Description of Work: We received an estimate in Oct. 2006. We we promised the work would be done by the end of Nov. I kept in frequent communication with the owner and he continued to reassure me they would "get to us" By May of 2007 I gave up on them and another company did the work. I chose Leitz because of their good rating on your list.
