Considering the extent of the damages they corrected, I feel the project went smoothly. I was impressed by their thoughtful consideration of client, their top-notch knowledge and skill level, and excellent work ethic. The job was done professionally and
with quality results. I was very pleased with the entire process that resulted in restoration of my faith that qualified contractors do exist in this world. Re the cost factor, I don't feel qualified to make a judgment call on this-so I only graded that as fair because your software requires input on that subject. There was a lot of work, but I was surprised by the seemingly high cost. Fortunately, this was paid by the previous contractor's insurer. As a layman, I have no way to determine what a fair price is for the work they did. They completed the job quickly and had numerous employees on the job daily. They even re-seeded my lawn. They completed the job a couple days before our first snow to my great relief and thoroughly cleaned up their work areas. Their's
