The supply line behind my upstairs toilet broke. My bottom bathroom dry wall had to be completely torn out. Mold was discovered on common walls I share with other condos. This company was recommended to me by another person. My call was returned quickly. The head of the company scheduled a time to assess the mold around my schedule and within the next two days. When he came out he asked insightful questions and was sensitive to my common wall problem. He also explained the procedures he would follow so that the mold spores would not be dispersed throughout my home. He knew I was allergic to mold and did not want me to get sick. I was e-mailed a proposal that was detailed and easy to understand. Once I gave the go ahead, the work began on the next day. Arrangements were made to pick up my key from me at my place of business. Once work was completed, we walked me through what was done. I appreciated that he let me ask questions until he was sure I did not have any more. I was completely satisfied with the results of this job and appreciated that the job site area was completely clean. Two weeks later I called about a possibly related area I had not asked about earlier. He thought that it was probably not moisture, but came out to be sure. I would recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is outstanding and the people are very knowledgeable about mold and how it should be treated.
