The team did a nice job, and communication was clear throughout the process. Minor problems were dealt with quickly and honestly.

Ryan came out and inspected the roof, identified the problem areas and recommended a plan for repair. The proposal was accepted, the price reasonable and the work was done as promised. I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of everyone I interacted with on this repair.

Overall, very well. However, subcontractors missed joists with nails in numerous locations despite the fact that they were visible through the spaces between six inch boards. The materials supplier left shingles in the driveway for a week after work was complete and failed to take additional unused boards. They had to be notified again to remove these materials.

I can’t express how disappointed I am in ABC Roofing after reading so many outstanding reviews. In early November, I noticed that the mold was back, which means they incorrectly identified the source of the moisture. They sent out someone on Nov. 21. He told me they recommended we hire someone to perform remediation. I said remediation isn’t helpful unless we find the source of the moisture first. He went on the roof and within minutes, found a hole among the roofing shingles. He even sent me the photo of the hole. He also said additional old caulking should’ve been removed and replaced. Two weeks went by, and I hadn’t heard back from them. I called in the morning on Dec. 4 and was told they were discussing my roof and someone would call me back that day. When I didn’t hear from them, I called again in the morning of Dec. 6. I still haven’t heard back from them and now it's Dec. 7. I didn’t want to leave this negative review, but I don’t know how else to get their attention.

Absolutely perfectly. After the installation and clean up, we did not even know they had been here.

The salesman. Sean Sill, did a fantastic job explaining the many options we needed to consider, and was very patient with my follow-up questions. He was always timely in his responses. This was a challenging season for local roofers, because many roofs had hail damage, so we had to wait a little longer for our turn, and then another month for the gutters. However, we were pleased with the crews that did the work, and they cleaned up every day. We also had insulation added while they were doing the roof (to bring an older home up to code), and that was an efficient and easy way to get that messy job off the list. Thanks to Sean's expertise and the hard work of the crew, we feel confident that our roof (and the decking below) and gutters are all in good shape. We would hire them again.

Estimator was late, did not call until well after his appointment, but did call before he came, and apologized. He was then professional and told us what to expect.

Excellent! Everything went like clockwork. Sean (Sales Manager) helped me work with my insurance company and was able to help me get them to pay for the roof. The shingles were delivered as scheduled the day before work began, the installers started work early the next morning and were done late afternoon the following day. They used tarps to cover the ground below and cleaned up nicely after they were done. Everyone did a great job from Sean to Sonya (office) to Pat (CFO) to the crew who worked their tails off. The roof looks great and I couldn't be more pleased. A great experience all around.

The company is very honest and did not hesitate to provide me a detailed proposal without asking how much my insurance will reimburse me. I tried asking for proposal from other A rated companies , but all they say was "whatever The insurance will pay you, you just have to add your deductible ", which sounds fishy. I never regret going with ABC Roofing.

Excellent Selling our house and had an inspection issue. Came right out and looked at the roof. Very helpful. Quick followup. Very much appreciated.

Fantastic for a company who didn't have to do the work. Great integrity. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with their service. Will be our first choice if we ever need siding, roofing, or gutters again.

I called them and they came out, and John, who is their estimator, got up the roof and he was like, "ha, there's nothing wrong with your roof. He's like, you just have this one little part where your flashing is sticking up and the water's getting in there." And he said "I just put a few nails in it and now it's fine." I'm like how much do I owe you, and he was like, "not a thing, not a cent. I took me five minutes - I just did it for nothing." I was like, really? And he was like, just remember us if you ever need a roof. I was like, great, thank you, man! And lo and behold, we had a hail storm that destroyed our roof. Who do you think I called? And they have done a fantastic job so far. The are getting really high marks in my book. Just put A's straight down.

They put a roof on my house. They're also doing my siding and they're doing a bunch of work inside the house. We had hail damage. It was paid for by insurance. Just give them A's straight down the board. They did a very good job of working with us. We got a free upgrade on our roof type, so we were able to build some tab shingles. They were able to build some dimensional shingles and did a very, very nice job for us. They were really wonderful. Not only have they been very easy to communicate with, but the people that have come out to do the actual work have been prompt and professional and efficient. John, their estimator, he was just the nicest man and was so easy to work with. I'm just very pleased with them overall.

Excellent! Sean was on time, went up looked at where the missing shingles were, temporarily repaired the leaking spot, and even brought me pictures of where shingles were missing...and pictures of the repair. It is the first time that I have actually seen pictures of my roof - other roofing companies have told me things like "you need an entire new roof, we can reshingle it for you for $30K, blah, blah, blah" (even the company I called prior to ABC was going to charge $350 just to tarp it). Sean told me that the next time anyone tells you that it will be $30K to fix my roof, tell them to "get off my property." For the first time, I don't feel like I have walked up to the edge of being taken advantage of by a roofing company. ABC sent Sean out to fix the problem, without charge. They will definitely be MY roofing company from now on!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate the quick response and honest assessment!!!

Job done was good, were on time. There was a minor issue with billing but was solved to my satisfaction.

It went great! Sean Sills was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. We had another roofing company examine the roof, and they said we had hail damage and loose shingles. I contacted ABC Roofing for a second opinion because the other company only spent 5 minutes on the roof and found a lot of damage. The other company kept telling me that gutter damage indicates that I have roof damage. Sean said that this other company was probably just trying to make money, as my roof is only 6 months old. He got on the roof and found NO damage. He saved me at least $1,000 since nothing needed done and I didn't have to pay my deductible. We will use ABC Roofing if we have any issues in the future!

The service provided by the company was poor while the actual roof work done by the crew was good. The poor service of ABC we attribute to how they handle larger jobs versus just a basic roof job. We contracted to have a roof, gutters, and drywall (for skylights) completed and were told it would be done in 3 days. The crew showed up the first 2 days but no one showed up the 3rd day without a phone call. The gutters didn't get completed for several weeks later... the drywall work also took several weeks. We had 2 leaks in roof during the time we were waiting for other work to get done. ABC did a good job of helping find the leaks - they were with the windows and not the roof. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the work but disappointed with the poor level of service we experienced with ABC.

Could have been better. Would go with someone else next time. The hispanic crew we had was good but the communication and management was poor.

They provided a very good service. They did a very good job. The quality of their work was outstanding.

My roofs structure needed some repairs especially around the gutter line due to rot. Unfortunately ABC is not the one doing the work and they sub it to another firm who are highly efficient and like to stick to a schedule. They will only do what is required in order to fit their schedule which is usually one day to tear it off and one day to install. Unfortunately I had lots of repairs I wanted done and I was on the roof with my sales rep and he said he couldn't ask them do it because they did not speak English. So I ended up with a half-*** job and now I can't get to those issues without a substantial expense. If you want a very reasonably priced and efficient job done then they are not bad. If you want quality I'd suggest paying a little more and using someone who self-performs.

They were excellent we are very happy. They were fast.

Roof work was great. Siding replacement a fiasco. Underestimated the work, scheduling delays and quality had to be improved mid-stream in the process.

Quality work at very reasonable price. Gave good suggestions. Would definitely hire again.

Awesome !!!!!, from our sales representative ( Mr John G. Titus ) too JoAnn, I’am sorry I did not get her last name but she was awesome to work with , right down to the work crew that came out and did the work, although our roof failed inspection by our local inspector, which is just something that happens from time to time, which meant a complete tear off of said roof, the work crew still finish on time and in my option were very professional.
