The office did not answer the phone so I left a voicemail. My call was never returned. Another roofing company came the following week and provided a reasonable estimate in a professional manner. If you are looking for a timely response you may not want to depend upon this company.

I contacted ABC Roofing for a quote. Within two business days, a salesman came by and thoroughly examined my existing roof. He discussed my options and clearly answered all questions. Later that evening, he e-mailed me a very detailed estimate. After accepting the estimate, ABC Roofing called and we set up a mutually agreeable day for installation. The installers arrived around 8:30 am and were hard at work within minutes. The entire job took two full days. At the end of each day, everyone on the crew took 20-30 minutes to clean up the yard, removing nails, roofing material, and their personal items. The installers did an excellent job of installing the roof. They were very efficient and hard working, even though the temperatures was in the high-80s/low-90s. My neighbors have even commented how hard they work and how well they cleaned up at the end of the day. A couple of days after the installation was complete, an employee of ABC Roofing came out to the house to check on the work and ensure that cleanup had taken place. We experienced no problems - no landscaping was damaged - and will certainly use ABC Roofing again.

The company that stained our house in 2006, Exterior Home Improvement, replaced some split cedar boards above our garage. They did not prime the wood prior to installing the cedar and they did not always use long cedar planks. Some of the boards were short and several replacements boards have split in recent years. John Titus, the carpenter from ABC Roofing, provided an estimate and set up a time to complete the job. He came once to deliver the cedar planks and stain them. Then he returned another day to install them. He scheduled an earlier day to complete the job after his scheduled changed. He used long planks as much as possible. The cost was reasonable and the job was done properly this time with good quality. I would recommend this company again.

I picked three companies from Angie's List and had them come out. All of the prices were close. I picked ABC because they said they would take care of the roof on my mini barn as well for free. I was very pleased with the work.

Called to schedule appointment date and time. Office was flexible in scheduling. Jeff was thorough in inspecting the roof for possible shingle and gutter damage related to hail. Inspection revealed, despite the overwhelming number of neighbors receiving new roofs, that our roof did not sustain hail damage. He pointed out what hail damage to shingles would look like and assured us our roof was in good shape. We appreciated the honesty and professionalism!

Selling home, and purchaser's inspector raised concerns about the siding - operating on a very tight time table to respond. I contacted ABC by e-mail over the weekend, and by Monday at 9:30 had an appointment scheduled for them to assess the siding. Steve Fulford called day of appointment, actually moved up arrival time - performed inspection, determined siding not an issue (as we believed) and provided a report by e-mail before close of business same day.

The workers were on time and finished in one day as promised. Very good job, and the roof looks great.

After receiving some wind and hail damage to our 8-year old "20-year" roof we decided to explore repair and replacement options. Our insurance company would cover the cost of repair only. But since the old roof was of poor quality, and rather than have to go through the experience all over again next storm season, we chose to go for a full replacement. ABC Roofing gave us a proposal for a new roof package, and included several upgrade options. Since we want this to be the last roof we ever buy, we asked for several more options to be included. They quickly responded with an amended proposal. Even my architect/contractor father was impressed with the detail and completeness of ABC's proposal. After accepting the proposal, ABC scheduled our project for the following week. The roofing crew showed up promptly at 8:00am on the appointed day, and got immediately to work. By 9:40, the old roof was completely stripped away. By 3:30pm all but the final clean-up had been accomplished. The crew was fast and efficient, and clean-up was a continuous part of their process. The next morning, another ABC worker came to do the soffit vents. That work was completed in under an hour. The roof looks fantastic. I dare say that we have the best roof in the neighborhood. I have found only two nails in the yard so far, and both were roofing felt nails that got hung up in a small bush.

The experience was excellent. They showed up on time to give the estimate and showed interest in the work. They had constructive suggestions and completed the job without me having to be on sight; I was actually in Nashville, TN when they did the work!

The experience was fine overall. The owner was very in tune to helping us pick out the right type of shingle; I had done some research, but he was very helpful with talking about the different types, the warranties, etc. They completed the work in one day, and they cleaned up well without leaving any nails lying around. A few months ago, I had a medium-sized limb fall onto my roof, and they came out in a timely basis to fix it. I thought the repair was a little pricey (about $250 for one shingle), but the quality of the product is good. If I had any questions with billing, they were responsive. We were pleased with the quality of the product and the owner of the company!

We’ve had them out a number of times. We like them very much! They’ve responded quickly and know what they’re doing. They’ve been honest and do great work.

We were very pleased with their services. Starting out with the appraisal, we thought they did a much more thorough job. They took photographs and measured before they provided us with an estimate, which was higher than a few other ones that we had gotten, but I felt more confident with them. They were always available to answer any questions, explained things, and we were very satisfied with the work. If I had any questions during the work, Mr. Fullford from the main office came out a few times; they were incredibly responsive. Once the work was complete, we had a bathroom ceiling fan that blew in insulation for some reason, so I called them. They came out, and even though it was just an ill-fitting fan, they fixed it. They were very attentive! It was a great experience and so far we haven’t had any problems.

I’ve used this company for many years to help me with my roofing needs, and will continue to in the future. They’ve always been extremely professional, conscientious, and I’ve always appreciated their willingness to listen and understand my needs. They’ve always reacted promptly. It’s always been a great feeling to have a company to help you and know that they’ll always do an exceptional job for you. I would recommend them very highly to anyone!

After some bad hail we decided it was time to replace our already suffering roof. After some research on Angie's List we decided to contact ABC Roofing for a quote and had John come out within the week, on a Tuesday. He showed up on time and the estimate took about 20 minutes, he recommended we go with a dimensional shingle for maximum protection and life of the roof. He also recommended a color and left some samples with us to decide. He sent us the quote early Wednesday and we set up an appointment for ABC to replace our roof that Friday. We were thrilled they were able to fit us in so quickly. The crew showed up as scheduled at 8:30 a.m. and got right to work, our roof is pretty small so it was less than a one day job. When they were done the crew removed all the debris and ran a big magnet around the house to pick up all the debris. An hour or so after the crew was finished John came out to take a look at the work done and remove any debris or nails the crew might have missed. The roof is beautiful and it was so awesome to have the whole process done within a week. If we have any roof trouble from now on we'll definitely be going with ABC!

The guy that came out (last name Titus) was very professional. He determined that the shingles on the roof were damaged enough to file a claim. He also pointed out other things such as holes in the window screens, dented aluminum siding, etc. He had my best interests in mind. It was a tough decision, but I ended up going with another company, but I would recommend them for their professionalism.

We were referred to this company by a family member. We required services as we had a few shingles blown off during a wind storm. Initial contact was made a few weeks before the service date of 2/2/12 and I had to leave a message requesting a call back. After not hearing anything for a few days I called back and was told someone would come out to assess the damage and order the shingles. We were not given a date or time when someone would be out to do this assessment. Another week went by without hearing anything until one afternoon we noticed a pile of new shingles on our sidewalk. I called to inquire about this and they stated someone would be out on 2/2/12 to replace the shingles for $150. The workman came as promised on the day of service and was on time and polite. He completed the work in less than an hour. An invoice arrived in the mail within the week. Overall, I was not impressed with the communication from the company throughout any step in the process but the work got done so we didn't file any complaints. Last week I called the company again as more shingles blew off of our roof. I placed a call on April 5th and left a detailed message around 10:00am indicating shingles had blown off of our roof again and I would like someone to call me back to discuss the issue (i.e. were these old shingles that blew off or the ones they just replaced?). I have heard nothing in response and its now been over a week and a half. I am incredibly dissatisfied with their lack of responsiveness and think that their customer service is very poor. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt after our initial experience but now this is evidence that there's a definite pattern. I am planning on finding a company that will actually return my phone calls and acknowledge my needs as a customer, which should be standard practice.

They figured out the problem fairly quickly and fixed the problem and I've had no other problems with it. They were good about figuring out the problem and getting it fixed correctly. I would definitely use them in the future.

ABC Roofing Co. Inc put a new roof, siding, and screens on our windows on our home. The experience was fantastic, they were very good. They were able to get the roof done in one day and a half. The crew was very nice, the foreman came out every day to check on progress and kept in good contact with me frequently. They notified me of any delays and were very pleasant. My only complaint was with the clean up afterwards, they made a big deal on how great they do but we did find some debris, nails, screws, slivers of siding..etc. I do understand this does happen in this line of work but was surprised since they made it a big part of their pitch. They were very responsive, punctual, and professional. The price was competitive with other companies. I would use them again in the future if needed.

After a rainy period of several days, we discovered water on our porch in an area that was usually dry and protected from rain. The water was under our dining room window which is directly below a second story dormer window. We went into the attic area under the second story window and discovered water draiining from that window area. Gary from ABC Roofing came to the house. Using the garden hose, he sprayed water in the suspected leak area. By doing this he was able to locate the leak area. He took digital photos and showed us what he believed was causing the problem. Using Gary's information, Steve Fulford, ABC Rep., came to the house to discuss two options for fixing the problem. One option was to replace the flashing and trim boards around the window, and caulk all areas. The other option was to replace the window. Steve concurred with our decision to fix the leak rather than replace a rather costly window unit. He emailed us an estimate. The estimate included removing all old flashing and trim wood, replacing flashing, replacing trim with primed trim boards, caulking all areas where water could enter, and painting the trim. We contracted them to do the work and scheduled a work date subject to weather conditions. The scheduled day arrived. Although it was a little cold with sprinkles/snow flurries, the worker arrived and did the job. After the trim was installed, it was decided that it was too cold and wet to paint that day. Painting was included in the estimate so I made a call to set up a date to paint the trim thus finishing the job. A few days later, the painting was complete. Both roofing guys and Stever were punctual, professional, and respectful. Joanne and Shannon, the office staff who answered phone calls, were pleasant, responsive, and professional.

They installed new roofing and and replaced the decking on the house. The work was very good quality and they did the work at a good price. There did seem to be some personnel problems and they took a while to get here. The communication was a little tough because of a language problem. I suppose that I would use them again in the future.

The entire process started in September with their estimate of repair which was higher than my insurance company's adjuster. ABC's Steve Fuller did a detailed inspection and easily convinced my insurance company to go with ABC's estimate of damage and repair which was more accurate the their's. The repair began later than i expected due to other customer's plus the passing of my mother. ABC was patient. Kept me appraised of their progress toward the start date, etc. They did the entire roofing job in one day. None of my neighbor's roofs were repaired in less than two days. Finally, ABC came by twice afterwards to check on the roof and make sure i was satisfied with their work. I certainly recommend them to my friends.

I heard about ABC Roofing through Angie's List. Make sure you get everything in writing, so it matches your expectations.

They were good and I was happy with the service I received. I will use them again in the future.

My roof started leaking over my sun room which would require a rubber roof replacement as the angle of the roof wasn't pitched enough for a standard roof. I received two bids and ABC was not only reasonable they talked me out of a much more expensive offered by the other contractor. My home was built in 1930 so there are always issues with any repair. They sales person came to my home that morning to ensure things were going smoothly and actually matched the paint to some metal they were replacing on my home. They also extended the shingles to ensure proper drainage in my gutters. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. The only tiny issue I had was with scheduling when they had to bump be a day due to a project taking longer than they thought. Would highly recommend them as they are honest and reasonably priced.
