+ -1 moreAll Star's men were to show up in the afternoon as a given time, they were a little early, and installed my new garage door quickly. They were very efficient. Eric's prices were reasonable and his company's work was done very well. I would highly recommend All Star Garage Doors.
Description of Work: Eric gave me an estimate for my damaged garage. He was a little early for his appointment, was very efficient and helpful. After explaining that my old door could not be fixed and showing me why, I decided on the new door. He gave me a couple of options, explained why one was better, and showed me the differences.

+ -1 moreThe repair was done professionally and in an expeditious manner. My old garage door is old and in need of repair and Dan recommended installing a new door. Because of the quality of service that I recieved on my repair, I am going to have All-Star to install an insulated door. I highly recommend All-Star for all types of service on garage doors.
Description of Work: Dan and Shawn replaced a broken spring, lubed the rollers/track, and adjusted the opener.

+ -1 moreVERY PLEASANT SERVICE TECHNICIANS EVEN THOUGH BOTH JOBS DID NOT GO SO SMOOTHLY. OVERALL I AM PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT I WAS SOLD.
Description of Work: THE GARAGE DOOR CABLE HAD BROKEN. LATER DIAGNOSED AS A BROKEN SPRING. AFTER REPLACING THE SPRING, I WAS ADVISED THAT THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER/MOTOR WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO OPEN THE DOOR. HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW DOOR OPENER. JOB WAS COMPLETED BUT HAD TO CALL THE SERVICE TECHS BACK SHORTLY AFTER THEY LEFT BECAUSE THE DOOR WOULD NOT STAY DOWN. THE TECH ADJUSTED THE OPENER.

Description of Work: MY GARAGE DOOR STOPPED WORKING & WAS STUCK IN THE UP POSITION, NOT A SAFE SITUATION. THEY CAME WITHIN 2 HOURS & ADJUSTED THE "PHOTO EYE" SO IT WOULD WORK.
