off the roof the crew came and did the work. It looks great. We did obtain one other estimate before signing on with ABC and they were priced very competitively.

Wes Phoebus was the best of the 3 sales people with whom I obtained estimates. He went the extra mile to assuage my concerns about using sub-contractors (ABC uses a firm that has been their exclusive subcontractor for 12 years), providing samples, and even providing me with upgraded shingles as long as I kept their sign in my yard! Wes also discovered the second layer of roofing material after the job started, and worked with my insurance company to provide documentation and pictures so that the additional work would be covered. (The estimator also failed to see the double layer - apparently the previous roofer had cleared 3 feet from the bottom of the roof so that it appeared to be a single layer) The crew from the sub-contractors arrived after the materials were delivered, and began to work immediately. While the crew was Spanish-speaking, the foreman spoke English, and Wes Phoebus was on site during most of the work both days. Replacing a roof creates a lot of noise, which is expected. However, when the guys were replacing the shingles, they were throwing the bags of shingles on to the roof, which shook the whole house each time, and causing cracking noises. I went to Wes to ask that they not drop the shingles on the roof, and the crew complied quickly. After I mentioned the issue, it did not happen again. The crew was fantastic about being careful around my landscaping! They put plywood over the plantings that could be damaged, protecting everything. Afterwards, they cleaned up so well, you would never know I'd had a roof done - other than how beautiful it looks! ABC Roofing was not only the best estimate, and already well rated by Angie's List and the BBB, but based on my experience, I consider it an OUTSTANDING company, and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof!
