A Brighter Window Cleaning Service

A client of mine used this company for window cleaning and gave me Todd Hadley's information to contact directly. I checked him out on Angie's List, then gave him a call. I told him a client of mine had referred me to him and that I also found him on Angie's List to which he quickly said he and quot;didn't like Angieand quot;. I think I know why now...he doesn't provide much customer service and doesn't treat people very well, so people are able to get on Angie's List and share these experiences. I wouldn't like Angie either in this case, but I would never do what he did to me as described below. Anyway, we scheduled a day and time (October 23rd) for him to come to my home to give an estimate and he stated he would be here and quot;a little later than 4:30pm though probably closer to 5-5:30pmand quot;. So, I rushed home from work around 3:30pm as I had some things I needed to do before he showed up, dogs out, etc and he pulled into my driveway at 3:45pm, nearly an hour early. He knew we were scheduling to and quot;meetand quot; for this quote so I mentioned he was quite early and asked if he had tried to call me or anything to let me know and he casually said and quot;noand quot; and carried on. He then rushed around my home counting windows, barely even saying hello, just mentioning how they were so ready to get home then quickly gave me the quote and ran to his truck and was gone within 4 minutes flat. I guess I didn't have any questions for him. It was extremely ABRUPT. But, I let that go, too and we pressed on to the actual part of scheduling the work to be done. Two days had passed since I left a voicemail for him so I reached back out on Saturday (October 25th) and he ended up calling me Monday evening on October 27th to say quickly that he had 11/4, 11/6 and 11/7 of the following week available and I told him I would check my work schedule and see when I could be here (they need to get in to do inside of windows). I texted him the very next day on October 28th (NOW A WEEK LATER OF TRYING TO WORK WITH HIM!) and simply said that 11/4 worked for us and to please let me know if it would be morning or afternoon and also asked about them needing access to the home after they do the outside of the windows in order to put the screens back in place and lock which must be done from the inside. He responded: and quot;I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to fit you in this year--I'm just too busy with my regular clients.and quot; He essentially blew me off after have been communicating for over a weeks time. Completely blew me off. Wow. How do you treat someone like this then sleep at night?! I'm not mad or bitter, just somewhat shocked at this experience and how people just don't care about other people and think this is OK. I wasn't going to post this review, but the more I thought about it and also shared this experience even with my client who referred me to him who said to please post this review as members like her are counting on honest reviews, even if not always positive. I hear this company and Todd Hadley does provide good quality work (I wouldn't know), but if you're looking for any type of customer service and follow through then you might want to look elsewhere like I did after he said no thanks anyway. Just got my windows cleaned by another company who's here on Angie's List as well and they ROCKED thankfully.

On time and did a great job. Todd will be back to my place.

He did a wonderful job. He worked with me when I had to leave he took his lunch break.

They were very punctual, professional, and did great work. I have many windows and skylights to boot....all look wonderful!! He worked most of the day and arrived as promised early this am. I have received many recommendations from friends who have used this company for a number of years....they would not recommend and keep using him if they were not happy with the results. I would definitely use this company in the future. I told them to schedule me for the fall before Thanksgiving as he gets very busy right before the holidays.

I am a fanatic about having my windows cleaned regularly, and have used numerous highly-rated companies off of Angies List over my 26 years of owning a home. This is the first time I tried this company, and I want to tell everyone it is the best of the best! Todd Hadley genuinely cares about his work. He worked seven hours straight taking impeccable care to make the windows look beautiful. This is the first time in years that I haven't been frustrated with smashed flowers from ladders, mud tracked into the house, streaks in the glass, or guys in a big hurry to leave and get onto their next job. Todd is very friendly, but not the kind of guy that talks your ear off like some service providers like to do. He works hard and works careful. I will definitely use this company again and again!

He arrived on time and worked most of the day. All windows looked great when he left.

He was really good! His prices were reasonable. He was very thorough and cleaned the windows inside and out. The windows look amazing!

The guy who comes out to get the work done is a professional window washer. He cleans the windows inside as well as outside. I have a totally glass fun room and he washed its roof which wasn’t easy. It cost us 350 $ for 5 windows. There were spots on the windows and they are spotless now. I am sure that somebody else would be cheaper, but he does an excellent job. The price that he charges is not cheap, but is probably comparable. He has a lot of work in this area and I will definitely use his services in the future.

He is amazing! He is fast and thorough. He also does the window sills. I never realize how dirty my windows were until he is finished. He does my skylights. He even takes the screens out! I have used him for at least eight years now. He works all day. He is very quiet. He is very professional and polite.

Todd is fantastic! Both times I have used him he has been on time. He honestly makes my house sparkle. What is so great about him (aside from punctuality and professionalism) is that he doesn't even mind my HUGE dog following him from window to window! He doesn't miss a detail. No streaks, no mess, no worries. Just what you are looking for in a contractor!
