I had been refused by my insurance to replaced my roof due to hail damage. I called ABC and they marked the damage on the roofing and gutters and deck for the adjuster to see. Unbelievably, the adjuster agreed to it all! The roof was replaced along with rotted wood and flashing around the chimney that fixed a leak! Also got the new gutters and couldn't be happier. ABC really went the extra mile in helping me get the roof and did and excellent job. Highly recommended.

They responded within a few days of my contacting them. The man who came to get measurments, etc was quickly in & out. I felt like we weren't given adequate info. The estimate was e-mailed to us.

Jeff came out to my house to look at hail damage. His recommendation was to contact my insurance company and file a claim, since there was damage to my roof. Since the insurance adjustor was out, I have left a message 1 week ago with Jeff and left another message this past Saturday with ABC to have someone call me... to date - no calls. Obviously ABC is not interested in my business.

Very well. The roof was completed on schedule while I was out of town. Scheduling was important since I wanted the roof done the week I was out of town with our dog. Good communications between their office and me since the roof work and other projects were done over different days. Repairs to internal ceiling in laundry room, and replacing & painting boards around the chimney were completed with great results. May 2014 follow-up to initial review. About a year after the initial service which included painting the top of our pergola due to the hail damage, I noticed that the paint on the pergola top was peeling. The spec in the repair called for priming and two finish coats. The peeling paint on the top affected the integrety of the other paint which was now peeling. Not sure if the problem was related to not being primed and painted twice, or possibly wet when done. To make a long story short, it was inspected by the paint sub-contractor. Without much discussion, ABC had the pergola top scraped, primed, and painted by the sub-contractor. The May weather did not cooperate in getting the job completed(over 3 days including drying time). We were preparing to list our house for sale so there was an urgency. The sub-contractor came in on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend to finish the job.

The job went wonderfully. John came and performed an estimate and was very up front and did not try to oversell other items. The estimate was very thorough and was below the other company we received an estimate from. The night the materials were delivered, the delivery guy called stating the tenants had not moved their cars so he wasn't sure if he could get the materials in the driveway. While I was making phone calls to try to get in contact with the tenants, he was able to place the materials off to the side, still on a hard surface rather than on the grass. I drove by the house and saw just how good of a delivery person this man had to have been as the materials were extremely close to one of the tenant's cars. On the day of the job, I received 2 phone calls. One from John and one from the office. Both of these calls were advising that the roofers had to replace 18 sheets of plywood. The one from the office was just to make sure that I was aware. I was impressed that I received 2 phone calls. I have also received a follow up call from the office manager to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This is a wonderful company to work with and I would not hesitate to work with them again should we need to.

Roofers ruined the gutter guards and they had to be replaced.

GREAT! Arrived exactly when scheduled. Completed work as promised, and clean up was immaculate.

Estimate and consultation provided in a timely and professional manner; helpful suggestions made and (accepted) regarding roof venting; work completed on schedule; corrections to flashing installation handled quickly and completely, thanks to John Titus.

Went very good. They had many samples for us to choose what color and also what quality we wanted. They gave us plenty of time to make our decision. They came with their team which were all very responsible and did a good job. There were designated people for us to ask questions. The crew finished the job and did cleanup. The owner came by later to check the job. Their was one thing he was not satisfied with and he had part of his crew come and take care of the situation. Then he brought a strong magnet out to pick up nails from our gravel driveway and check the yard.

Duke Energy performed an evaluation of the energy efficiency of our 25-year old home and cited the need for additional insulation in the attic. Over time, the insulation settled and no longer had the R value we started with. ABC Roofing came out for an inspection and quoted me a price which I accepted. It was quite a bargain, considering I got a $500 discount for purchasing a $99 promotional coupon from Angie's List. I liked the guys that did the work...very professional, efficient and tidy!

Our attic had a few areas that the insulation was low or lower than the rest of the attic insulation. The "Big Deal" offered stated for $149 you could get $500 of Owens Corning Pink expanding blown-in insulation. Since most of the attic was already above the R-38 required level, ABC Roofing wanted to increase it even more and charge $ 1,160.00- $500 coupon = $660 plus I already paid $149. I just wanted the attic to all be consistent level and add $500 of insulation added to the attic.

They did a really good job. It was done in a day and the price was right. I was happy with them. They got it done quick and I didn't have any hassles or problems. They cleaned up when they were done. They worked right through. I don't know believe they took their lunch break, they staggered it so there was always somebody working on the roof. They didn't all stop at once to leave. I was quite happy with them. And, the supervisor came out, looked at it and talked to me to make sure that I was happy about everything. They were great. My neighbors came by and he asked me about it and I gave him their phone number.

Jeff was here promptly and worked in the attic for about a half hour. He e-mailed a quote the very next day on work that he thought needed to be done.

I may use them at some future time.

Jeff Holland was the employee who arrived, on time. We went to the attic, but he had not come prepared and I had to bring out my latter for him to use. I had questions about this process, because I had no idea how an infrared camera worked. As he was looking around, I noticed he was taking pictures with his cell phone camera. I asked him why he wasn't using an infrared camera and he said that the owners son had the infrared camera. I was a little upset that they would send me someone without giving them the proper equipment to do the task I had paid for. Also, he felt around the attic with his hand and stated that thats how the owner does it, so thats how he does it. I started asking him what the 500 credit entailed, and once again, he kept going around in circles with those answers too. I felt like he did not know either; therefore I felt like I was not getting my moneys worth provided off the service that I was given. After the fact, ABC ROOFING Co. INC sent me an email regarding the estimate proposal. I had emailed the company back telling them that I had an ipad and that I was having issues reading their attachment. They replied back telling me that I probably need to download a PDF Reader. I told them again that I was not very knowledgeable with technology and all I wanted was the estimate. Finally they responded back and told me the estimate, as well that they also sent me a copy in the mail. I am very frustrated with the whole thing, because I do not understand why I paid ABC ROOFING Co. INC $149.00 to begin with. I don't feel like I got my moneys worth in the process.

Went well Started early; Went at it till dark finished on time.

We got them through Angie's List. They were very friendly. One of the vents was crooked once they were done. When they came out for the final inspection they fixed the vent at no charge. They also contacted the insurance company about one issue so that we would not have to. They did a free upgrade the shingles and did a great job overall.

I had been having a leak around my chimney onto and into my furnace and ABC was the only company (of 3 that I spoke with) that was able to give me a specific plan to repair it. There's a wooden housing around the chimney, and the shingles on the housing had broken down and were allowing water to get in. The estimator went up on the roof and took pictures of the problems to show me. He said they would repair the housing and caulk each of the joints on the housing, for a total of $500. I thought it might take a couple of hours to get done, so it seemed like a reasonable price. The technician was punctual and professional, and very quick, and in the year since the work was completed, the repairs have held, so I don't regret spending the money. The problem is that the technician probably spent less than an hour on my roof doing the repairs, and afterwards, $500 seemed like a lot of money for the time he was there and materials used. I know that caulk is not terribly expensive. And I received no itemized bill, so I don't know the basis for how they came up with the $500 they charged. When I can't see the basis for the charges, it's hard for me to trust that those charges are reasonable, given how much time the repairs took. I know now that I could have, and probably should have, asked for more details, but I didn't. While I might use ABC Roofing again, I will need to see an itemized estimate and bill to do so.

They did a really good job. They worked well in the winter months. They worked on our for about three months.

this was a horrible experience. paid 1/2 them money up front from the insurance company they did the work the insurance company was suppose to mail them the final check. they said they never got it so they put a lien on my house my insurance company is issuing a new check but i paid with my credit card to be done with this horrible nonprofessional company they did not pull a permit or intent for my house which is illegal the owner of the company was very rude i picked them because they say they are christian company and family owned they must have forgotten the christian way

They were top notch in everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Salesman explained everything, was on time priced about what I figured, and was always available to answer questions.

Their procedure for coming out and reporting to us about the job was good. They were reliable, did what they said they would do and did a great job.
