I locked myself out of my house late in the afternoon and called the locksmith from a neighbor's home. About 15 minutes later, the man from A to Z Lock & Key arrived. He briskly and cheerfully opened the door. The problem was solved.

We were preparing to go to the airport to go on vacation when we accidentally locked all of our items in the trunk of our car including our keys, I called serveral places and called A to Z Lock & Key, Inc he told me that he could be there to help us within 20 minutes, when he pulled up to our home he worked fast and efficient and was able to unlock our car door and get our trunk open.He was very pleasant when he showed up to our home and ready to help. He treated us as a urgent situation so that we could get service quicker. We were able to get to our gate at the airport and board our plane just as it was boarding thanks to A to Z lock & Key.

It was excellent. They were punctual and personable. He left a biblical pamphlet. He called in advanced.

I called A to Z on a Saturday and left a message. Within 30 minutes I received a call back, and he was able to come right away. Without my key, he needed to replace the locks which he had with him on the truck. He was very professional and quick, and what a nice man! I was very pleased with the experience.

I locked myself out of my home. I called A to Z and he came to my home and unlocked the house for me. He checked my id to make sure it was my home. He also made me two keys. He was very nice and a hard worker.

They were very nice. They were polite. We really appreciated his work. He did it in a timely manner.

I left a message for the locksmith who returned my call two or three hours later. He immediately scheduled our request and arrived to perform the work later that afternoon. He worked very diligently and completed the work very quickly so that the door installation would not be delayed.

I called to make an appointment but he came within an hour. He installed the door handle and recommended a double cylinder deadbolt. There are windows to the right of the deadbolt and a thief could easily get in and open the previous deadbolt. He was courteous and did a good job. I would use him again should I need a locksmith.

The work was well-done, however, I was only given two keys. I asked for a third key, but they were not willing to help me with this small additional request. I feel that my payment should have been enough to include this, since I have three family members who need access to these locks. I also want to note that I have nothing but positive things to say about the gentleman who did the installation; my only complaint has to do with the one managerial/administrative aspect mentioned above.

I contacted the locksmith a few times and he kept telling me he would be out in an hour. The locksmith finally arrived around 6:30. I questioned the quality and the looseness of the lock and he stated it would be fine.

They were really great, I would use them again. I highly recommend them.

Actually, I called a Westfield company but apparently that guy was on vacation and they have an arrangement that forwarded his calls to A to Z for service. Called him expecting to have to schedule two or three days out, but he came out that evening. He was very polite and courteous and went straight to work. He zipped from door to door removing the "guts" and then went to his van for about 20 minutes. Then, he went around to each door and put them back together. I was very surprised. It took him about 35 minutes to change 8 locks. He was very polite, professional. Bottom line is he did a great job. I'll absolutely use them again.

I called them. He came the next day. He installed everything quickly and it works well. I would use them again.

They came right out the same day we called and did the work without disrupting our work schedule at all.

Ron saved me from a very difficult evening. I was in a pretty bad car crash on I-69 where my car was totaled. After an ER visit and being in a lot of discomfort, I came home (to my new home I had only lived in for 2 days) to remember that my garage opener was in the car that was towed away, and that the front porch door was deadbolted and the key that I was told would work in the lock did not work. After calling several places for assistance, Ron was able to help me out. It was very late at night, but he was very pleasant, personable, and even rekeyed my house while he was there, saving my money from having a separate visit to do that work. He is very talented at what he does, was quick, and very pleasant. I would call him anytime I needed assistance with a lock.

The other places I called were going to charge at least $50 to walk through the door, and A to Z Lock & Key did not. He was very neat, clean and polite.

MY DOG LOCKED THE DEADBOLT IN OUR BEDROOM. THE KEY WAS IN THE BEDROOM AND WE HAD NO WAY TO GET HIM OUT. I CALLED A TO Z LOCK & KEY AND THEY CAME OUT IN 15 MINUTES. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY.
