DO NOT USE ABC FOR GUTTERS OR GUTTER SCREENS!!! ABC uses subcontractors and several of them. The Install crew showed up 3 days early and called 20min. before arrival. They cut every corner they could. I had downspouts that went up hill, trash and cigarette butts everywhere, caulking on the driveway and in the bushes, downspouts of the wrong length. I told the foreman that I have kids and really needed a clean site. He left nails, jagged pieces of sheet metal, screws, etc... where they play and where I park. When they ran out of the right parts, they cobbled up some Frankenstein's monster of a downspout elbow with sharp edges that looked terrible. ABC in-house repair crew came out to fix the subcontractor issues and install gutter screens. Gutter issues took 2 visits to resolve but gutter screens were never done correctly after 5. When I asked too many questions (Why are the screens falling into the gutter? Why are the screens causing debris buildup in my dead valley? Why so wavy?) the salesman told me to look at the manufacturer website to see that they were done correctly. Apparently the installer had never gone to that website and seen the step by step videos on the right way to install the screens. Nearly every step of the screen installation was against what the manufacturer recommends. I did 2 walk thrus with the ABC installer and salesman and I forwarded the videos and instructions to JoAnn the scheduler who promised that the installer would watch and read them before returning. Sure minor improvements were made each time but the outstanding issues were basic things like gaping holes at the end of gutters and unsupported screens that continued to fall into the gutter. When the installer came back he didn't know anything about a video or instructions. Short story, I told ABC to leave after 5 unsuccessful visits and not come back. I paid the bill to get the paper that says the job was done so I could close the insurance claim - not because it was done to my satisfaction. I fixed the issues I could see in an hour so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.

Fantastic! Best contractor I have used in years. Juan was the foreman and I would highly recommend requesting him. Zero nails were found around the house after he saw that I had kids and a dog. Team was prompt, courteous, professional, easy to communicate with. Salesman worked with Insurance company and was a great experience.... until the ABC gutter crew arrived but that is a different review.

Provider came out and performed a roof inspection for hail damage and shingle condition. He was prompt, clean and very professional. He was thorough and spent sufficient time checking my roof. He then encouraged us to wait as there was not enough hail damage to warrant replacement and our shingles were in acceptable condition for a few more years wear. I appreciated his honesty and straight forwardness and will definitely call him again with any further service needs.

It was a scam and it was really frustration. Basically they came out and they didn't really do an energy audit it was more kind of a purchase for a quote to all kinds of unnecessary upgrades. They did a cursory walk through of the house and pointed out the most expensive doors and windows that needed to be replaced and when we asked questions they couldn't give us any detail. So they were just trying to get business so that was the scam. We derived no benefits from that at all. It was a total waste of money. My wife was there when they did it but from what she told me I think they didn't even have an infrared gun so I think they just did a small inspection and then just started coming up with quotes for stuff they thought we should replace and when we asked basic questions about why the quotes were necessary they didn't have any information. It took them several times to get an appointment for us and when we got an appointment they changed it a few times and cancelled on the last minute so it took us a few times to get them to actually come out.

Excellent service from start to finish. Cleaned up every night incl. nails. Two small flowers damaged but not ruined. Supervisor called every night & twice after finished.

It went fine. They were johnny on the spot. unfortunately, the first salesman/supervisor quickly left due to a disagreement with the owner regarding his pay. But his replacement was fine. i think they did a good job and cleaned up well.

Builder was very punctual. His team were quite the experts and finished the job ahead of schedule.

Mr. Holland made a careful and thorough examination of the roof and gutters and concluded that hail damage to the roof vent boxes and a few shingles was minor. Upon his noticing that the boot at the base of a white PVC plumbing vent pipe needed replacing, he promptly replaced it, without being asked to, with a new boot at no charge. That's an honest man and company who understand that it pays to treat its potential customers well.

Scheduled the appointment and they didn't come out.

ABC quoted a price for the roof repair that was 50-75% less than the other two quotes we received. As part of that quote, they said they could repair the roof and match the shingles instead of replacing a whole section of roof. They came through on that promise, and they also replaced a damaged window flashing for only a nominal amount of money. This is a fabulous roofing company who gets my highest recommendation. I would definitely use them again.

We have used ABC roofing twice now for a new roof and both times we were very pleased. They did an excellent job in all aspects of the process, including coordinating with our insurance company. We trust them to do good work.

Last summer I called them to do my roof and install new gutters. After a few months I started finding that there was some over flowing in my gutters. I started getting leaks and icicals in the gutters. Over the next months I tried to get them to come out and fix the problem. Most recently as of June 24th I called them and they said that the owner is going to come out, but he never showed. I have already paid for everything. I recently found out they sub contracted the job with out my knowledge.

Contractor was not any help..was from out of town and acted like he didn't care about anything...did not find all the damage to my house from the last hail storm..wasn't on my side at all with the insurance adjuster, he agreed to all the damages that the adjustor found..on that note went with another contractor and they found damage that was not spotted from before..Well..to make things worse the contactor called me and wanted me to give up all my extra personal insurance money for items like my BBQ grill etc. to fix all of my damages to my house...also told me not to replace all of the damaged items on my house to make up the difference that the insurance didn't pay...WHAT A SCAM...

Very difficult to reach and never responded back to my request for a shingle that was close to matching my roof. Wanted 359.00 dollars to replace the missing shingles. Allender roofing had a special on for 199.00 It was a great deal.

The quote was reasonable. This is time-sensitive with the weather and stuff, and the job's already on his docket because everybody's running to get their quotes done for the hail damage and stuff. It seems like he's untimely, but he has been very timely considering he's dealing with weather issues and previous works which were already quoted.

Salesman & office staff were friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Installers showed up on schedule and the work was completed quickly, nice job of clean up. Had a small incident with installation (pulled telephone wire loose from neighbors' house) and a shingle came loose a month later & a brief moment of confusion regarding the size of gutters ordered but the company worked with us quickly & efficiently to resolve.

Everything with the roof was great (quickly installed, workers were nice and professional, cleaned up the debris), but was a little disappointed that the gutters weren't installed as soon as the roof was done, I wasn't informed that there would be a delay of over a week until I called the day after my roof was installed. I thought that when a new roof and gutters was ordered together that they would have been done at the same time. ABC had the gutters done by another company, they showed up before they were suppose to so I wasn't there when they did the front of my house and they had to come back to install the back because of my dogs and the gate being locked. I also wanted to be home so that I made sure that they were at the correct height for my gutter guards that I'm installing so they had to lower the gutters they installed when I wasn't there, so I gave them a gutter guard so that they use it to make sure they got the gutters at the correct height. Even with the gutter guard they still didn't get the gutters at the correct height, they were still too high when I went to install the gutter guards a few days later. I guess I should have checked before they left, I just thought since they had a sample they would have gotten it correct. After talking with ABC, we agreed on a credit against my bill instead of having the other company come out to fix, I decided I wanted to make sure it was done correctly this time so I was going to do it with the help of my father instead of having them come. I would definitely have ABC work on my roof and highly recommend them for this, I'm not sure about gutter work.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they did a good job. I spent additional money over the Big Deal price because I paid for a higher level of insulation. I think they did a good job and they were easy to work with.
