My experience with Aaron York's Quality Air was a good one. I called for an estimate the year before, but waited until the unit absolutely died before buying a new one. Kris was able to install the unit the very next day after finally deciding that it was time to replace the old one. Aaron York's Quality Air was not the least expensive company, nor was it the most expensive. The price was OK. The service was outstanding. Because of their customer care, professionalism and integrity, I would definitely use them again in the future. Plus, the installer was very knowledgeable. I will use them for my bi-annual maintenance and call upon them again, should I need another unit in my next home. Thanks Kris and Karen.

Yesterday we noticed a strange sound when the furnace came on. It was Sunday but we called York anyway and talked to a service manager. He said they would be glad to send someone out, that it sounded like the blower motor. We decided to wait to see if the noise continued. This morning (Monday) we called them again and they scheduled a visit for this afternoon. The service rep was Brian and what a great guy! He replaced the motor and cleaned up a lot of dust that had accumulated inside that area of the furnace; the dust was the result of a recent home renovation project that included dry walling and cutting into the cement floor of the basement. He recommended an air duct cleaning and gave us the name of a company York recommends. We've been York customers for 7-8 years and have a standing contract with them for furnace and AC maintenance yearly. Everyone we've ever talked to or who has been to our home from York has been first rate. Thanks York, you guys are the best!

We have been dealing with them for about 14 to 15 years and we've had nothing but excellent service from them. They are reputable, courteous, efficient, and they're very professional. If they have a problem, they will discuss it with you and they will allow you seek second opinion, but every time we dealt with them, we have not had any issues with are air conditioning and heating unit.

The salesperson came in a few times, continued to call with questions and also presented a quote with a few different options to select from, letting me keep it and talke about it with my contractor brother. We set up a date that would mesh with my work schedule and I planned for the install. They arrived on time, worked efficiently for 1 1/2 days, cleaned everything away and sent out various personnel to inspect as they went along. They used what they could on the original concrete pad, and made sure that I understood all the was going on. As a single homeowner I appreciated not being ignored. I am so thrilled to be their customer now, and they called to remind me of my free fall cleaning...when did that last happen? Never! Please try this family operated business for your happy ending!

Excellent Tech, Brian, should be a teacher of HVAC. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything about my system in great detail. He was clean, respectful, and not pushy about contracts. I will definitely use them in the future. I also received an Angie's list discount!

York did a fantastic job. The installation went without a hitch. There were some minor issues with the thermostat 2 months later which were fixed on short order.. They overall did a fantastic job and completed the task completely without issue.

I had York Quality Air out to do an estimate on a Central A/C replacement. They did a full measurement of the house to properly size the unit, answered all of my questions and were very professional and kind throughout the process. I will not hesitate to call them again.

We have an annual maintenance contract with them. They are excellent. We enjoy this company and we have no dislikes. They are very prompt, courteous, and neat. They are also very professional and they wear uniforms too. Their price is very acceptable.

They come every spring and fall to inspect our AC and heating. The longer you use them, the lower their prices get since they’re inspecting their own work. The same workers almost always come out. We really like their good and dependable work. So we remain loyal to them.

They took great care of the problem quickly and professionally.

They are very punctual. You call them and they call you and inform when they are going to come. They also give you a call if they cannot make it for some reason. They are really good and I like them.

All issues were addressed. Information regarding cost and choices of furnaces and programable thermostat information given. Hand outs left for us to review. An agreed upon estimate in writing by email to be send the next day. This information was received by email and had all the information we needed to make a decision. York will be taking over our service contract due to the professionalism, courtesy to the customer, and professionalism.

I run a food distribution warehouse. They do all of the cooling, refrigeration and also the offices. They are on a retainer and I pay them monthly. They do a great job. They arrived instantly when I had a problem. They did it within 60 minutes.

They do a good job. We are on their maintenance agreement. We roughly pay around $200 - $300 per year. They do the whole thing; they check my heating, air conditioning units and the furnace and all the points. They clean the filter out. They are very accurate and professional. They do a good job. They send me a notice. If they do not hear it from me within a couple of weeks, they call me and fix an appointment. They are very efficient and prompt. They come out. As a matter of fact he even put a little battery in my pad on the wall which is a digital thermostat. I can't get the top to open; so he put a new battery in for me. He fixed the new battery for me which makes it easier for me; which they did not have to do. I have osteoarthritis in my hand and I had surgery and I can not do that little tedious work or have mobility to do that.

This company listens and makes adjustments to/for customers! I really appreciate being heard and taken care of. It's not every day you find a company with such integrity..GREAT JOB. THANK YOU!

I realized I hadn't received a reminder notice about my maintenance agreement so I called and spoke to the secretary inquiring about my maintenance check. Karen called me back and said that Steve, the tech, had been there in Jan. and that the $40 for a filter had not cleared and had gone to collections and they now refused to allow me to continue to be a customer. I am so angry. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company and I had no idea there was even a problem. Had I known I would have written them a check. To my recollection I received no notices, no letters, no call and I am outraged. Aaron York I believe would be very ashamed at this change of command for the treatment of such a loyal customer of 20+ years.

Their professionalism is excellent and they are above and beyond in all the fine details. They are very good and competitively priced. They were very thorough and went out of their way to make everything work well.

The vice-president came and made a detailed examination of the work required. Three different options were made available at difeerent prices. The installer was very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion.

The service man was very knowledgeable and was very willing to teach me the ins and outs of an AC unit. I very much appreciated his patience with me! The unit has been operating great since the installation back in August.

The owner arrived at my place within 30 minutes of being called for an estimate to replace 2 stolen A/C units. He sealed the exposed tubing to prevent dirt from entering, and then discussed/explained some options for me. I received a written estimate within a couple of days. When the work was scheduled later in the Spring, his crew was very professional and tidy. They might not be the cheapest in town, but they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they said they would. Friendly and courteous personnel, too.

We have used this company for many years for heating & A/C maintenance; however, last year, during at least two visits, the company's representative did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not call to notify of the delay or to reschedule. As a result, the company offered a year of maintenance at no charge. This spring I scheduled a maintenance visit and it was agreed that I would be called 30 minutes in advance of their arrival so that I could meet them at the house. I received a call, dutiful went home and then proceeded to wait and wait and wait. I did not receive a call from the company or its representative. I called to find out the status and was told he would be there in a few minutes. I waited and waited. Again, no call and no representative. I called back and expressed concern that this was disrespectful of a customer and that I had now waited 45 minutes beyond the time when the representative was to show up. I could hardly believe it after having experienced the same difficulty with the company last year. I spoke with owner, Aaron York, who said to me (after I wasted the middle of my day from work) that all he could do was to apologize. Frankly, he seemed to care less that I was a long term customer or a potential future customer.

He was very professional. Very punctual. Did a great job.
