They showed up on time, and completed all the work requested. Pleasant, respectful workers.

It turned out just fine. I think 3 people came out to do the work and it took about 2 and a half hours. The workers were fine. I only talked to one guy. They were good. I have a lot of shrubs that needed cleaned out and hauled away and they did a good job.

3 men worked 8 hours one day and 5 men worked 9-10 hours the next day. It went great, and they did a great job. I was very impressed with how much work was accomplished in a short period of time. Also, I was very impressed that when I called for an estimate, he was over to provide the estimate within the hour and the work started the next day. It worked out well as we were able to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather.

It was wonderful. They were very nice to work with and the yard looks great now!

The four men crew worked quickly & well together. Everything I asked for them to do they did well. They cleaned up afterwards & for a small extra fee took it all away. I would definitely use them again next spring.

All 4 men worked extremely hard @ digging up my knock out roses & several big shrubs. The men worked well together & within the 2 hour time limit got things done. I would definitely use them again.

Did a great job. Some parts of my beds were a real mess and they took care of it so at least it looks decent now. I'll probably have them back in Spring for a more complete makeover and mulching. One note is that after purchasing on AngiesList I did not get a call to schedule. After a few days I called them and they were prompt to communicate after that.

Richard promptly returned my call on a Tuesday. After making my request, he stated that he would call me on Friday morning, probably between 8 and 9, so that I could meet him at the property to receive the desired estimate. He didn't call as stated, and there has been no further contact.

We have a big backyard full of trees and lots of landscaping. They ran a deal for racking the leaves; however, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we hired them to do. They stayed until the job was finished and made sure all the leaves were racked and removed along with all dead fallen branches. They were wonderful and we will most definitely hire them again. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! Thank you!!!

It went GREAT! I didn't think Richard would be able to get everything I wanted done in the 8-man hours in the Angie List Deal, but he not only got everything I wanted done, but he also trimmed some other bushes/ trees that I thought I'd have to put off until the spring and he removed weeds and downed twigs/small branches from the "dog area" portion of the yard. This was more than I thought he could get done. It was more work than the other company included in their $750 quote. I only paid $240 and plan to talk with Richard about a regular maintenance plan. The only reason I rated Indy Landscaping a "B" for responsiveness is I initially sent the company an email to request an estimate but it took about 2 weeks for Richard to contact me. However, once he did contact, he performed the work the next day. Hauling everything away was not part of the deal but he hauled it away for $50 and there was a lot to haul away so it was well worth the extra $50. Richard informed me of this up front and the hauling was purely optional.

Richard and his team worked well and got everything ready for the winter. Cleaned up all debris and hauled away the trash. Great!

I spoke to the owner and scheduled to have a crew arrive at my home at a specific date and time. When no one had shown up or called an hour after the scheduled time, I called the number again and left a message asking if we needed to reschedule. I never heard back from them at all. No phone call, no email, no nothing. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend. I would have been willing to reschedule if someone had bothered to respect my time enough to call me but now my money will be going to another business that hopefully has better respect for their customers.

Once they arrived they removed the stump grind piles.

The three man crew work tirelessly all day long. To weed, trim and edge everything in my yard. All debris was trucked off.

They were great! Discussed with me before hand what needed done and had it knocked out on the day they said. Such a relief to find a landscaper that does the work on the day they said they would. I will definitely use them again.

It well that very well and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely consider Indy Landscaping again in the future.

The owner, Richard Smith, didn't contact us for three days; and then he wanted to get the work on his schedule for that day's work. Fortunately, we were o.k. with short notice. Phone communication with Richard was a bit difficult, particularly because he didn't initially realize that he would be responsible for removal of all debris, per the Special. He did, however, do an excellent job of cleanup and removal of all debris. I am concerned that the shrubs may have been over-trimmed, but we'll see what the story is next Spring. Overall, we are very pleased with his work.

I get my trees and shrubs trimmed every fall and Indy Landscaping did an excellent job! Richard and his crew were very meticulous, efficient and on time. They cleaned up and hauled everything away and even took care of a tree that needed to be cut down (extra charge). I would highly recommend Richard and Indy Landscaping for any yard job!

I purchased this deal August 9th. I had not heard from this service provider at all. In early September I calle Angie's List to determine what was going on. The rep from Angie's List advised me she called them and gave them my contact information. I still have not heard from Indy Landscaping to schedule an appointment. I asked Angie's List for a refund of this deal.

Apparently I was not on the list given to them, so I had not been called. I tried leaving a message but voicebox would not allow but it was also after 6pm. Honestly I figured they were bombarded w/ orders since this was such a good deal. So I was patient, I even called Angie's list last week saying I think they may have had a lot of volume on this offer. I told them I would reach out to Indy Landscaping again. I was able to leave a message Sat. 9/3. I got a call yesterday afternoon offering to send someone that day but being the holiday & I was not available. He said he could schedule a crew for an hour this Sat. I stated I had paid for 4 hours or 2 hrs for 2 people. He said he would send a 3 person crew for the 1 hour. How much can really get done in an hour. Even w/ 3 people an hour each that is still only 3 hours & I paid for 4 hours of work. At this point I feel I should just get refunded & not bother. I am very workable & understanding if they were overwhelmed w/ the demand. But I shouldn't be shortchanged on something I purchased & made to feel like I'm getting a favor to have an extra person for only an hour of work. I need the help to get the weeds under control, especially since I don't have the tools. They are A rated so my experience is obviously not an overall view. Just was really excited to have such a great offer that I was able to afford & to have such a let down. I didn't want to give a D or F.

We were scheduled for Sept. 8 but Mr. Smith called on Labor Day and asked if the work could be done then. He and two young men came out and worked hard with no rest time. They trimmed bushes, removed a dead bush, trimmed trees, and cut down perennials that had bloomed. They were very nice and did an excellent job. Mr. Smith had many suggestions that would help our yard look better and I plan to hire him to do the work. Very pleased.

He doesn't have a computer. When I didn't hear from them, I called. He came right out. They did the work 2 days later. They did an excellent job! Much better than I had expected. I am going to have them do some further work. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with lack of communication. Sent multiple email messages and called. I've not received any response from them, and I'm going to request a refund.

Delay in scheduling due to weather. Brought 3 people for 1 1/2 hour service. Did good job.
