I called and he was able to come the next morning. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He was here for an hour and half. He tested the toilet many times before he left and said if there was a problem to give him a call.

Everything went great and was professionally done.

He is very accommodating, professional, trustworthy and nice. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I thought it went really well. Danny was very responsive from the time I called. What I thought was nice is that he took the time to ask the questions that properly establish the issue before he agreed to come out. Once he was out there, he found out he would need more help in clearing the clogged sanitary line and arranged to return with helpers. He also noticed that my water heater was in poor condition. Provided me with appropriate information so I can look his proposed heater up. Once I called him back, he was back the next day, cleared the clog, installed the water heater and tested my water line. I don't truly have a frame of reference, but $975 for a $350ish water heater felt expensive. I thought his price to clear the clog and diagnose the water flow was appropriate. Denny and I had some disagreements on dynamic vs static pressures of water; but for the scope of the project, he was familiar enough. Danny also took the liberty in securing my new water heater to the wall via some hardware tape. I would've liked a cleaner installation, and wished he would have asked if I preferred the installation another way. But I am assuming that most homeowners don't care; I'd like to have seen a concrete housekeeping pad poured before hand(old water heater was mounted on un-anchored CMU)and would've paid for it. I would say I had a pleasant experience with Danny.

I initially contacted Danny by email for a general estimate. I had response by the next morning and called to have the work scheduled the very next day. We estimated the work would be 4 hours for replacement of sump and disposal before we learned of a few problems. It grew to 8 hours. The furnace and humidifier condensation had caused the sump discharge to freeze. He fixed the line and re-directed the condensation. I was impressed when Danny laid a drop cloth and cleaned up afterwards. The place was better than when he arrived. Overall, his service was excellent! The cost included the purchase of the sump and disposal which were a step above the standard systems.

Danny gave me a good description of what could be done to fix my low shower pressure problem, including estimates and alternatives. He showed up on time and did a great job. Was very helpful in describing what he was doing.

Very good. Danny is very responsive and professional. Had two bathrooms renovated as well as a master bathroom double vanity installed. General contractor could not do the plumbing on the sinks and toilets so Danny did and did a good job. The double vanity installation required moving the plumbing around in the walls and floors, and reconfiguring the copper pipes, and he was able to do that. He spend about a day-and-a-half working on the projects; well worth it.

It went well. Danny completed the job two days after my initial phone call. After explaining the problems with the system, he gave me three options. He even explained to me how he would do it if I wanted to attempt to do it myself.

He was able to come the day I called (within a couple of hours) which minimized water leakage. He was professional, knew what to do and fixed it in a timely manner. Will use him again without hesitation.

It was simple, easy and pleasant. Danny is very pleasant and patient. His helper, Nick, was a nice young man as well.

Called Danny, he showed up in less than 30 minutes, put some serious work into it. Well worth it; should have called him 8 months ago. Danny's very professional; nice guy.

The experience went very well. Danny was on time and was very conscientious about not tracking dirt and snow into my house. He explained the repairs to me thoroughly and showed me what was wrong with the fixture before repairing it. He gave me a background on the type of fixture I was dealing with and my options for the future should it need repaired again or replaced. Danny recommended either replacement parts for the future or a brand new faucet and gave me an estimate on costs. I will definitely call Danny Phillips plumbing for my future plumbing repair needs.

PROVIDED ESTIMATE AND SUGGESTIONS FOR PURCHASE OF NEW FAUCET (WHICH HAD LEAKED AND DESTROYED MUCH OF KITCHEN COUNTER AND CABINET) AND DISPOSAL (WHICH HAD A DEVELOPED A HOLE IN THE SIDE WHICH RENDERED IT INOPERABLE). WAS WILLING TO WORK AN EVENING IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE CARPENTER WHO REPLACED THE CABINET AND COUNTER (NO EXTRA CHARGE). RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING TO FINISH THE JOB.

AFTER TELLING THE OWNER THAT I COULD GET THE BEST DISPOSAL AT A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE FOR ABOUT $300 AND INSTALLED FOR $100, HE CHARGED ME ABOUT $800.
