Fixed leaking roof and repaired all damage to gutter, soffit, etc. Very good work.

After the recent hailstorm, I contacted James Moore, along with a few other companies who were local to my area. James's price was better than any of the others, by a large amount. It took a while for James to get back to do the work, but I had told him from the beginning that I was patient, and didn't mind waiting awhile since I didn't have any leaks, and my deductible was so high. I developed a leak, and called him to let him know, and his crew showed up the next week. I had some old siding that needed replaced, not from the storm, and he had a guy come out the day before the roofers to replace all of that. They all did an excellent job, and when it was complete, there was not a sign that they had even been there. (My neighbor had complained the last time my roof was done, he got 4 flat tires from all the nails left at the scene.) James was easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone.

James Moore is great! He is always available to talk to. The roof looks great. The price was more than fair. I never thought I would get compliments on a roof but I do all the time and several neighbors are getting estimates for their roofs. They are still working on replacing my siding so when they are done I will report on that project. One more thing, no high pressure and very easy to deal with.

James Moore and the members of his various crews were a pleasure to work with. He kept in contact with us as he dealt with our insurance adjuster and to schedule the various elements of the job. They work hard, clean up well and have a definite pride in the work they perform. Our home has never looked so good and we've never been more pleased with the attention to detail and service.

They are a new company, but he has been doing it for 20 years with another company. As an owner he was there, always checking in, and was very diligent on clean up. I didn't find any nails or any debris post clean up. He and his crew did an excellent job.

He did everything he said he would, and faster than I imagined. I'm very particular, but I told Mr. Moore that he could leave his sign in my yard as long as he would like. His workers were courteous, and I couldn't find even one nail in the yard once they had cleaned up. James Moore didn't collect any money up front, and he came by when they finished to check to make sure the job was up to my satisfaction, and four days later, completely laid back, came to collect. He also provided me with over 20 references for work done before that I checked out, and the homeowners all said the work was perfect. Very professional. I'd give them an A+.
