A Danny Phillips Plumbing

Exceptional. The original duct was old accordion vinyl flex duct installed in 1985. It should not have been used for this application. As it went into the attic it took two 90 deg bends and ran 18" horizontally until it met pipe to exit attic. It was impossible to clean and the duct had torn. He showed up on Friday expecting to repair the problem and found that he couldn't access the duct and had to remove cabinets and cut a wall in our washroom. He came back next day with John Sheets from John Sheets construction. They removed the cabinet, cut the wall, replaced the duct with solid sheet metal, worked in a tight hot cramped attic space, and did excellent work. Both days Danny showed up early. He is friendly, sharp, prompt and efficient. This is my second experience with him and I will be sure to use him again.

Both visits went very well. As stated above, we were happy with his services and his professionalism.

Easy to get a hold of, promptly showed up next day on time for estimate. Danny called back that night with quote and scheduled to come when I wanted the following week. Again he showed up on time and was quite pleasant and careful. Did a great job on the sink install including using a couple of extra shut offs to allow for easy drainage in the winter time. Other work was also done efficiently and cleanly. He is a one-man shop in general and very easy to work with. I will use him again when I next need a plumbing job.

I have used Danny Phillips many times with 2 different houses. He is professional and fair. The various jobs took 5 hours,..the faucets were rusted and the disposable was difficult to remove....old, smelly

Would absolutely use Danny Phillips again. He was prompt and got right to work - he explained the options to fixing my dripping bathtub faucet. He also fixed my toilet which I had not included when I called to originally set up the appointment. He spent about 3 hours on a Saturday morning. He wore protective shoe coverings and the bathroom was left very neat and clean.

We discovered that we did not have any hot water around 6 a.m. that morning. I emailed him and he arrived at about 8 a.m. He had the new hot water heated installed by mid-day.

We have used Danny a number of times for plumbing projects and he is wonderful. I wasn't sure if Danny or any plumber would be the one to ask to install a new dishwasher that we needed and I was just going to pay Lowe's to do it, but something told me to give Danny a call for my peace of mind that it would be done right. Sure enough after the old dishwasher was removed(which Danny hauled away for us)and the old plumbing was exposed there was going to be a problem making the connections with the old plumbing to the new dishwasher. Most home improvement dishwasher installers would have walked away at this point and we would have had to call a plumber to finish the job. Having Danny on hand to keep the install moving meant the only drawback was that it took a little bit longer to finish the job. By the way he did this the day before Thanksgiving which was really helpful to us. After he was finished he ran a test cycle and sure enough their was a leak near the front bottom of the door. Danny took time to find that the door was just not sealing tightly, made a small adjustment, another test cycle and everything has been running smooth since. The price of a dishwasher install may seem a little high. That is because while you watch Danny do his work and see how good he is and how much he cares you try to think if there is anything else he can fix while he is there. So we had him install a new master bath sink drain assembly. The sink had always drained very slowly and therefore left a soapy residue when the water had finally all went down.

Danny arrived on time and got straight to work. He is very knowledgeable on all plumbing aspects and gave good advice as to how to fix the problem. I will definately call him back when needed.

Our home was built in 1927. I have had plumbers in the past who looked askance at the old plumbing or, at the very least, became frustrated by the patience required to work with old parts, etc. Not Danny. He fixed the faucets in our beautiful, old pedestal sink. The repair did require that I send the parts away for re-tooling. This part was expensive, but my husband and deemed it cheaper then taking out the sink and starting from scratch. When the re-tooled parts arrived, Danny put everything back together. We now, for the first time in a long while, have a sink with no leaks. He also replaced the faucet in our kitchen. He is a most pleasant man. Punctual (his wife calls when he's on his way) and professional. An all around good, competent guy.

Very impressed. Spent extra time making sure the new washer hookup he installed did not leak and was working properly. Dug out molded insulation and cut out molded drywall, which could have been left for me to do but he went above and beyond my expectations. Oh, and he smelled good, too.

Mr. Phillips was not able to come when he first promised, but he called to let us know that his morning job was more complicated than expected. He brought shoe covers to protect our floors and a roll of paper towels to clean his hands. He worked briskly, but not hastily. We found him to be both professional and personable. I have no basis for comparison when it comes to plumbing prices. We felt that we got good value for our money and would definitely hire this man next time.

They were really prompt so it was worth it; they did a very good job. They were punctual, thorough and courteous; all the things you would want in a person working for you. I got a couple of estimates so I was satisfied with their price. I will use them again in the future.

I've used Danny multiple times and I'm always happy with the result. He's honest and thorough and likes working with copper piping.

It was a dream of an experience. Danny was as pleasant and knowledgeable a person as could be.

We have a strange sump pump discharge pipe that goes out through our brick wall and down through the patio. It had broken and Danny advised me of several solutions to the problem but we decided to just go with repairing. I was thrilled with the job he did! He even took the time to look at my garbage disposal because I thought a screw had fallen in it. He is a very nice man and did a great job.

We were having a problem with our garage floor slab near the laundry room and our concrete leveler wanted to make sure that there were no problems with the plumbing. I called Danny and explained the problem and he took it upon himself to bring a friend who is a builder so that we could have him look at it also. When we walked in the laundry room Danny noticed that one of our washer hoses was about to burst so he went ahead and replaced both of them. He also checked for leaks and found none but was able to suggest a very good solution to keeping the laundry room plumbing lines from freezing when it gets very cold. I would not hesitate to recommend Danny to anyone who needs a good plumber!

He has rescued us. He was there and available and did great. His prices were very reasonable. He has helped us with other projects as well.

He has installed faucets, replaced a water heater, and fixed leaky pipes. He is very reasonable, competent and provides alternative options. We are very happy with his work, and will use him again.

We arrived home after being away for 10 days, turned our water on and it came gushing out of the tank. Called Danny who came right over (on a holiday) and he replaced the valve and advised us about changes we need to make in our drainage system and water tank. He is a very pleasant fellow to work with, as is his wife, Margaret. We highly recommend him.

On time, professional and personable. Danny was great to work with. He does not try to "sell" or "push" you into anything, but gives you all the information so you can make an informed decision. Super to work with.
