Called AAA Heating about 8am to schedule an appointment. They call me back within 30 minutes to let me know a service man was on the way. Tim was professional and told me he found a loose cable connection on the blower motor. He also checked the outside unit and added a pound of R-22 coolant. Unit seems to be working fine now.

It went great, they were very prompt, efficient, and polite. The price was very good as well, they were just super.

I've never had a problem with them and they have been honest.

Always arrive when they are scheduled - never have to wait for a 3 or 4 hour window. Reasonable, courteous, punctual....always recommend them to everyone.

It was after hours and the service said she would contact them and I should receive a call back within 15 min. One hour went by and no call or show so I recalled the service and she apologized and said she would contact them again. This time I did receive a call back and the service man showed up about 30 min later. He found the problem quickly and repaired it

checked 3 companies for price on new central air and furnace. AAA heating was about $800 cheaper. workers arrived around 7:30am took out old units put in the new ones and were done at 11:30am, i waited a couple of months to post this just to make sure everything was working ok. it is. i would recomend aaa

Next day service! They replaced only what was needed and they were great on the pricing. Great company to do business with! I will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well. Terry our service technician was great and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me on anything. He was on time, and responsive. He let us know to change our filter because we have pets. I was very impressed and I highly recommend them!

Refused to come out to view their installation of my air condition unit without charging ME for it! Deeed improper drainage by another air conditioning expert

AAA Heating Services did a good job of installing my new air conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. They were in and out of the house in about half a day. I did call them back to close up some gaps in the vents and they were very responsive.They returned a 2nd time to repair some PVC pipes that had come loose during the installation as well.

AAA was recommended to me by a friend. I decided to get an estimate from them after reviewing them on Angie's List. I found them to be responsive and helpful. They came up with a good solution for our problem, explained it well and came back late on a Friday night when a leak suddenly emerged. Their pricing seemed fair, and was the most reasonable of the four estimates. The new furnace is working well, is much quietier and the circulation of air is greatly improved in the house.

They are wonderful. They are absolutely the very best, and price wise, nobody can beat them. Their service charges are usually less than $100, and when I call they come right out.

I appreciated that he did not push for replacement of my 17 year old unit since it is working fine. I thought that there should have been more checking done on the evaporator, but he seemed to have a good sense that it was working well.

Very helpful and informative. Did not try to sell me things I did not need. The only problem I had was he gave me a range of time he would be here and I asked him to call when on the way so I could get up and put the dog away. No big deal.

Called AAA because they initially installed this furnace and have maintained it annually. Fast response to scheduling. On-time arrival. However, service tech did not introduce himself (do not know his name except what he wrote on receipt). I asked if he had covers for his boots (a typical February snowy day), he said he had run out of them, and proceeded to walk across our wood floors with his wet boots. He put his metal tool box down on our wood floors before I could get a rug to put under it. Service tech was essentially cordial and efficient. He appeared to know what he was doing and seemed to fix the problem with our furnace (no further problems since then). He even advised us to wait longer to call for repairs, to make certain there is a problem that will manifest itself when the tech is here, so we do not pay unnecessary service charges.

I have never had a problem. I love these people and have recommended them to friends several times. No one has ever been disappointed with their work.

I call them, and they came immediately. Once we called them since the furnace was not working, and they were here within an hour. I rate them high overall.

I had previously used another large local company to service my furnace. The same tech told me every year when he came out that there was no way for him to replace the flame sensor on my furnace, and that it would eventually fail as a result. When my furnace stopped working, I decided to call a Lenox dealer to get a second opinion and asked for a tech experienced in servicing the Pulse. Dan arrived promptly the next morning and got to work. He replaced the parts I had been told could not be, and promptly located and dealt with the nests in the combustion air pipe. I am so pleased with his work that I am reporting to Angie's List the same day as the service. Finally someone who knows how to do their job and does it well! I will definitely be using Dan to service my furnace again the future.

Started on date they said they would, hottest day of year, and finished as they said they would. Cleaned up inside and out. Outstanding job. Responded to a concern very promptly.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Tony chose the perfect units for our home and our electric bill is actually cheaper than with the old units we were using. We had one problem with the humidifier not working properly, but they came out the next day and fixed it. Very good job.
