Description of Work: They repaired our roof where some leaks were occurring around a vent pipe. The work they did was of good quality. Unfortunately, the area was hit with really bad rain storms shortly after I signed the contract and they were overwhelmed with work. | |It ended up taking from mid-July (when I signed the contract) until mid-October for them to finally make it to my house. This is pretty rough when the roof is leaking and there is also interior damage that needs repair but needs to wait until the external issues are fixed. | |ABC did communicate periodically about status, but I just didn't feel like a priority to them due to the relatively low job price.

Description of Work: This company replaced my roof and gutters. They were very professional with competitive prices. From the very beginning I tried to make sure it was understood I was willing to pay more to make sure the work was done right. However, I have to admit I felt like I had to keep an eye on the roofers to make sure the job was done right. For instance, I noticed some water damage to part of the roof which complicated the project. If I had not pointed this out I'm not sure it would have been addressed. Also, even though I was told they were the best for the application, I was not completely satisfied with the look of a couple of products used. Overall, I think the company did a decent job but in the future I will be more watchful of any projects to my house.

Description of Work: Remove one layer of shingles. Replace shingles. Install ridge vent. Vent bathroom exhaust through roof. Remove shingles from shed and replace with same shingle as house. Via subcontractor - install new gutters and gutter screens. Replace one section of fascia board.

Description of Work: Complete tear-off & re roof with high quality shingles. They also corrected erroneous vent configuration and upgraded Ice=damming prevention materials. John Titus came back to inspect upon completion of the job and had his crew come back to address a minor detail that was not to his satisfaction. We are very happy with the work performed and highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We were referred to this company from another roofing company that was booked all summer. Our inspection for our closing required some repairs on the roof. They saved us some money on one issue that needed to be fixed with a high estimate and also rectified an issue they corrected after realizing the roof needed a different repair. All was fixed prior to our closing.
