Came on time to inspect and provide estimate. Very professional in following up after inspection. Staff very professional, friendly, exteremely fast response. Job completed on time, professionally. All issues resolved in time. Very happy.

From the initial estimate through the install, they were excellent to work with. Their estimate was extremely competitive, and this did not change with the final bill. In fact it went down some due to a replacement piece they did not use. I found this very honest. The day of the install, they workers were very courteous, and the clean up was very thurough. My neighbor even commented on how they came to his yard and driveway to ensure all debris was cleaned up. I did have a few nail pops which I assume is not abnormal (I have a fully finished ceiling on the other side of the ceiling joists). They are coming out to repair, and did not give an pushback when asked. I found them all great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Contacted ABC because of mysterious leaks in master bedroom that first appears after unusual rain (horizontal from the east) this autumn. Sales rep appeared at scheduled time and spent considerable time with me exploring possible sources of leak because none readily apparent. Best guess was that minor gaps in and around chimney flashing might be source. Signed contract with understanding that repairs would be weather-dependent. Technician showed up and completed the work on the day before Thanksgiving. Looks great! Only time will tell if the work fixed the problem. Company is very easy to work with - contracts handled by e-mail, payment by phone/e-mail. Only wish: some word from tech as to what was seen when shingles/old flashing removed.... still curious as to whether our collective best guess as to source was correct! UPDATE: Wrote too soon.... ABC rep contacted me a few days after post and advised that tech had reported the chimney was indeed the source of the leak. Thanks for the added info!

ABC Roofing is a family-owned and run, well established professional operation. They are well represented by sales director Steve Fulford. Their crews are courteous, punctual, and have thorough product knowledge. All aspects work well for this Owens corning certified provider.

I had a small water leak and a different roofer came out to fix it and tried to sell me on a completely new roof. I decided to get some estimates on the job, and ABC was the first company to come out and tell me I didn't need a new roof yet. The other two roofers tried to sell me on a replacement roof with varying degrees of alarm. I really appreciate their honesty and will be using them in the future!

They did a very good job. They did everything they said they were going to do, and even came back after to double check everything looked okay. We were very satisfied

ABC Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. The person I contacted and continued staying in touch with was Jeff Holland. The roofers were here right on time, finished up the following day. They cleaned up any debris and left things as they found them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Others in my neighborhood used this company too and they were also very pleased.

Our house is 13 years old. The first winter after we moved in we noticed a water spot by our chimney. We called our builder who came out and told us the leak was caused by a piece of flashing being improperly installed. The builder made the necessary repair and everything was fine until....this past spring we had a recurrence in the same area by the chimney as we had 10 years prior. I called ABC and requested a roof inspection to see if our vents and/or flashing needed to be resealed. Jeff, arrived right on time and met with my husband. After checking our roof he advised everything appeared in good condition. With the obvious water spot he asked for access to our attic. He walked across the length of our great room attic and determined the leak originated from a roof vent. He found the vent to be cracked and took pictures of the obvious repair the builder had likely done 10 years prior, the sealant they used to fix the cracked vent had deteriorated. We think the builder cracked the vent during installation and instead of replacing it they just applied a quick fix and went on their way. Jeff advised my husband to apply new sealant to the vent and we should be fine. I only wish our builder had been as upfront with us as Jeff! We were not billed for this inspection and now have peace of mind knowing our roof has never had a leaking problem, just a faulty vent. We cannot thank him enough and when our roof needs replacement in the next 5 years or so, we will be calling ONLY ABC Roofing! Thank you so much for your great service!

They were outstanding, I used them twice. Rod was a great project manager. I couldn't ask for a better company. They're very honest, helpful, responsive, and good to their customers. Just stellar. What they quoted and what they charged was straight up - no funny business.

They came out to do an infrared analysis of the home, perhaps to install some installation in the attic and ceiling. They did do the analysis but we did not have them put any installation out for us in the garage. They were very professional, courteous, and did what we asked them to.

ABC was excellent. They had our roof on and off in one day. A small piece of our wood siding was accidentally chipped during the process and they quickly made sure it was repaired and repainted to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with their work.

This is a fantastic company. Extremely courteous, very, very prompt and kept us informed during the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our sales person was personable, professional, and easy to work with. In fact, office personnel were very helpful with the final processing of paperwork and scheduling work to be completed. The roofers were punctual and completed the work when expected. The roofers cleaned up all debris and the original sales person returned the next week for a final walk-through and picked up a bit more debris. Our sales person also talked with my spouse to explain all aspects of the work on a Saturday. We are very pleased with this company and would call them again.

Everything went great, they replaced the roof and got it all done in about 1 and 1/2 days. They did an awesome job with the clean up and everything looks great. Only time and the weather will be the final judge but it looks fantastic. I already signed a contract for them to replace the gutters and downspouts since the roof went so well.

They were very punctual and the roof looks very good. We did find out a few days after they finished the roof that the crew had pulled a vent pipe out of the roof which was the furnace vent. Luckily we did not have the furnace on until one morning and we noticed the problem right away because of the noise. ABC did come out and repaired the vent and gave us $50.00 to repair the drywall around the pipe.

They did a great job. They were much more responsive than other contractors we had tried to get estimates from. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They did the roof in two days and the gutters took about a half of a day. The quality is excellent. They worked with our insurance company on the price.

Our experience started out very positive and ABC has an A+ rating on this website. Our salesman was very professional and explained everything that they would be doing as well as all upgrades we would be receiving. We were to receive new shingles, new gutters, new downspouts, 9 window screens repaired and an additional roof vent for better ventilation. After we picked out the color of our shingles and gutters, we were able to get on their schedule within just a couple of weeks. The roofing crew showed up on time and removed all of the shingles and replaced them within one day. We were happy to see that instead of using pneumatic nailers, they hammered everything with a hammer. As they were finishing up, we did a walk around the house and noticed that something did not look right at the peak of the second story. It looked as though there were some extra shingles just sitting on top of the roof. I found a crewman who spoke broken English and asked him about what I was seeing. He responded with "tomorrow." I was confused, but it was clear that we weren't able to communicate and nobody else spoke English. I also questioned whether or not they had placed an additional roof vent as was stated in our contract. He answered "yes", but after reviewing a satellite photo of our house, it was clear that they had not added an additional vent. Nobody came back the next day to take care of the problem on the peak of the second story and after walking further away from the house I was able to see that those extra shingles on the roof were shingles that were never installed and several feet of roof was exposed to the elements. I took photos of the area not finished as well as photos of several shingles over the garage that did not appear to be lying flat against the roof. I left a voice mail for our salesman and sent him the photos. The shingles were installed and repairs were made within 5 hours of my inquiry, but I never received a response from the salesman nor did anyone even knock on our door. I happened to notice everything was fixed when I went outside later that day. About a week after the shingles were installed we called our salesman again to find out when our gutters would be replaced. He called back and stated it usually takes about 2 weeks after the roof is replaced. About an hour later the gutter people knocked on our door. That was a total coincidence. It was clear our salesman had no clue what the schedule was for our house. After the gutters were installed we requested that they return to place a second story downspout on the other end of a gutter so it would not deposit water against our siding, prematurely eroding the paint. I again made a call to the salesman and sent him photos. It took a while to get a response and we later learned our salesman was on vacation. They agreed that the layout was wrong and they sent someone out to change it. They moved the downspout to the other end, but they left the original gutter. We now had a gaping hole in the gutter where the downspout originally was and it would have let water out to run against the siding. This is what we were trying to avoid in the first place. At this point we stopped calling our salesman and only dealt with a lovely woman from the main office. She apologized for the botched repair and eventually the gutter was replaced. We received a call from ABC asking if we were satisfied with our service and our file would be passed on to the billing department. At that time, we inquired when our screen repair would be completed. Joann from the office apologized for the lack of communication and had our salesman out to pick up the screens within one to two days. We were instructed to place the screens on the front porch. We did this, they were picked up and delivered back to the front porch about a week later. Overall, we are happy with the finished project, but we were very disappointed that we had to call them back to finish the roof, fix some poorly installed shingles, ask them to fix the gutter properly and remind them that they never fixed our screens. Our salesman was great until we signed the contract. After that it was as though he did not want to communicate with us, not even via email. We were never told what the schedule would be for anything other than the shingles and as for the roof vent that was never installed, it was determined by them in the end that we did not need one after all. That seems very convenient.

They did a good job, showed up on time, and took care of everything.

On Tuesday, morning May 28, 2013, ABC Roofing arrived bright and early around 7:30. They worked diligently throughout the day removing the old roof on the back of the house. During the early afternoon, they immediately started installing the new roof. By dusk they completed installing the shingles in the back of the house. On Wednesday morning, May 29, 2013, they arrived around 7:30 again, and diligently removed the old roof from the front of the house. There was a threat of rain, so they did not remove all the old shingles at one time. Also, my roof is very steep. They almost completed installing the new roof in the front of the house before dusk, but had a small portion to complete on Thursday morning. The entire job was completed by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. The roofers were very neat, and took extra care protecting my landscape and flowers. It was a job well done!! John Titus was the sales representative for this project. He was very professional and knowledgeable. John did an excellent job working with my insurance company in addressing my roofing issues. He was instrumental in the repair of my air conditioner as my insurance company missed the hail damage that was done to the coils on my air conditioner. With the installation of a new roof being a new experience for me, he explained to the process from their business, and how he will work with my insurance company and what to expect from them. He was extremely helpful in making this project a comfortable experience. All in all, the customer service from the beginning to the end was great!

Very well - Steve was extremely patient in answering all questions, and he was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Thorough cleaning was very important as a family member has had an anaphylactic reaction to tetanus in the past, so if that person were to step on a rusty nail it could be critical to her health. The job was done very quickly and professionally.

It went overall. They did a good job, but a little trouble with the insurance company setting with ABC Roofing, eventually ABC Roofing resolved the issue.
