Description of Work: THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE IN TROUBLE. AT THEIR REQUEST, I FAXED A REPORT FROM A LICENSED INSPECTION COMPANY SO THAT ABC WOULD KNOW IN ADVANCE THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE UNDERTAKEN. THE PERSON TAKING THE CALL COULDN''T SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, HOWEVER, HE ASKED ME TO CALL THE NEXT MORNING. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE CALL, AND COULDN''T FIND THE FAX. LATER, A FRAZZLED EMPLOYEE CALLED BACK TO SAY THEY WERE HAVING PERSONNEL PROBLEMS. WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR TWO WEEKS LATER. THEY NEVER APPEARED, AND HAVE NOT RETURNED PHONE CALLS.

Description of Work: CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A ROOFING ESTIMATE. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR A MONTH LATER. THE COMPANY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO CONFIRM I STILL WANTED THEM TO COME OUT, WHICH I DID. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. THEY DID CALL TO SAY THE REP HAD FAMILY ISSUES AND WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE SHOWED UP. THEY CALLED AGAIN AND SAID THE REP WOULD SHOW UP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY NO ONE SHOWED UP. I HAVE CALLED TWICE SINCE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND ALWAYS GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. IT WAS JUST A WASTE OF MY TIME.
