AAA Indy Landscaping

Hired this company last fall. They showed up with a crew of four people to do some major cleanup work on a very overgrown garden and backyard. Things went smoothly and they also removed a dead tree in the yard. I would definitely hire them again.

Found AAA Indy Landscaping through Angie's List deal. Able to get the work scheduled and completed quickly.

Richard and his crew worked hard with care and attention to detail and performed other work I was going to do myself but which I happily accepted his offer for he and his crew to do.

4 persons arrived and they were ready to leave with barely 4 hours each. My son had to politely tell them that the work accomplished was not enough for the amount of time allotted. Maybe we expected too much but there was no lugging and carrying of mulch or dirt. Only about 3/4 of the back yard was worked on. I told my son that I thought they would be very knowledgeable about what they were to be doing. When I saw what was done this past week, I expected more to have been accomplished than what was for the amount of money paid.

Richard Smith and his crew went to work right away and did an amazing amount of work in the time allotted. They wasted no time, were knowledgeable and skillful as they trimmed and shaped the many kinds of shrubs and trees in my yard and left my front and back yards looking great. In addition the crew was respectful and friendly. I will hire them again.

Richard Smith contacted me within a couple of days to schedule an appointment. He and his crew of four young men showed up on time and Richard did a walk-around with me to clarify what I wanted done. The crew got right to work and worked steadily. They knew the difference between weeds and good plants, they trimmed my yews and other bushes and shrubs back so they looked great again. When I took them bottles of water, every one of them thanked me. I even heard whistling and laughing while they were working! At the end of their time, Richard again did a walk-around with me and they finished by touching up a couple of places. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I just about cried at the change of looks of my yard...it was BEAUTIFUL again. I heartily recommend Richard and his crew, and I will certainly hire AAA Indy Landscaping the next time I need yard work done!

Overall I was pleased with the value. I will consider using them again for easy to moderate jobs that I could do myself but simply don't have the time. The owner was easy to get a hold of, though they were a bit behind schedule in arriving because they lost my address and had to call back for it. It's a crew of 4 so the 8 hour deal they had worked out to be 2 hours w/ 4 guys.

Mr. Smith and his crew arrived on schedule. The work was done exactly as I requested and everything looked great when they were done. I appreciated his friendly and helpful demeanor. I would definitely use them again.

It took them 10 days to schedule. They left some weeds, but said they had used up all the 8 hours of time.

I got them through you guys. It would have been a better experience if they completed the job on tine without me having to add time to it. They didn't push themselves at all. It was like, if you want us to stay and finish anything it's going to be another $140, and they still didn't finish everything. They were very nice. They worked, but they certainly didn't push it to make sure they finished on time.

Overcharged for delivery of landscaping items. Didn't work the entire time that was paid for in advance. Planted bushes too close together and had to replant them. One died shortly thereafter.

They arrived and gave me a reasonable estimate. I gave them the OK to proceed. They removed trees, weeds including a 4-foot thistle. I wish I had taken before photos because they made such a difference. Our patio now looks like it used to before it became an overgrown forest.

Did landscaping and clean up around pool area. Richard was very easy to work with and flexible. Crew was all very conscientious and exceeded are expectations on project.

Perfectly. I purchased a three yards of mulch deal and within 24 hours, they called to schedule. This was sooner than I anticipated, which was great. I knew my yard was in bad shape, so after a bit of discussion, added extra services, not really knowing what to expect since I've always done my own yard work in the past. I just knew that I needed this done and they were more than willing. They trimmed my trees, shrubs, edged, put down the mulch and got rid of the shoots from my pear tree. They even cleaned off my deck! My husband can't figure out how they got it so clean. My lawn looks great and we are happy with all the TLC they provided. They exceeded my expectations.

Making initial contact and scheduling a day for the work was easy. The crew was on time and worked hard. It looked so good when they were done that I went ahead and paid them extra to come back and add mulch too, which I hadn't planned on doing.

Richard came out with his crew of about 4 young men. They went straight to work and spent the whole day clearing out a lot of overgrowth in our yard. It was a big job and they did a great job. Richard came back the next day to haul away another load of yard waste. Great guy and crew!!

Very well. Richard is very responsive. He answers his phone or calls back quickly if you leave a voicemail. His scheduling was very flexible and he was able to work in my job within a few days. He and his crew did an excellent job of eliminating a very high level of overgrowth and making my backyard presentable. Would definitely hire again.
