We currently have an annual contract with them to main our company's heating/ac system. We will continue to use them again in the future.

They were very quick professional and accurate.

It went well. I like this company. The employees are very professional, and non-intrusive. They are punctual, clean and friendly. They seem to really know what they are doing, and they don't stomp all over plantings in the yard.

They seem very knowledgeable when dealing with that system. They are very prompt and professional. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent; very satisfied. The service man explained everything in detail as he did it. Saved us money on replacement parts before they were needed.

Serviceman arrived when scheduled - was courteous and appeared knowledgeable. I have used this service for over 10 years and never had any problems.

They were extremely prompt with the initial sale but not so after. I called the owner who apologized and came out right away and got the job done in three days time.

The HVAC technician arrived on-time for both service calls. A second visit was required for the air conditioner service. All work was completed satisfactorily.

They always come when they say they are going to. The people they send are knowledgeable and get it done on time. I also bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them. The technician came when he said, was neat and clean.

THEY WERE SATISFACTORY. THEIR CLEAN-UP WASN'T GREAT, BUT THEY WERE DEFINITELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE SO FAR.

ALL WORK DONE IN OUR ABSENCE. ALL CLEAN-UP DONE, OLD EQUIP. REMOVED. WE WERE VERY FORTUNATE AND GRATEFUL TO QACH, WHO HAVE ALSO PROVIDED EXCELLENT ROUTING MAINTENANCE ON THE HVAC SYSTEM IN OUR HOUSE FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

THEY COME ON TIME, AND WHEN I NEED THEM. IT IS A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS

IT IS PART OF MY SERVICE CONTRACT WHICH INCLUDES TWO VISITS ANNUALLY. ORIGINALLY WHEN OTHER'S COULD NOT IDENTIFY A PROBLEM HE SAID THERE WAS A PART RECALLED. HE GOT IT FIXED AND I'VE USED HIM EVER SINCE.

EXCEEDED LOOSLEY WORDED ESTIMATE BY $850. DIDNT GET WHAT WE NEEDED OR WANTED DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM WE HAD, CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS

SAID WE HAD A CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGER AND TRIED TO SELL US A NEW FURNACE AND HEAT PUMP EVEN THOUGH THE HEAT EXCHANGER WAS COVERED UNDER A 20 YEAR WARRANTY. THEN SAID IT WOULD BE 800.00 TO FIX IT. ONCE REPAIRED, THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. SAID WE NEEDED A NEW PRESSURE SWITCH BUT WOULD NOT SAY HOW MUCH THAT WOULD COST. INSTALLED ANOTHER PART AND THE FURNACE STILL DIDN'T WORK. SAID HE WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY WITH ANOTHER REPAIRMAN TO FIND PROBLEM. CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE FURNACE AND CHARGED 1219.00 AND INSISTED WE PAY IMMEDIATELY.

EXTREMELY RUDE. DIAGNOSTIC FEE CHARGED.

CALLED WHEN ON THE WAY, EFFICIENT FINDING A TOUGH PROBLEM, CLEANED UP NICELY.

VERY THOROUGH, CONERNED WITH WORK COMPLETED AND ARE GOING TO CALL BACK IN A FEW MONTHS TO CHECK ON WORK THEY COMPLETED FOR THE MEMBER, AND DOUBLE CHECKED WORK.

BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 50 YEARS, ONE OF MOST RESPECTED H&A/C PROVIDERS IN TOWN, MAY BE BEST STEAM HEAT SPECIALIST, DAMAGED STAIRS, BUT EAGERLY REPAIRED.

PUT IN NEW UNITS, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, WONDERFUL, CLEAN, TAKE SHOES OFF IN THE HOUSE, MEMBER CAN'T SAY ENOUGH.
