Description of Work: Replace rotten decking and replace with new. Remove shingles beneath the sky light. Put a new ice and water barrier in the area before new shingles.

Description of Work: I first called ABC 18 months ago about replacing my roof. Circumstances caused me to wait until recently to complete the repair. They still managed to keep the price to almost exactly the same as I was quoted previously. There were many things that I was concerned with as I learned about replacing my roof. I was concerned about the color, as I hope I won't have to do this again for a long time, and Shannon was great about getting me addresses so that I could drive by and see the color on an actual house. They look very different in the sunlight. Not at all like the sample boards. I was concerned with replacing the boards under the shingles as I knew that I had some leaks and I wanted a specific type to replace it. I provided the material and they charged me minimally to install it. They really did a great job on a valley in my roof where I'd had a leak before. They fixed that and I'll probably never have to worry about it again. They did a great job of getting here when I needed them even though the weather was very wet. Jeff is very nice to talk to and easy to work with. Sonja, Shannon and JoAnn are all pleasant and knowledgeable, and Ulysses and Juan and their crew are polite and on time and FAST. I honestly don't know how they did my roof in 8 hours, but they did and it's beautiful. They left nothing for me to clean up, they took everything with them at the end of the day, and I was left with a gorgeous roof. I would absolutely recommend them. They won't disappoint you.

According to our records the homeowner called on 9/27 to request a hail inspection for his roof only. We met with the homeowner on 10/15 as at that time due to the hail storm we were running 2-3 weeks out on our appointments. Upon inspection there was found to be no hail damage. Homeowner asked our associate if he could inspect and give an estimate for insulation. Our associate had no problem doing that but since access to attic was in garage and the garage was full with no access to attic entry and our associate had another pending apointment, our associate asked the homeowner if he could call the office and schedule an appt for our insulation manager to come out. At that time homeowner seemed to have no problem doing so. He called on 10/16 and set up an appointment for insulation inspection. Our associate met with the homeowner on 10/29 (still 2 weeks out) and provided the homeowner with an estimate on 11/7. Homeowner did not wait 3 weeks to recieve esimate. Our associate had it to him within the week of coming out. Homeowner waited three months to report this. If he would have called and let us know of his displeasure then, we would certainly have tried to reconcile immediately. We do not apologize for our pricing. We offer quality material and workmanhip. We do a thorough inspection of all insulation, ventilation etc., to provide the maximum results for our homeowners. Our homeowners want the best and we want to provide the best. Our client is our number one priority. If a homeowner feels we have failed in any of these areas, we will do whatever it takes within reason to please our client.

Description of Work: ABC roofed my house in 2005. Within a few years I had had a few shingles blow loose and drop off. Recently several more had fallen or come loose. I called Bone Dry and they gave me an estimate of slightly over $200 for repair work. I also called ABC to see if any of it was under warranty. It was not, but they came out and did the repair and did not charge me. I thought that was very nice. The missing shingles are back and I feel better about my house. I just want to give them credit for going beyond what they had to do. I would definitely recommend them.

Due to the nature of our business , there are certain times of the year when we get busy. We try to accomdate each and every customer as best we can. Unfortunately we are in one of those times. Our repair men are extremely backed up due to the recent rains. We know how important roof leaks can be and feel it is very unfair to the homeowner to have to wait 2 weeks for us to get there. When Mrs. Savage called ,we informed her of this and referred her back to Angies List. We hate to turn away anyone and am currently in the process of hiring more repairmen to resolve this issue. As for not responding to her request, we do not always get the Angies requests as soon as the homeowner sends them. We do respond as soon as we recieve them. I do not know if Mrs. Savages got looked over or what had happened, but we do apologize for the mistake. We do ask that if anyone does request us through the Angies quote request, PLEASE leave a contact number so we may get in touch with you right away.

We are sorry for the confusion. We have a new receptionist and she has some things confused as far as what we do . This has since been corrected. We do charge a 35.00 service call on all repair estimates . But the 35.00 is refunded on the final billing if we are chosen to do the work.
