I ORDERED AND PREPAID FOR A STAINLESS STEEL FRAME. THEY USED A BLACK PAINTED WOOD FRAME, STATING THEY COULD NOT ORDER THE STAINLESS STEEL ONE. I DID NOT GET MY PICTURE BACK FOR OVER A YEAR. THEY RUINED THE PICTURE - IT HAD A WATERSPOT ON THE SKY PORTION (IT IS A LANDSCAPE). THEY TRIED TO FIX IT WITH PAINT WITHOUT TELLING ME. THERE WERE THREE SCRATCHES ON THE PICTURE, A GLOB OF WHITE PAINT FRAMED IN THE PICTURE, THERE WERE STAPLES SHOWING THROUGH THE PICTURE, THE MATTING WAS IMPROPERLY CUT, AND THERE WAS A HAIR AND DIRT FRAMED IN THE PICTURE.
