chimney repair
+ -1 moreOwner gave estimate and led us to believe he would do the work. The work was then "farmed out" to another company and the owner did not show up to the job on the day the work was done. The roof was not protected with carpet as represented, the brick work was sloppy and the owner was very dismissive of our disappointment. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: Repair chimney. Replace chimney cap. Clean chimney.

+ -1 moreIt went great. 2 weeks after completion of the job, I noticed mortar that had dripped on to side of chimney. I called Michael Hornbuckle to ask for it to be cleaned. He responded immediately and called back and within 2 days area was corrected. On the day he did the work it was one of the hottest days of the summer and the sun was blinding at the time he had completed the job and I did not notice the drips at that time. His responsiveness and professionalism was impressive.
Description of Work: Repaired cracked brick and mortar and broken cap on off of a 2 story roof in an area that was very difficult to get to.
