punctual, professional and cleaned up all debris at the end of the job. followed up with a visit and call to make sure work was complete and answer any questions i had. the siding replacement had to be rescheduled several times over the summer for weather and conflicts i had and they were very accommodating and friendly to work with.

They installed a new roof about 8-9 years ago with the gutters and did a great job then. Then this year we started having trouble with the gutters when a heavy rain came, the rain would run over the gutters and down the walls. They came out and charged me $260 for an assessment, and sent someone out to do the supposed repairs. Two of the areas seemed to be fixed but there is another one where they just can't seem to figured out what the problem is. Now they tell me that they just can't seem to figure out what the problem is and they will not do anything else. I also got billed for a time that they came out and I was not even home.

I had a new roof put on and my gutters replaced. I was very pleased with the service, quality, price, and promptness of ABC Roofing. Everyone from sales, to the office staff, to the actual workers were very professional and answered every question. I liked that there were no high pressure sales tactics used. I was given a written detailed estimate of the cost and plenty of time to decide what I wanted. When I agreed to the contract, I was kept informed of the date the work would begin. There was an understandable week delay due to bad weather, but once I got the green light, it took only a day and a half for the roof to go up, and a couple of hours the next day for the gutters. Cleanup was spot on. I have no complaints. I can definitely recommend them. My house looks great.

I did not have any work done. The estimate was free. The responsiveness was slow, they were supposed to come out but they didn't and they came out the third time I called them. When they finally showed up, they were on time.

They are good. They are a very good company. Part of it was hail damage so it was covered by insurance.

Called to schedule appointment for estimate on new roof. Spoke to a woman who said she was not sure if they came to my area and she would have to talk to her boss and call me back. She took my name, address and phone number. Well, that was several weeks ago and still no return call.

Overall we were very pleased with the results. The new roof looks very nice and there are no leaks. Steve did a good job explaining their entire process, answering my long list of questions. Their proposal was very detailed, especially when compared to some of the estimates which we received from other roofers. Cost was competitive with other roofers, ABC was one of the lower estimates that we received. I felt that the warranty on the shingles and workmanship was better than what other companies were offering, a large part of that was because ABC Roofing is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor. Work started approximately two weeks after I signed the proposal. The job took three full days, which was one day longer than the original 1-2 day estimate. It probably took longer because the crew working on my house consisted of 4 roofers and I think when I discussed this with Steve initially he was assuming a crew size of 6 roofers. The whole crew came back for about an hour on a fourth day, to touch up a few areas that Steve pointed out to them. About a week after the main job was complete, there was still one area that didn't look good. I emailed ABC and they sent one of their repair guys out the same day. He looked at the area and explained why the main crew did what they did. He was able to clean up the area and make it look good. We had one minor complaint, and that was with the cleanup. ABC covered our bushes like they said they would. And they used a magnet to pick up some of the nails around the foundation. But I picked up several hundred nails from our yard after they left. When the nails fall, they don't just fall around the foundation, some of them wind up 15-20 feet out into the yard. I doubt another roofer would have done a better job cleaning up, so I wouldn't hold this against them, it was just an extra task that I hadn't anticipated having to do. We are satisfied with the job that ABC Roofing performed, and if we needed to replace another roof we would definitely consider using them again.

We loved the efficiency and service of ABC Roofing. From the moment we called the office to request an estimate until the time they came to retrieve materials and check the clean up, we were treated with courtesy and prompt responses. Our initial contact with ABC was courteous and we set up an interview with their representative John Janke. John presented himself and ABC Roofing professionally, answered our questions and submitted a written proposal for both roof and gutters. We were impressed with his written proposal. It was very specific, full of details and written in layman's language. John maintained contact with us throughout the completion of the project. The roofing crew did an excellent job. The old shingles were removed and the roof base was prepared for the new roof. The crew was thorough and completed the project in one day. They did a good job cleaning up the area after their work was done. The gutter crew did an excellent job and completed the project in one afternoon. They cleaned up the area after the work was done. ABC Roofing personnel were professional from beginning to end. We would hire them again if the need arises.

There were no hitches in the entire process.

The insurance covered it. They did some things that other roofers didn't do, for example they did all hand nailing of the shingles. The way they did the valley and around the fireplace, that was the kind of work we were interested in. The roof they were here they took the roof in one day and they put it on in one day, it would've been better if they came out arlier because it's getting kind of dark by the time they left though they were more nails that I think would have been left had they gotten here like when the sun came out but, there wasn't really a problem with that except the clean up. One thing I didn't like about the clean up that I complain to them. Not that they didn't do it but they didn't do it the way I would've done it. It sounds stupid but, we have pavers and all that shingles, what they did was instead of getting something to like suck up little tiny balls. They blew them all into my pavers in between all my pavers. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent service all the way around. We asked for several quotes on the roof work we needed. ABC was the fastest in responding, had the quickest turnaround on the quote, and ultimately came in at the best price. They scheduled the job within 10 days. Very easy to work with. Their crew was professional and very clean - the cleanup was impressive. We are thrilled with the work and highly recommend contacting this company to bid on your job.

I appreciated their service. Four years after they put the roof on, I have a couple loose shingles and they are going to come out and repair it.

ABC did a great job! Whenever I had a question they answered it promptly. The damage had been done awhile ago, but they honored their quote into 2014 since Indiana had a very severe Winter which prevented any work from being done sooner. I would definitely recommend them doing work for me again if necessary.

Everything went well. Both the Roofers and Gutter people came on time. They both did a very professional job. Had no problems and they installed the additional downspouts I requested.

My experience with them went fine when they came to give the quote. The quote amount was about $900. They got right out here and looked at the job.

I was not impressed with them. The technicians who came out were nice but did not understand much about the technology they were using. I did not feel confident in how they were helping me. I had to show them what places to check in.

They had to replace the vents before they fixed the drywall in the side to stop the leak. We called early morning and they were here in the afternoon. It was a great service. They were very good. Can you just imagine, two vents being replaced on the roof for $50? The quality was perfect.

My roof was failing and I asked Steve to take a look. He was very thorough with his report and provided a quote to replace the roof. The quote was very detailed and explained the process well. The job took 2 days and went as planned. All the workers were polite and cleaned up the area each day. In addition to the roof, work was done behind some siding where we had ice dam issues last winter. Steve checked several times on the progress during the job and then performed a final inspection afterwards. The inside staff are also great to work with and followed up with me as well. These folks definitely know what they are doing. Final result is a great roof done right by a great company.

John was not pushy nor did he call to ask for the work. He let his knowledge and quote speak for itself. Color: They dropped off and picked up any color samples we requested. Went well, came out for estimate when they said, then started working on the roof a few days later, cleaned up each night when they left. The workers were working in 100 plus heat and humidity. Did a great job. Would rehire.
