Description of Work: I had them come out to repair my dryer on December 30, 2008. Their work was warrantied for a year. I paid $137.50. The dryer lasted about three weeks. I called them from January 29 through February. All they did was put me off. They would tell me that no one came in that day because of the snow. I finally called Turner's Appliance in March to fix my dryer. They told me that the previous company had put a used part in my dryer. It may have even been my old part.

+ -1 moreAs indicated above I was surprised at how fast they responded considering that it was after 5 p.m. when we called and that they could fix the problem so fast. It probably took less than 10 minutes to replace the part. I would definitely use this vendor again.
Description of Work: Oven would not heat properly. Called around 5 p.m. and the technician was at our location within an hour. Had the correct part, knew what the problem was and gave a 1 year warranty on the repair. This vendor advertises 365 days, 24 hour service and is family owned.
