I have used this company in the past with great results. We had just purchased an Ooma Telo box and after installation it would not work when it would rain heavily. I tried a certain amount of trouble-shooting but could not trace the problem back to the Ooma. I called and the company suggested that I check outside for an uncovered wire. Upon inspection, I found a phone wire had been severed and left exposed to the elements when I switched FROM ATT to Comcast. I had eliminated phone service from the big providers and just opted for the internet connection. After wrapping and securing the wire, everything works perfectly. And, it didn't cost me a cent. I appreciate them trying to save me money and not just performing a service call for something that was a quick fix.

Pat returned my phone call for help in a timely manner and showed up at the scheduled appointment time. After crawling around in my crawl space, he removed his shoes before re-entering the house. He was very professional and easy to talk with. His fee was more than fair. I highly recommend him.

Good experience. He was thorough, and because when he came our phone was working again, he didn't charge us immediately. It's now been a month and we haven't had any trouble.

He was prompt and courteous. He gave me an estimate over the phone and did the work for that amount. It was around $150 but I can't find the exact price we paid. He knew a ton about phone systems and fixed it quickly. I would recommend him!

Work went great. Jim and his Grandson arrived when expected. We went over what I wanted. We walked though the areas they would need to get to to get the job done. They immediately went to work and did the job in a professional manner. I would hire them back for any of my cabling needs.

Jim and a second worker showed up at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment which we really appreciated. He was professional and courteous. He definitely knows his stuff! It took about 1.5 hours to fix our lines but they have never worked so he definitely had his work cut out for him! We would definitely hire Jim again!

It went very smoothly. The Telephone Man was very responsive and came out the next day. He fixed the phone line that was VOIP. I would use him again.

Jim was very pleasant and said that he had spent many years in the business before retiring and moving to this area to be closer to grandchildren. I would have him come again if we had any additional telephone line problems.

We had a problem with one of our phone jacks into which our security system was hooked. I saw the profile of the company on Angie's List and decided to give it a try. I sent an email and received a phone call within an hour. I explained the problem and was told that he would check his schedule and respond shortly. Within 20 minutes, I received a call to schedule an appointment the next morning. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and polite and went straight to the problem and took the time to explain it to me. He completed his work within about 30 minutes. While it was not a major problem, I was still very pleased with the response and service.

Jim is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. One of the good ones.

It went very, very well overall. No complaints at all.

He came out and was nice as could be. He told me to but these phones and he would install them. He installed them and they worked but what we needed was to have the phone be able to access the intercom so I could talk with my office staff from the same phone. He was not able to do it. I tried calling him and he has never returned my phone call. He told my office staff that we should just do it, just read the manual.

The job went smoothly from the beginning. He was prompt and he provided a detailed quote. He arrived promptly for the job on a Saturday and he finished on time.

It went well considering the difficulty of the job of trying to find a path from the basement to the attic. This was needed to drop the lines into the walls in each room. The only thing I would suggest is that they find a vendor with some more modern outlet boxes, like Leviton or something cleaner looking than the commercial types. Although it might have been necessary for the amount and weight of the cables they had to put in the box.

Jim came to our house on the 24th, assessed the difficulty of our requests, and gave us a quote. He said his schedule had an opening and he could perform the work the next day, or schedule for early the next week. We discussed it and decided to accept his offer. He had a few things he needed delivered to the house the day of the quote via one of his suppliers (a box of category six cable and the jack panel). Jim and Bruce showed up on time and ready to go the next morning with all the tools and supplies they needed. We already had one box of CAT-6 cable of our own, which Jim was willing to use to speed things up by double-pulling. We walked through the house a second time, pinpointing exactly where we wanted the jack panels and confirming they could reach each spot from the attic. They then drilled holes in the drywall at each drop location, mounted the distribution jack panel, and got to work pulling cable. Two spots turned out to be difficult. One panel was close to the slope of the roof, so they had trouble drilling through the stud in the attic because there wasn't enough room for the drill. Also, the base-board between floors was more difficult than expected, needing a lot of effort to run one of the cables to the downstairs from the attic. They managed to get everything worked out with the panel near the slope of the roof, but had to spend several hours before they got a clean hole from the second floor to the first floor for the cable to go downstairs. We originally intended to run several cables to that location downstairs. Jim advised us that the drill bit they needed to use to get through the baseboard at that angle was only wide enough for one cable, meaning they would have to repeat the arduous process of drilling a separate hole for each cable. It would therefore take several extra hours. That wasn't a high priority location for us, so we opted to put a switch in downstairs and only have them run the one cable. Jim took the price of the extra lines to the downstairs off the total. When all the installations were complete, they re-routed the phone cable from the kitchen to the new jack panel, so the UVerse modem could be moved there. A faulty cable connected to the modem worked downstairs, but had problems upstairs, and they stayed until we could verify the internet connection was working from the new location. We have had wonderful, high-speed, reliable connections from every port since installation. We are extremely satisfied with the work done, the professional and clean appearance of the installed jacks and panels, the price we paid for the work, and their willingness to explain and show the work being done each step of the way. We'll definitely call them for future work.

What a joy! Jim showed up and we went over everything I wanted to get accomplished. He made several good suggestions, then scheduled a time to start the job that week. He replaced all the cable companies outside wiring with brand new professional cable, run through the wall into jacks. Put out TV cable modem as well as telephone cable modem on the same run, rewired the telephone, cable TV and whole-house network cable. Our cable signal is very strong now, our network is flawless and delivers Internet video and data fast, and our telephone modem in a much better location. It took them two days to do and I really enjoyed a cup of cofffee and some intelligent conversation with Jim and his partner in the morning. Extremely friendly and knowledgable guys. I wish I had done it along time ago.
